NCT06391918
Protocol GVO-1102 is a phase 1, open label, multi-center study in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. This study includes two parts: dose escalation and dose expansion. In the dose escalation phase, GEN2 will be administered at increasing dose levels via intravenous infusion or intratumoral injection on Days 1, 3 and 8 every 4 weeks. Valganciclovir will start dosing on Day 12 and continue for 10 days (through Day 21). Once a recommended dose has been defined in approximately 35-45 patients, the dose expansion phase will initiate to further assess intravenous administration of GEN2 in specific tumor types. Approximately 15 patients per tumor type will be enrolled in the intravenous dose expansion phase.

NCT05018416
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and durability of up to two Renal Autologous Cell Therapy (REACT) / rilparencel injections delivered percutaneously into biopsied and non-biopsied contralateral kidneys on renal function progression in two different cohorts of subjects with Type1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM) or Type2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
NCT04001829
This phase II trial studies whether a prior germline predictor of taxane-induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN) can help identify a subgroup of patients who are at higher risk of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in African American patients with stages I-III breast cancer. The study also investigates whether docetaxel maybe work better than paclitaxel with regard to TIPN rate/severity and dose reductions.
NCT05022849
The purpose of this study is to determine recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) regimen(s) of JNJ-75229414 in Part 1 (Dose Escalation and to determine safety at the RP2D regimen(s) in Part 2 (Dose Expansion).
NCT06550895
The purpose of this study is to define the safety of Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel (Cilta-cel) and Talquetamab in participants with high-risk multiple myeloma (MM).
NCT05686317
This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, sham-controlled, double-blinded (participant and outcomes assessor) clinical trial.
NCT06990867
The goal of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of JX10 versus placebo in participants with Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) who present for care within 4.5 to 24 hours. The main question the study aims to answer are: 1. JX10 improves functional outcomes as measured by the modified Rankin Scale score when compared with placebo following AIS. 2. Risk of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage of JX10 in participants with AIS. During Part 1, participants will be randomized to JX 10 (1mg/kg, 3 mg/kg) or placebo. During Part 2, participants will receive JX10 (optimal dose chosen from Part 1) or placebo.
NCT04246463
Multi-arm, multi-center, open label, prospective observational registry designed to obtain safety and performance data on the use of CE marked and custom Terumo Aortic endovascular grafts.
NCT06577025
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the rate of response (how effectively treatment is working) with signs of potential cure at 5 years after the start of induction treatment. This is defined as a composite of sustained (at least 2 years) minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity with complete response/stringent complete response (CR/sCR) and a positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) scan that does not show any signs of cancer at 5 years. MRD negativity and CR/sCR is defined as no detectable signs of remaining cancer cells after the treatment. This study will also characterize how well the treatments administered work in the study through progression-free survival (PFS). PFS is defined as the length of time during and after the treatment of a disease, that a participant lives with the disease, but it does not get worse.
NCT07207564
The purpose of this research is to better understand how benign breast diseases might lead to breast cancer, focusing on genetic factors and including a diverse range of participants to improve future diagnosis and treatment.
NCT05935098
This study aims to evaluate how safe and well-tolerated the treatment is, how the body processes it, how it works on the tumors, and whether it shows early signs of fighting cancer in people with certain advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Key details of the study include: * The study is expected to last about 36 months. * Participants will receive treatment until they either no longer benefit from the treatment, experience side effects that are too severe, or choose to stop participating.
NCT07185204
The goal of this study is to address the significant morbidity associated with preeclampsia diagnosed after delivery. All participants will undergo biomarker evaluation with soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 and placental growth factor (sFlt-1/PlGF) ratio testing before delivery to assess the predictive ability of these biomarkers with new-onset postpartum preeclampsia. High-risk participants will be randomized to a bundle of care strategies aimed at early detection and management of postpartum preeclampsia.
NCT05115110
Risdiplam works by helping the body produce more survival motor neuron (SMN) protein throughout the body. This means fewer motor neurons - nerve cells that pass impulses from nerves to muscles to cause movement - are lost, which may improve how well muscles work in people with SMA. RO7204239 is an investigational anti-myostatin antibody that is designed to target myostatin. Myostatin plays an important role in the regulation of skeletal muscle size by controlling growth. Inhibiting myostatin may help muscles grow in size and strength. RO7204239 in combination with risdiplam, which is designed to increase the amount of SMN protein throughout the body, has the potential to further improve motor function and clinical outcomes for people living with SMA. This trial will study the safety and efficacy of RO7204239 in combination with risdiplam in patients with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). The trial has two parts; Part 1 is the dose-finding part in SMA patients that are either ambulant (aged 2-10 years) or non-ambulant (aged 5-10 years) within separate cohorts, and Part 2 is the pivotal part in SMA patients aged 2-25 years that are ambulant.
NCT02123758
The purpose of this study is to investigate potential drug-drug interaction (DDI) between JNJ-56021927 and abiraterone acetate and between JNJ-56021927 and prednisone, determine safety of the combination and evaluate in a descriptive manner the efficacy in these participants. It will also, potentially provide dosing recommendations for abiraterone acetate in future studies when combined with JNJ-56021927.
NCT05664477
