NCT03401398
SHIPSS is a multi-institutional, prospective, controlled, randomized, double-blinded interventional trial that will examine the potential benefits and risks of adjunctive hydrocortisone prescribed for children with fluid and vasoactive-inotropic refractory septic shock. It is hypothesized that adjunctive hydrocortisone will significantly reduce the incidence of new and progressive organ dysfunction (primary outcome) and proportion of children with poor outcomes, defined as death or severely impaired health-related quality of life (HRQL) (secondary outcome), as assessed at 28 days following study enrollment (randomization).
NCT05047068
The objective of this post-approval registry is to provide additional real-world evidence of the performance of the OCS Heart System to preserve DBD and DCD donor hearts.
NCT07015125
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the efficacy of a new, improved neuromodulation device that can be worn on the head and neck to relieve migraine pain. To measure efficacy, investigators will compare how measured outcomes resulting from active stimulation with this device compare to those of sham treatment.
NCT05708976
This randomized two-arm intervention trial administers 8 weekly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) sessions and 4 bi-weekly active whole-body hyperthermia (active WBH) sessions or 4 bi-weekly sham WBH sessions to adults aged 18 years or older with major depressive disorder (MDD).
NCT06922032
This mixed-methods study seeks to evaluate the feasibility of Mystic Pets software and hardware within the pediatric population. This study will take place at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA).
NCT05008874
The course of AMN-related disabilities over time is poorly or incompletely understood due to a limited number of patients and lack of treatments. This study will help obtain a better understanding of the progression of disease with AMN and facilitate efficient clinical development of future interventional medications.
NCT03229200
Multicenter, open-label, prospective treatment protocol that provides continued access to ibrutinib to subjects who have completed parent ibrutinib studies, are still benefitting from treatment with ibrutinib, and have no access to commercial ibrutinib for their underlying disease within their region.
NCT04929951
This is a non-surgical trial comparing the clinical and functional outcomes of patients with osteoarthritis treated with Intra-articular injection of Micro Fragmented Adipose Tissue versus conventional therapy of intra-articular injection of corticosteroid.
NCT04892706
The safety and efficacy of once daily application of IDP 126 Gel will be compared to Epiduo® Forte and IDP-126 Vehicle Gel.
NCT04229017
This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a device called "Posterior Cervical Stabilization System or PCSS" when used along with posterior cervical fusion (PCF) in combination with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) in the treatment of multi-level cervical degenerative disease.
NCT03694002
This randomized phase II trial studies how well carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without ramucirumab work in treating patients with thymic cancer that has spread to other places in the body, has come back, or cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ramucirumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known if giving carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without ramucirumab will work better in treating patients with thymic cancer.
NCT06116890
The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of KHK4951 eye drops in patients with nAMD.
NCT06116916
The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of KHK4951 eye drops in patients with DME.
NCT02927210
This is a Phase I multicenter, double-blind, single dose, dose-ranging study, in healthy men to evaluate the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Dimethandrolone Undecanoate (DMAU) administered as an intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.
NCT02754687
The long term objective is to develop a new male hormone 11-β Methyl Nortestosterone Dodecylcarbonate (11β-MNTDC) as a male hormonal contraceptive.
NCT03455075
This is a Phase IIa multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in healthy men to evaluate the spermatogenesis suppression after oral administration of Dimethandrolone Undecanoate (DMAU) alone or with Levonorgestrel (LNG) for 12 weeks versus placebo alone.
NCT06488911
An Open Label Long-Term Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of the Fixed-Dose Combination (FDC) of Obeticholic Acid (OCA) and Bezafibrate (BZF) tablet in Subjects with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC).
NCT06208748
This is an open label, single arm, phase 2 trial investigating bezuclastinib plus sunitinib in patients with GIST who have previously progressed on sunitinib.
NCT06572163
The purpose of this study is to evaluate device safety and effectiveness of the Eximis CS System.
NCT06601933
Effective, clinically meaningful treatments are lacking for patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), which is associated with increased risk of transition to dementia. Cognitive training represents an important therapeutic strategy. In a previous study, crossword puzzles were found to be superior to computerized cognitive training on the primary cognitive outcome and function with decreased brain atrophy. Building on these findings, this study will evaluate and compare the impact of high dose crosswords (4 puzzles per week) to low dose crosswords (1 puzzle per week) and a health education control group on the cognition and function of participants.
