The purpose of this study is to evaluate product performance of Magnetic Resonance (MR) Conditional Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIED) following 3 tesla (3T) MRI exposure. This will be achieved by evaluating the changes in pacing capture threshold (PCT) measurements following 3T MRI scan exposure. This study is required by FDA as a condition of approval of 3T MRI compatible labeling of applicable CIED systems. This study is conducted within Medtronic's post-market surveillance platform, the Product Surveillance Registry (PSR).

This randomized phase III trial studies sorafenib tosylate and doxorubicin hydrochloride to see how well they work compared with sorafenib tosylate alone in treating patients with liver cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or has spread to other places in the body. Sorafenib tosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. It is not yet known whether giving sorafenib tosylate together with doxorubicin hydrochloride is more effective than sorafenib tosylate alone in treating liver cancer.

Patients with implantable heart devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac monitors may not seek regular medical care related to their implanted devices. These devices are capable of detecting abnormal heart rhythms or other device abnormalities that may benefit from clinical action or oversight. A novel healthcare information technology has been developed and is being implemented clinically for screening of patients with cardiac rhythm devices who seek care in the emergency room setting. This study seeks to examine differences in detection of cardiac rhythm disturbances including atrial fibrillation (AF) with utilization of this new screening technology, and how often treatment plans change in patients who have a heart rhythm abnormality detected.

This study has been designed as a prospectively enrolled, randomized sequence, 2-way crossover study of device performance, tolerability and safety of an investigational insulin infusion set using a coil-reinforced soft polymer indwelling cannula versus a commercial insulin infusion set using a soft Teflon indwelling cannula, during two 7-day home use periods with 4 in-clinic euglycemic clamp sessions during each of the 7-day periods. After a wash-out period, subjects will cross over into the investigational or control group, respectively.

This open-label, randomized study will assess the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab (RO5072759) in combination with chemotherapy compared to rituximab (MabThera/Rituxan) with chemotherapy followed by obinutuzumab or rituximab maintenance in participants with untreated advanced indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. After the end of the induction period, participants achieving response (Complete response \[CR\] or partial response \[PR\]) will undergo a maintenance period continuing on the randomized antibody treatment alone every 2 months until disease progression for a total of 2 years. Anticipated time on study treatment is up to approximately 2.5 years. After maintenance or observation, participants will be followed for 5 years until progression. After progression, participants will be followed for new anti-lymphoma therapy and overall survival until the end of the study.

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of sapanisertib and to see how well it works compared to pazopanib hydrochloride in treating patients with sarcoma that is too large to be removed (locally advanced) or has spread to other areas of the body (metastatic). Sapanisertib and pazopanib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

This is a 3-part study. In Parts A and B, the main purpose is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug known as LY3561774 in participants with dyslipidemia (high blood fat levels). How the body processes the study drug and the effect of the study drug on blood fat levels will also be investigated. Part C will mainly evaluate the safety and tolerability of LY3561774 as well as how the body processes the study drug in Japanese participants. The study may last up 52, 56 and 28 weeks for each participant in Parts A, B and C, respectively. There are up to 22, 26 and 16 visits in Parts A, B and C, respectively.

The purpose of this "first-in-human" study of PDR001 was to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and antitumor activity of PDR001 administered i.v. as a single agent to adult patients with solid tumors.
