NCT04501666
The primary objective was to assess the efficacy of nemolizumab (CD14152) compared to placebo in participants greater than or equal to (\>=) 18 years of age with prurigo nodularis (PN) after a 16 week treatment period.
NCT02914600
The primary objective of this study is to observe the long-term safety of filgotinib in adults who have completed or met protocol specified efficacy discontinuation criteria in a prior filgotinib treatment study in Crohn's disease (CD).
NCT02615002
This study is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study of piromelatine (5, 20, and 50 mg daily for 6 months) versus placebo to determine an effective dose based on efficacy (cognitive performance), safety, and tolerability in patients with mild dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
NCT03422393
The purpose of the study is to investigate whether the combination of venetoclax and ibrutinib (administered up to 840 mg per day) might be useful for the treatment of CLL or SLL that is not responding or no longer responding to treatment with ibrutinib alone. The study will evaluate whether this regimen can reduce the amount of cancerous cells in your body. If you agree, you will receive ibrutinib at a dose of up to 840 mg a day by mouth, as well as venetoclax. Although both of these agents are approved by the FDA for the treatment of CLL or SLL, the combination and the dosing schedule of ibrutinib are considered experimental.
NCT04583735
The overall objective is to investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of TEPEZZA® in participants with chronic (inactive) TED (thyroid eye disease). Approximately 57 participants will be enrolled. There will be a treatment period (through Week 24) and a follow up period (where TEPEZZA will not be infused).
NCT04004767
The purpose of the TRC-PAD study is to develop a large, well-characterized, biomarker-confirmed, trial-ready cohort to facilitate rapid enrollment into AD prevention trials utilizing the APT Webstudy and subsequent referral to in-clinic evaluation and biomarker confirmation. Participants with known biomarker status may have direct referral to the Trial-Ready Cohort. If you are interested in being selected for the TRC-PAD study, you should first enroll in the APT Webstudy (https://www.aptwebstudy.org/welcome).
NCT04216316
This phase Ib/II trial studies the best dose of carboplatin when given together with berzosertib, gemcitabine and pembrolizumab and to see how well it works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer that has spared to other placed in the body (advanced). Berzosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving berzosertib together with carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer compared to carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab alone.
NCT03942601
This is a prospective, multi-center, pilot feasibility study to document the effects of adventitial delivery of temsirolimus or temsirolimus with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, USP, after revascularization of femoropopliteal lesions in symptomatic patients with moderate to severe claudication (Rutherford 2-3) or critical limb ischemia (CLI) with rest pain (Rutherford 4). Subjects will be followed for up to 60 months post index procedure.
NCT05036369
The objectives are to assess the efficacy and safety of Vibrant capsule administered twice a week
NCT03439293
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the percentage of participants with a response of very good partial response (VGPR) or better to IDd treatment.
NCT00992459
This was a randomized, active-controlled, double-blind, cross-over study designed to enroll subjects with UCDs who are being treated with NaPBA.
NCT04175340
The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of lubricating and rewetting drop (Test) compared to OPTI-FREE® Replenish® Rewetting Drops (Control) when used by habitual contact lens wearers to bilaterally lubricate and rewet soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses including silicone hydrogel contact lenses and gas permeable (silicone acrylate and fluoro silicone acrylate) contact lenses.
NCT04677504
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab with bevacizumab in combination with cisplatin and gemcitabine(CisGem), compared with atezolizumab in combination with CisGem, in participants with advanced biliary tract cancer (BTC) who have not received prior systemic therapy. Treatment will consist of a chemotherapy combination phase followed by a cancer immunotherapy (CIT)/placebo phase.
NCT04093024
