NCT01906866
The purpose of this study is to establish the efficacy and safety of Circadin in children with neurodevelopmental disorders and to determine the dose, this randomized, placebo-controlled study is planned to evaluate the efficacy of a double-blind, 13 week treatment period with Circadin 2/5mg in improving maintenance of sleep, sleep latency and additional parameters in children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. The efficacy and safety of Circadin 2/5 mg will continue to be assessed during an open-label extension period of 13 weeks.
NCT03330561
A multi center, open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation study with expansion cohort is designed to determine the MTD, RP2D and dosing schedule of PRS-343 in patients with HER2+ advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
NCT02361437
This study is designed to evaluate if Vasculera, a marketed medical food product, will improve the rate and extent of healing of diabetic ulcers.
NCT05401565

NCT03448692
The purpose of this Phase 2 adaptive study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of PF-06730512 following multiple intravenous infusions in adult subjects with FSGS.
NCT01199367
This study will determine the highest dose of KW-2450 in combination with lapatinib and letrozole that can be administered safely to subjects with advanced or metastatic breast cancer and to evaluate its effectiveness. This study was terminated in Phase 1 and never proceeded to the Phase 2 portion of the study.
NCT03805308
The primary objective of the trial is to establish the effectiveness of IAT (versus medical management) in patients with moderate-large infarcts (NCCT ASPECTS 2-5) at baseline, with adaptive enrichment to better define the upper limit of infarct volume for treatment eligibility. Furthermore, the investigators aim to determine whether certain subgroups of patients with large baseline infarcts will have a greater treatment benefit. Finally, the investigators will assess the agreement of ASPECTS scores between site investigators, the core imaging lab, and automated software.
NCT02798029
This phase II trial studies the safety and efficacy of frameless fractionated stereotactic radiation therapy for brain metastases. Frameless fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers 3 to 5, high dose fractions of radiation directly to the brain lesions while sparing normal tissues.
NCT01621490
The purpose of this study is to evaluate pharmacodynamic changes of Nivolumab and Nivolumab in combination with Ipilimumab treatment on the biomarkers measured in the peripheral blood and tumor tissues of subjects with advanced melanoma (unresectable or advanced)
NCT02102698
Tourette's Syndrome is a neurological disease characterized by motor and vocal tics. It has been hypothesized that abnormal interactions of dopamine with its receptors may cause the tics. The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that a drug (ecopipam) that selectively blocks dopamine D1/D5 receptors can reduce the frequency and severity of the tics.
NCT04203797
The primary objective of the study is to demonstrate that dupilumab treatment improves exercise capacity in patients with moderate-to-severe asthma. The secondary objectives of the study are: * To demonstrate that dupilumab treatment increases physical activity of daily living in patients with moderate-to-severe asthma * To demonstrate that dupilumab treatment improves pre- and post-exercise lung function in patients with moderate-to-severe asthma
NCT02445248
This is a multi-center, phase II study to determine the efficacy and safety of CTL019 in adult patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.
NCT00942968
The purpose of this study is to determine the long term tolerability and safety of dalteparin in subjects with cancer.
NCT03875729
The purpose of this study is to determine whether teplizumab slows the loss of β cells and preserves β cell function in children and adolescent 8-17 years old who have been diagnosed with T1D in the previous 6 weeks.. Subjects will receive two courses of either teplizumab or placebo treatment 6 months apart.
NCT04729621
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate similar efficacy and safety between TVB-009 and Prolia® (denosumab)
NCT04605978
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of multiple intravenous infusions of S95011 compared to placebo in reducing disease activity in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome.
NCT04243837
This is a trial of up to 6-months duration for safety, tolerability, clinical efficacy assessments, PK and biomarkers analysis in breast carcinoma patients with secondary lymphoedema
NCT04351893
The CAUSE study is a multicenter study, with domestic (n=4) and international (n=6) study sites. Children and young adults (ages 0-18) who have microtia and/or craniofacial microsomia and their parents are invited to participate.
