Secondary objectives of this study are to examine the effects of Nusinersen in infants with genetically diagnosed and presymptomatic SMA.
NCT05839873
This post-approval study (PAS) is designed to provide continued clinical evidence to confirm the long-term safety and effectiveness of the FlexAbilityTM Ablation Catheter, Sensor EnabledTM (FlexAbility SE) for the treatment of ventricular tachycardia in a post-market environment. This is a prospective, single arm, open-label, multi-center, observational study.
NCT06188208
A FIH study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of VVD-130850, as single agent and in combination with checkpoint inhibition, in participants with advanced solid and hematologic tumors.
NCT05107635
The primary objective of this registry is to capture real-world safety and performance data on AtriCure devices used to ablate cardiac tissue when treating Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) or Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). This is a retrospective and prospective, multicenter, US/OUS, observational data registry.
NCT06192108
The main purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of orforglipron compared with dapagliflozin in improving blood sugar control in participants with type 2 diabetes (T2D) with inadequate glycemic control using metformin. The study will last approximately 46 weeks.
NCT04036435
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of the drug Deucravacitinib (BMS-986165) in participants who have been previously enrolled in an applicable Phase 3 psoriasis study. In addition, the study includes a vaccine cohort to evaluate whether deucravacitinib impacts the humoral immune response to 2 non-live vaccines, the Pneumovax 23 vaccine (pneumococcus), a T-cell independent vaccine, and the Boostrix vaccine (tetanus toxoid), a T-cell dependent vaccine. Additionally, this vaccine cohort assesses the safety of administering these vaccines to subjects with psoriasis receiving deucravacitinib compared to those receiving a placebo.
NCT04660812
This randomized phase 1b/2 open-label study will evaluate the antitumour activity and safety of etrumadenant (AB928) treatment combinations in participants with metastatic colorectal cancer.
NCT04489225
Medtronic is sponsoring the HFRS PAS to evaluate the HFRS feature (TriageHF) when used in routine clinical practice following commercial release. The HFRS PAS is conducted within Medtronic's Product Surveillance Registry (PSR) platform.
NCT05270668
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of tulisokibart in participants with SSc-ILD.
NCT04878432
The main objective of this study was to assess the safety profile of MBG453 (sabatolimab) in combination with FDA approved hypomethylating agents (HMAs) of investigator's choice (IV Decitabine or Azacitidine /SC Azacitidine /Oral Decitabine (cedazuridine combination (INQOVI))).
NCT05932589
The goal of this observational study is to identify candidate biomarkers in individuals with Rett Syndrome (RTT). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do these biomarkers change during clinical changes in individuals with RTT? * Are biomarkers stable over time in clinically stable individuals? * Do these biomarkers correlate with severity of RTT? Participants will be asked to undergo an electroencephalogram (EEG) with measurements of Evoked Potentials (EP) to measure electrical activity in the brain. Researchers will compare findings in individuals with RTT to those in typically developing individuals to see if there are differences between the two groups.
NCT06376162
The primary objective of the study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ziftomenib in combination with chemotherapy (FLA) in children with relapsed or refractory KMT2A-r, NUP98-r, or NPM1-m acute leukemia based on safety and pharmacokinetics (PK).
NCT03822832
The primary objective of this trial is to investigate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of BI 655130 in patients with Atopic Dermatitis (AD) following repeated intravenous administrations compared to placebo.
NCT05900986
The aim of this Phase 1b/2 study is to investigate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a single dose of LS301-IT, a novel fluorescence imaging agent developed by Integro Theranostics (IT), administered by intravenous (IV) injection in female patients undergoing partial mastectomy for DCIS (whether or not undergoing planned SLNB) or Stage I-II primary invasive breast cancer undergoing SLNB. Safety is the primary objective of this study, followed by efficacy that will be assessed from fluorescence imaging observations and data.
NCT07218042
Currently, the EBUS bronchoscopy procedure uses either one or two needles to perform the biopsy of the lymph node based on physician preference. We want to determine the optimal number of needles to use for future EBUS bronchoscopy procedures like the one you are scheduled to have for your care and investigate the economic and environmental impact and time involved in using one versus two needles.
NCT04838613
The current study aimed at evaluating the diagnostic performance of \[18F\]CTT1057 as a PET imaging agent for detection and localization of Prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positivity in patients diagnosed of biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer (PCa), using a composite truth standard. Approximately 190 participants were to be enrolled to ensure at least 152 participants were evaluable (i.e. have both an evaluable \[18F\]CTT1057 Positron emission tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) scan imaging and at least one evaluable Composite Truth Standard (CTS) assessment and had not received any prohibited systemic antineoplastic therapy before the completion of PET/CTs and CTS procedures, which were required for the calculation of the co-primary endpoints.
NCT06061081
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the antiviral activity of VH3739937 in Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type-1 (HIV-1) infected treatment naive (TN) participants during monotherapy.
NCT06611436
The BeCoMe-9 Study (BE-101-01) is a Phase 1/2, first in human, multi-center, open-label, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of a single intravenous (IV) dose of BE-101 in adults with moderately severe or severe Hemophilia B. Once infused, BE-101 is designed to engraft and continuously secrete FIX into the circulation to restore clinically meaningful levels of active FIX. BE-101 is an autologous (person's own cells) B Cell Medicine (BCM) which uses CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing to precisely insert human FIX gene into those cells.
