NCT06031688
This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.
NCT03696225
Approximately half a million Veterans receiving services at the VA have Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTSD is strongly associated with cognitive functioning deficits in areas of concentration, attention, memory, learning, verbal abilities, processing speed, and multitasking. Compensatory Cognitive Training (CCT) is an evidence-based intervention for cognitive problems that is effective in other Veteran populations such as those with a history of traumatic brain injury (TBI), but CCT has not yet been tested in Veterans with PTSD who don't have a history of TBI. The investigators will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) of CCT in Veterans who have been treated for PTSD but continue to have cognitive functioning deficits. The investigators will examine feasibility, acceptability, participant characteristics, and effect size estimates in preparation for a fully-powered RCT of CCT for PTSD-related cognitive functioning deficits.
NCT04848506
The purpose of this study is to collect long-term safety and tolerability data for aficamten.
NCT01208662
In this research study, we are looking to explore the drug combination, lenalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone alone or when combined with autologous stem cell transplantation to see what side effects it may have and how well it works for treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Specifically, the objective of this trial is to determine if, in the era of novel drugs, high dose therapy (HDT) is still necessary in the initial management of multiple myeloma in younger patients. In this study, HDT as compared to conventional dose treatment would be considered superior if it significantly prolongs progression-free survival by at least 9 months or more, recognizing that particular subgroups may benefit more compared to others.
NCT04165317
The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (sasanlimab) in people with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. This study is seeking participants whose bladder cancer is still in early stages, has not spread outside of the bladder, has been removed with surgery, and is high risk (Part A) or was previously treated with BCG (Bacillus Calmette Guerin), a standard treatment for bladder cancer (Part B). In Part A (enrollment closed), each participant was assigned to one of three study treatment groups. * One group is given sasanlimab and BCG at the study clinic. * The second group is given sasanlimab and BCG at the study clinic. This group will receive BCG for the first six weeks only. * The third group is given BCG only and will not receive sasanlimab. In Part B of the study, each new participant will be assigned to a study treatment group based on the type of their bladder tumor. \- Both groups will be given sasanlimab at the study clinic. On August 31, 2022, the Sponsor announced the discontinuation of enrollment to Part B. The decision to discontinue enrollment to Part B was not made for safety reasons.

NCT06065540
The study will look at how well CagriSema helps people lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new weekly medicine that combines two medicines called semaglutide and cagrilintide. CagriSema will be compared to the two medicines semaglutide and cagrilintide, when they are taken alone. CagriSema will also be compared to a "dummy" medicine without any active ingredient. The study will be done in participants who have type 2 diabetes. Participants will take the study medicine together with the current diabetes medicine (metformin with or without an SGLT2 inhibitor).
NCT04158648
This is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm study designed to evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of emicizumab in participants with mild or moderate hemophilia A without inhibitors against factor VIII (FVIII).
NCT03841357
This is a research study to test whether a once-weekly injection of abatacept will prevent the progression of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) to a more severe form. To evaluate the effectiveness of a 24-week course of treatment with abatacept plus usual care versus usual care to prevent polyarthritis (≥5 joints), uveitis, or treatment with other systemic medication within 18 months of randomization in children with recent-onset limited JIA.
NCT03541200
An open-label, long term extension study of MT-8554 in postmenopausal women experiencing moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms who completed Study MT-8554-A01
NCT07364773
The purpose of this multi-site clinical trial is to see whether people with spinal cord injury or disorder (SCI/D) demonstrate higher level of participation in rehabilitation sessions and other outcomes when their therapists are trained in a counseling style called motivational interviewing. We want to answer the following questions: 1. Do inpatients with SCI/D treated by physical therapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs) who receive MI training and coaching demonstrate greater therapy participation compared to those treated by therapists who do not receive MI training and coaching? 2. Do inpatients with SCI/D treated by PTs and OTs who receive MI training and coaching demonstrate greater functional improvement at discharge from inpatient rehabilitation and greater community integration at 6 months after discharge compared to those treated by therapists who do not receive MI training and coaching? 3. What are the potential moderators and mediators of the effect of training and coaching on MI skills on therapy participation? Researchers will compare patient participation level and other outcomes of inpatients with SCI/D treated by PTs and OTs who receive MI training and coaching with those treated by therapists who do not receive MI training and coaching. Therapist participants will: 1. Audio record 2 therapy sessions per week with each enrolled SCI patient participant 2. Half of the therapists will attend a 16-hour training on MI skills and 2 practice therapy session Patient participants will: 1. Consent to audio recording of their therapy sessions 2. Complete one brief survey near the time of their discharge and another survey 6 months later

This is study is comprised of three approaches. First, the investigators will conduct a retrospective cohort study to determine factors associated with COVID-19 severity and complications and understand COVID-19 outcomes, including all-cause mortality, post-discharge events, and impacts of rehabilitation services (third aim). The second aim is a mixed-method study and follows COVID-19 patients with repeated surveys to determine patient-reported functional outcomes, health recovery, and rehabilitation needs after COVID-19. The investigators will recruit patients and their informal caregivers for interviews to assess their function and rehabilitation needs.
NCT06846320
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is usually treated with antidepressant therapy (ADT); however, sometimes ADTs alone are not enough to adequately treat GAD. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe and effective ABBV-932 is when added to the antidepressant therapies in adult participants with GAD who have had an inadequate response ADTs. ABBV-932 is an investigational drug being developed for the adjunctive treatment of GAD. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive ABBV-932 or Placebo in addition to their currently prescribed ADTs. There is 1 in 3 chance of participants assigned to Placebo. Approximately 315 adult participants with GAD and inadequate response to ADTs will be enrolled in approximately 50 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral capsules of ABBV-932 or matching placebo in addition to their prescribed ADT for 6 weeks and then will be followed for an additional 4 week follow-up period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
