NCT06814145
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with a type of pulmonary hypertension called combined postcapillary and precapillary pulmonary hypertension (Cpc-PH). This study focuses on Cpc-PH that is caused by heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Researchers want to know if the study treatment, sotatercept, can treat people with Cpc-PH caused by HFpEF. This is an extension study, which means people who took part in a certain study on sotatercept for Cpc-PH (called a parent study) may be able to join this study. In this extension study, people will take sotatercept and researchers will follow their health for a longer time. The main goal of this extension study is to learn about the long-term safety of sotatercept and if people tolerate it over a longer period of time.
NCT07008118

NCT05956626
Phase 2/3 Pivotal Confirmatory Clinical Trial is a randomized, outcome assessor-masked, multicenter study, that will enroll fifty-one (51) subjects. Subjects will be enrolled in a 2:1 ratio to either the treatment group (n=34 subjects) or to an untreated control group (n=17 subjects). Phase 1 is complete and closed for enrollment. It was a multicenter, open-label, dose ranging/dose escalation study that enrolled 9 subjects. OCU410ST Phase 1- Retinal Structure and Visual Function Data Results * Safety: Favorable safety and tolerability profile No SAE deemed related to OCU410ST including intraocular inflammation, exudation, endophthalmitis, anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AIONs) or vasculitis. * Primary Endpoint: Structural Improvement Atrophic lesions grew slower by 48% at 12M in evaluable treated eyes when compared to untreated eyes * Secondary Endpoint: Visual Function (BCVA) 100% evaluable treated eyes demonstrated stabilization or improvement when compared to untreated eyes in visual function OCU410ST Phase 1- Structural and Functional Outcomes at 12M Data Results * The GARDian3 clinical trial for ABCA4- related retinopathies including Stargardt disease builds upon encouraging results and positive data from the Phase 1 GARDian trial, which demonstrated 48% slower lesion growth at 12-month follow-up in evaluable treated eyes compared to untreated eyes * Additionally, evaluable treated eyes showed a statistically significant (p=0.031) and clinically meaningful improvement of nearly 2-line/9-letter gain in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) at 12-month follow-up when compared to untreated eyes.
NCT04991935
This study is an open-label, uncontrolled study design to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of treatment with CC-93538. The study will enroll participants who participated in the CC-93538-EE-001 or CC-93538-DDI-001 studies.
NCT07049575
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the maximal use of ruxolitinib cream in adult and adolescent participants with hidradenitis suppurativa.
NCT06329401
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of 2 doses of inhaled pirfenidone (AP01) versus placebo on top of standard of care in participants with PPF over 52 weeks.
NCT07361497
A study to evaluate Pumitamig versus Durvalumab following concurrent chemoradiation therapy in participants with unresectable stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
NCT03049189
The purpose of the study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) with 177Lu-Edotreotide compared to targeted molecular therapy with Everolimus in patients with inoperable, progressive, somatostatin receptor-positive (SSTR+), neuroendocrine tumours of gastroenteric or pancreatic origin (GEP-NET).
NCT04612751
This study will assess safety, tolerability, and treatment activity of datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in combination with immunotherapy with or without carboplatin in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT06795022
This research is designed to determine if experimental treatment with AZD9793, a T cell-engaging antibody that targets GPC3, is safe, tolerable and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumours which are GPC3+.
NCT07432958
This is a Phase 2 study in people with Parkinson's disease who experience motor fluctuations while taking levodopa. The study will evaluate how effective two different doses of the study drug AP-472 are when added to levodopa treatment, compared with a placebo. The study will last about 12 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two doses of AP-472 or a placebo. Neither the participants nor the study staff will know which treatment is given. The study includes a screening period, a 4-week period during which Parkinson's medications must remain stable, and an 8-week treatment period. During the treatment period, limited adjustments to levodopa are allowed if needed.
NCT05386108
This is a multi-site, global, open-label study that includes a phase 1b evaluation of elacestrant in combination with abemaciclib in women and men with brain metastases from estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) negative breast cancer. Phase 1b was designed to select the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and is followed by an ongoing phase 2 evaluation of elacestrant in combination with abemaciclib in participants with active brain metastases from ER-positive, HER-2 negative breast cancer.
NCT05992935
The purpose of the Part A Phase 1 of this study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of mRNA-1403 and mRNA-1405 in healthy adult participants 18 to 49 years of age and 60 to 80 years of age. The purpose of Part B Phase 2 and Part C Phase 2 is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of mRNA-1403 in healthy adult participants (18 to 80 years of age).
NCT02914483
The Women's HARP study is a multi-center study focusing on women with clinical presentation of myocardial infarction (MI). Women will complete stress questionnaires following presentation to the medical center with elevated cardiac enzymes and abnormal electrocardiograms (ECGs). 2 months following MI, participants will be screened for the Stress Ancillary Study and enrolled if an elevated level of perceived stress is reported. After completing baseline assessments, participants will be randomized to Enhanced Usual Care (EUC) or stress management for 8 weeks. Participants will be followed for 6 months.

ANCHOR is a prospective, phase IV, interventional, single-arm, open-label study of 1,500 adult participants with symptomatic asthma requiring the use of rescue therapy aimed to compare the asthma exacerbation rates before and after switching from albuterol or levalbuterol to albuterol plus budesonide inhalation aerosol as rescue therapy.
NCT07187466
The purpose of this study is to learn about different treatments for overactive bladder symptoms in Parkinson's Disease. The investigators want to find out if people who do not respond to one treatment (either behavioral or drug treatment) will respond to combined treatment. The investigators also want to find out what factors influence whether someone responds to the treatments.
NCT03713528
Purpose of Study: In order to improve upon the variable results seen in irrigation and debridement for periprosthetic infection, we ask if the use of intraosseous regional administration of antibiotics at the time of irrigation and debridement will improve the modest success of standard irrigation and debridement. We will use the existing literature on standard irrigation and debridement procedures to compare with the results of the irrigation and debridement with the use of intraosseous antibiotics. Impact Question: How will this study benefit the patient? Currently when an I\&D fails, the patient needs to undergo two more major procedures: 1) implant removal and 2) reimplantation of the prosthesis. Any improvement in the results of a standard irrigation and debridement procedure may decrease the number of patients having to go through further extensive procedures to cure their infection.
NCT05747430
