NCT02648347
A multicenter, randomized, open-label, active-controlled Phase 3 study for the correction of anemia and maintenance of hemoglobin (Hb) in participants with Non-Dialysis-Dependent Chronic Kidney Disease (NDD-CKD)
NCT00819793
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the CentriMag ventricular assist system to help patients who have experienced heart failure during surgery and cannot be removed from cardiac bypass.
NCT00121472
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the Thoratec HeartMate II Left Ventricular Assist System (LVAS) as a bridge to cardiac transplantation in end-stage heart failure patients who are listed for cardiac transplant but are at imminent risk of dying. The HeartMate II LVAS was approved by the US FDA on April 21, 2008, as a bridge to cardiac transplantation (reference PMA P060040). It was approved for commercial distribution in Canada on May 20, 2009 (reference Medical Device Licence #79765). Patients enrolled into the clinical trial will continue to be followed until all have reached a clinical outcome.
NCT01568424
The study objective is to gather post-market clinical data on the use of the CentriMag RVAS when used for temporary mechanical circulatory support of the right ventricle in patients with acute right ventricular failure from any cause
NCT02714218
The purpose of this study is to evaluate two different dose combinations of nivolumab and ipilimumab in the treatment of melanoma.
NCT02279173
This is a phase 3b single arm, open label, multicenter study describing the percentage of time pediatric participants with ITP have a platelet response while receiving romiplostim, defined as a platelet count ≥ 50 x 10\^9/L in the absence of ITP rescue medications for the past 4 weeks.
NCT04185909
This is a multi-center, single arm, evaluator-blind prospective study of up to 55 study subjects who are seeking a procedure to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and rhytides.
NCT02836652
This study is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled study of subjects receiving the HM II LVAD as per the current FDA approved indications for use.
NCT02224755
The objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the HM3 LVAS by demonstrating non-inferiority to the HMII LVAS (HMII) when used for the treatment of advanced, refractory, left ventricular heart failure.
NCT02892955
The objective of the study is to continue to evaluate safety and clinical performance of the HM3 LVAS for the treatment of advanced, refractory, left ventricular heart failure following completion of enrollment in the the MOMENTUM 3 IDE Study.
NCT01452802
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of the HeartMate II (HM II) Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) support versus OMM in ambulatory NYHA Class IIIB/IV heart failure patients who are not dependent on intravenous inotropic support and who meet the FDA approved indications for HM II LVAD destination therapy.
NCT01477528
The purpose of this observational study is to obtain multi-center data on HeartMate II (HMII) patients managed with reduced anticoagulation or anti-platelet regimes, and the incidence of thrombotic and bleeding adverse events associated with these regimes.
NCT00573131
OncoGel is a new experimental drug delivery system that allows the slow continuous release of paclitaxel (an approved intravenous anticancer drug), from a gel (ReGel) over a long period of time. The gel will disappear in 4 to 6 weeks as it releases the paclitaxel. The protocol is directed towards evaluating the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel delivered as a local, intralesional treatment when used in combination with chemotherapy (cisplatin and 5-FU) and radiation therapy before surgery.
NCT05423873
This open-label, multi-center clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the dual skincare regimen of vitamin C serum and moisturizing sunscreen SPF 45 to improve facial hyperpigmentation and photodamage after 12 weeks of twice daily use in healthy female subjects between 35 - 60 years old. A total of 33 subjects completed study participation.
NCT01303796
This Phase 3 study assesses two drug regimens as the initial treatment of patients who are at least 70 years of age and have newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) for whom the doctor does not recommend the use of standard intensive treatment or the patient has decided not to receive standard intensive treatment after being fully informed about its benefits and risks by his/her doctor. The two drug regimens are sapacitabine administered in alternating cycles with decitabine or decitabine alone. The purpose of the study is to learn which drug regimen is more likely to keep AML in check as long as possible.
NCT04768855
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug known as LY3540378 in healthy participants following single and multiple doses (Parts A and B) and multiple doses in Japanese (Part C) and Chinese (Part D) healthy participants. Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY3540378 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. This is a 4-part study and may last up to 70, 113, 113 and 113 days for each participant in Parts A, B, C, and D respectively.
NCT04380961
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical response of sirukumab (administered as a single intravenous dose) plus standard of care (SOC) compared to placebo plus SOC in COVID-19.
NCT03850535
This Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, non-randomized study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of idasanutlin when it is given in combination with cytarabine and daunorubicin in induction, in combination with cytarabine in consolidation, and as a single agent in maintenance for treating participants with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
NCT02837042
