This is a multi-center, open label long-term safety (LTS) study to be conducted in approximately 600 subjects with acne vulgaris.
NCT01969838
This study is to determine the efficacy of momelotinib (MMB) versus ruxolitinib (RUX) in participants with primary myelofibrosis (PMF) or post-polycythemia vera or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis (post-PV/ET MF) who have not yet received treatment with a Janus kinase inhibitor (JAK inhibitor). Participants will be randomized to receive either MMB or ruxolitinib for 24 weeks during a double-blind treatment phase, after which they will be eligible to receive open-label MMB for up to an additional 216 weeks. After discontinuation of study medication, assessments will continue for 12 additional weeks, after which participants will be contacted for survival follow-up approximately every 6 months for up to 5 years from the date of enrollment or until study termination. For those participants planning to continue treatment with MMB following the end of the study, the Early Study Drug Discontinuation (ESDD), 30-day, 12-Week, and survival follow-up visits are not required.

Long Lesion Substudy: to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC) ELUVIA Drug-Eluting Vascular Stent System (ELUVIA Stent) for treating Superficial Femoral Artery (SFA) and/or Proximal Popliteal Artery (PPA) lesions \>140 mm and ≤ 190 mm in length.
NCT02761694
The primary objectives of this study are: Part 1 - Vevorisertib as single agent: To assess the safety and tolerability of vevorisertib in participants with advanced solid tumors with v-Akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog (AKT) 1, 2, 3 genetic alterations, activating phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) mutations, phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN)-null, or other known actionable PTEN mutations; Part 2 - Vevorisertib in combination with other anti-cancer agents: To assess the safety and tolerability of vevorisertib in combination with paclitaxel or fulvestrant in participants with advanced, inoperable, metastatic and/or recurrent solid tumors with phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha (PIK3CA) / PTEN actionable mutations and/or AKT genetic alterations.
NCT04077021
CCW702 is an investigational immunotherapy for prostate cancer. This is a two-part, first-in-human study to assess the safety and tolerability of CCW702 administered subcutaneously to patients with metastatic, castration resistant prostate cancer. Part I is divided in to two subparts, in both subparts patients will receive ascending dosages of CCW702 with the goal to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of CCW702 and efficacious regimen. Part Ia will explore every other other day dosing (QOD); Part Ib will explore weekly dosing (Q7D). In part II of the study, patients will be given the recommended part/phase 2 dose (RP2D) Q7D. The study will also assess the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of CCW702.
NCT03217136
This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of MK-7625A (ceftolozane/tazobactam) plus metronidazole, compared with that of meropenem in pediatric participants with cIAI.
NCT03230838
This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of MK-7625A (ceftolozane/tazobactam) compared with that of meropenem in pediatric participants with cUTI, including pyelonephritis.
NCT05099445
This is a multicenter, open-label parallel-group to evaluate single oral doses of INCB000928 in participants with varying level of renal function or impairment.
NCT04745351
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate whether remdesivir (RDV, GS-5734™) reduces the composite risk of death or invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) through Day 29 in participants with severely reduced kidney function who are hospitalized for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
NCT02203773
This is a Phase 1b, open-label, non-randomized, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of orally administered venetoclax (ABT-199) combined with decitabine or azacitidine and the preliminary efficacy of these combinations. In addition, there is a drug-drug interaction (DDI) sub-study only at a single site, to assess the pharmacokinetics and safety of venetoclax (ABT-199) in combination with posaconazole.
NCT01027000
RATIONALE: Giving low doses of chemotherapy before a donor stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. Also, monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can find cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving tacrolimus, sirolimus, and methotrexate after the transplant may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well donor stem cell transplant works in treating patients with high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
NCT02961283
The study is divided into two parts. The first part of the study will test various doses of ASN003 to find out the highest safe dose to test in three specific groups. The second part of the study will test how well ASN003 can control cancer. Subjects will be enrolled into one of three groups. Group 1: metastatic or recurrent melanoma with documented BRAFV600 mutation (n=20 evaluable patients) Group 2: metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC), or advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with documented BRAFV600 mutation (n=14 evaluable patients) Group 3: advanced solid tumors with documented PI3K pathway alterations (PIK3CA mutation or PTEN loss) (n=14 evaluable patients)
NCT03455829
This was a study to investigate the potential clinical benefit of G1T38 as an oral therapy in combination with osimertinib in patients with EGFR mutation-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The study was an open-label design, planned to consist of 2 parts: a safety, pharmacokinetic, and dose-finding portion (Part 1), and a randomized portion (Part 2). Both parts were to include 3 study phases: Screening Phase, Treatment Phase, and Survival Follow-up Phase. The Treatment Phase began on the day of first dose with study treatment and completes at the Post-Treatment Visit. Approximately, 144 patients were planned to be enrolled in the study.

NCT03657043
This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out what its side effects are and to see if it works for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC). It will test different doses of tisotumab vedotin that are given at different times. It will also compare the side effects and ability to treat tumors of these different doses and schedules. In this study, there will be a safety run-in group of approximately 12 patients that will look at a dose-dense treatment schedule. In a dose-dense schedule, smaller doses are given more frequently. In addition to the safety run-in patients, there will be three groups in the study. One group will get tisotumab vedotin once every 3 weeks (21-day cycles). The two other groups will get tisotumab vedotin once a week for 3 weeks followed by 1 week off (28-day cycles).
