NCT02876835
The purpose of this multi-center event-driven study in non-dialysis (ND) participants with anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of daprodustat compared to darbepoetin alfa.
NCT04110054
The primary objective of this study is to determine the optimal dose of S-600918 in patients with refractory chronic cough by evaluating the change from baseline in 24-hour cough frequency (coughs per hour) with S-600918 compared with placebo.
NCT05120310
The purpose of this study is to test the effects of using the Calm app + coaching concierge (one 20-min session) and/or Calm Coaching for sleep program on sleep, mental health, and work productivity outcomes in employees. Employees (N=5,000) will be randomized into one of two groups for 8-weeks.
NCT00381680
This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving the drugs in different ways and different doses may kill more cancer cells..
NCT06330714
This is planned as a feasibility study. The primary objective is to evaluate a specially designed patient monitoring software Vitalbeat and standard mobile device hub termed Intel Health Application Platform (IHAP) in terms of its reliability, seamless data transmission and early data availability to the physician to improve patient physician interaction. The second objective is assessing patient response to use of mobile device monitoring and patient self-monitoring skills to transmit vital signs data using the IHAP wireless home hub device
NCT06205290
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of liso-cel vs Investigator's Choice options (idelalisib + rituximab or bendamustine + rituximab) in adult participants with R/R CLL or SLL, whose disease has failed treatment with both BTKi and BCL2i targeted therapies.
NCT04773678
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety of two dose levels of CBP-201 in patients with moderate to severe persistent asthma with Type 2 inflammation.
NCT02073409
Isolation of nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) from the sputum of individuals with CF is an increasingly common finding, and the lack of an evidenced-based approach to the diagnosis of NTM disease has been identified as one of the greatest unmet needs within the CF community. Current evidence predicts that the prevalence of NTM will remain relatively high in the CF population. Approaches to NTM disease diagnosis differ widely between centers. This study is observational and follows current best practices. The study will help standardize the diagnosis and collect relevant data associated with the diagnosis of NTM disease to build a framework for future therapeutic trials.
NCT04177108
This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of ipatasertib in combination with atezolizumab and paclitaxel in locally advanced or metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) previously untreated in this setting.
NCT03237858
The MANAGE-HF study is a multi-center, global, prospective, open label, multi-phase trial intended to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the HeartLogic heart failure diagnostic feature.
NCT03409107
The purpose of this multi-center study in non-dialysis participants with anemia associated with CKD is to evaluate safety, efficacy and quality of life of daprodustat compared to placebo.
NCT02052648
In this study, investigators will conduct a phase I/II trial in recurrent (temozolomide resistant) glioma patients. The overall goal of this study is to provide a foundation for future studies with indoximod tested in newly diagnosed glioblastoma patients with radiation and temozolomide, or in combination with vaccine therapies.
NCT01897571
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1/2 study of tazemetostat as a single agent in subjects with advanced solid tumors or with B-cell lymphomas and tazemetostat in combination with prednisolone in subjects with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
NCT05071183
A Phase 1b/2 Study of Repotrectinib in Combination with Other Anticancer Therapies for the Treatment of Subjects with KRAS-Mutant Advanced Solid Tumors (TRIDENT-2)
NCT02603432
The main purpose of this study is to compare maintenance treatment with avelumab plus best supportive care (BSC) with BSC alone, to determine if avelumab has an effect on survival in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer that did not worsen during or following completion of first-line chemotherapy.
NCT04949828
Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) is a condition where pancreatic enzyme quantity or activity is reduced below threshold needed for normal digestion. Symptoms include bloating, flatulence, diarrhea and steatorrhea. This is an observational study assessing for effect of CREON on symptoms of EPI in participants with EPI due to chronic pancreatitis.
NCT03125902
This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A, an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 \[PD-L1\] antibody) administered in combination with paclitaxel compared with placebo in combination with paclitaxel in participants with previously untreated, inoperable locally advanced or metastatic, centrally confirmed TNBC. Participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive atezolizumab or placebo plus paclitaxel until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity or end of study, whichever occurs first (maximum up to approximately 40 months). In addition, the Sponsor may decide to terminate the study at any time.
NCT03558139
The primary objectives of this study are to investigate the safety and tolerability of magrolimab in combination with avelumab in participants with advanced solid tumors and to confirm the safety and tolerability of this combination and evaluate the anti-tumor activity in participants with checkpoint inhibitor-naive ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and primary peritoneal carcinoma who have previously progressed within 1-6 months of receiving platinum chemotherapy.
NCT04592341
This is a Phase II, multicenter, open-label, single arm, PD study in participants with early (prodromal to mild) AD to evaluate the effect of a once weekly (Q1W) dosing regimen of gantenerumab on deposited amyloid as measured by change from baseline to Week 104 (primary) and Week 208 in brain amyloid positron emission tomography (PET). The administration of gantenerumab as a single injection of Q1W will be investigated in this study, to simplify the dosing regimen for participants.
NCT02992964
This is an open-label, single arm, multi-center, pilot study of Nivolumab in pediatric patients with recurrent or refractory hypermutant malignancies aged 12 months to 18 years of age. This study is to assess clinical and radiological benefits of treatment with Nivolumab in children with hypermutated cancers, including those with bMMRD syndrome. It is our expectation that patients with bMMRD syndrome will account for the majority of patients enrolled on this study.
