NCT01081028
The purpose of the Connect® MM Registry is to explore the natural history and real world management of patients with newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma (MM) and provide unique insights into the management of MM and the impact of this hematologic disorder on patients.
NCT05365971
The RISE FOR HEALTH study (RISE) is an initiative of the Prevention of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (PLUS) Research Consortium, which was formed by the NIDDK in 2015 to develop the science to improve bladder health in women and girls. RISE is designed to identify risk and protective factors for bladder health and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and to estimate the distributions of bladder health and bladder health knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs in women of all ages across the life course. This will be accomplished by conducting a population-based prospective cohort study. A sample of individuals who live within the study base, i.e., the county containing each PLUS clinical research center and each adjacent county, will be invited to complete two baseline surveys and then two follow-up surveys one year later. A subset of participants will be invited to attend an in-person evaluation to collect additional clinical information and biologic specimens.
NCT01748149
This is a multicenter, safety and pharmacokinetic trial to determine the MTD and/or select a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of vemurafenib in children with recurrent or refractory gliomas containing the BRAFV600E or BRAF Ins T mutation.
NCT06038578
This study will assess the efficacy, safety, optimal dose and ADA and NAbs development of TRK-950 at two separate dose levels in combination with ramucirumab and paclitaxel (RAM+PTX) as compared with RAM + PTX treatment alone in participants with gastric or gastro-esophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.
NCT05624710
This is a multicenter, open-label, parallel-group study to evaluate INCB054707 in participants with varying levels of renal function or impairment.
NCT06623409
Researchers are looking for new ways to prevent cancers related to human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is a common virus that can cause an infection. There are many different types of HPV. Most people's immune system can fight HPV infection and it goes away without treatment. For some people, HPV infections can last longer and may cause cancer years later. A standard vaccine to prevent HPV-related cancers is GARDASIL®9 (G9). G9 protects against 9 types of HPV but it does not protect against other types of HPV. The study vaccine (called V540B) is designed to protect against the same HPV types that G9 protects against plus other HPV types. The main goal of this study is to learn about the safety of V540B in healthy adults and if people tolerate it.
NCT06011798
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of multiple doses of foselutoclax (UBX1325) in patients with Diabetic Macular Edema. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Assess the efficacy of foselutoclax compared to aflibercept * Assess the safety and tolerability of foselutoclax
NCT06122077
The PROACT LUNG study is a prospective multi-center observational study to validate a blood-based test for the early detection of lung cancer by collecting blood samples from high-risk participants who will undergo a routine, standard-of-care screening Low-Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT).
NCT05253807
This is an open-label, single arm study to study the safety, efficacy and tolerability of Pemigatinib when used on participants with squamous or nonsquamous NSCLC with a documented FGFR1-3 mutations or fusions/rearrangement who have progressed on prior therapies and have no available standard treatment options
NCT06039384
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of INCB099280 in combination with adagrasib and to establish the MTD or identify RDE(s) for the combination of INCB099280 and adagrasib.
NCT04681248
An Expanded Access Protocol for use of DKN-01 for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
NCT02375880
DKN-01 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (Mab) with neutralizing activity against Dkk-1 and is being developed as an anti-neoplastic agent. This study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of DKN-01 in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin in patients with carcinoma primary to the intra- or exta-hepatic biliary system or gallbladder.

NCT06144957
SLC13A5 deficiency (Citrate Transporter Disorder, EIEE 25) is a rare genetic disorder with neurodevelopmental delays and seizure onset in the first few days of life. This natural history study is designed to address the lack of understanding of disease progression. Additionally it will identify clinical and biomarker endpoints for use in future clinical trials.
NCT03725007
This is a study to evaluate pharmacokinetics, safety and tolerability of upadacitinib in pediatric participants with polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis. This study consists of three parts: Part 1 is multiple-cohort study that consists of two sequential multiple dose groups. Participants benefiting from the study drug with no ongoing adverse events of special interest or serious adverse events will have option to enroll in Part 2. Part 2 is open-label, long term extension study to evaluate safety and tolerability. Part 3 is an additional safety cohort to evaluate long-term safety and tolerability.
NCT06102330
This is a multicenter study to test a decision-making support process for families and clinicians facing decisions about chronic home ventilation for a child. The investigators hypothesize that the intervention will increase family preparedness for decision-making and will improve clinician-family shared-decision making. Half of families will be assigned to "usual care" arm and half to the "intervention" arm. Intervention families will view the study website with study staff and will answer questions related to website content. All families will be interviewed and surveyed at 1, 6 and 12 months after enrollment. Each family will designate 1-2 physician involved in the decision about home ventilation; each physician will be interviewed and surveyed at 1 month.
