NCT00784875
The purpose of this study is to compare an investigational drug (LY2624803) with placebo and with zolpidem in the treatment of outpatients with chronic insomnia.
NCT00671294
This purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of Ramelteon, once daily (QD), in elderly subjects with chronic insomnia.
NCT00649792
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and activity of Fampridine-SR when administered for up to 36 additional months in patients who previously participated in the MS-F204 study or until it becomes commercially available, whichever comes first.
NCT00685126
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of two dose levels of levalbuterol compared with one dose level of racemic albuterol in pediatric subjects aged birth to 48 months old.
NCT00368030
The purpose of this study is to evaluate subjective sleep efficacy in subjects with insomnia related to major depressive disorder.
NCT00667797
An analysis of the costs and outcomes associated with hospitalization and treatment of Levalbuterol versus Racemic Albuterol in subjects with Asthma and COPD.
NCT00664560
We will evaluate the efficacy of PN400 and an active comparator in patients that have Osteoarthritis of the knee.
NCT00331487
Efficacy comparison of Pioglitazone, once daily (QD), to Rosiglitazone in participants with Type 2 Diabetes
NCT00124982
The purpose of this study is to summarize the safety and tolerability of abatacept during 6 months of combined treatment with one or more of the background non-biologic disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) approved for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in subjects with active RA. Secondary objectives assessed the clinical efficacy of combination treatment, including disease activity, physical function, and quality of life outcomes.
NCT01451099
Evaluate the ability of Ji Gami(TM) DO to induce hair growth in male and female subjects with hair loss.
NCT01451047
To evaluate the ability of injections of Ji Gami(TM) and Ji Gami(TM) DO to induce hair growth in male and female subjects with hair loss
NCT00865150
Primary Hypotheses of the study include: * Metabolic profiles are influenced by gestational age, chronological age, type and degree of nutritional support and illness * Metabolic profiles differ between neonates who receive commercial formula and neonates who receive primarily human breast milk * Neonates who develop parenteral associated cholestasis have metabolic markers that identify at risk patients (high serum urea nitrogen, citrulline, histidine, methionine, and succinyl carnitine and low thyroxine, serine and glutamate) * Neonates that have hypothyroidism have abnormal metabolic profiles (low tyrosine levels)
NCT00671190
The purpose of this study is to determine the phase-advance in circadian rhythms in healthy adults subjects taking ramelteon, once daily (QD).
NCT00671398
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Ramelteon, once daily (QD), in healthy subjects within a sleep lab.
NCT00051467
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of TNFerade™ Biologic when administered concurrently with 5-FU and radiation therapy as first-line treatment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. TNFerade™ is a replication deficient adenovirus vector containing the gene for TNF-alpha controlled by a chemoradiation inducible promoter. This allows the expression of TNF-alpha to be greatest in the area receiving radiation. TNF-alpha is a cytokine that has been shown to have potent anti-cancer activities but, due to systemic toxicity, could not be delivered at effective doses. TNFerade™ Biologic is a novel way of selective delivery of TNF-alpha to tumor cells. TNFerade™ Biologic will be injected during five weekly injection sessions, concomitant with radiation and 5-FU. TNFerade™ Biologic will be administered by direct intratumoral injection using a percutaneous approach (PTA) or endoscopic ultrasound (EUS).
NCT00685425
The purpose of this study is to investigate, using an exercise challenge approach, the dose response of levalbuterol HFA MDI in adolescent and adult subjects with asthma
NCT00205881
Normal hearing listeners gain important everyday benefits from listening with two ears (bilateral hearing) compared to their baseline performance with hearing aids. Advantages of bilateral hearing include the ability to determine where sounds are coming from and the ability to hear sounds and understand speech in noisy environments. Based upon these advantages, this study will (1) evaluate the benefit of hearing with two Bionic Ear implants (one in each ear) and (2) compare HiResolution sound processing with conventional sound processing.
NCT01451021
Evaluate the ability of injections of Ji Gami(TM) and Ji Gami(TM) DO to induce hair growth in male and female subjects with hair loss.
NCT00568789
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of ramelteon in elderly subjects on balance, mobility and memory impairment after awakening in the middle of the night following bedtime dosing.
