NCT02889900
This is an open label, single arm, multi-center study to assess the efficacy and safety of the combination of cediranib and olaparib tablets in platinum-resistant relapsed high grade serous, high grade endometroid or clear cell ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal carcinoma patients who have received at least 3 prior lines of chemotherapy and who do not carry deleterious or suspected deleterious germline breast cancer susceptibility gene (BRCA) mutations.
NCT02369653
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of a blood thinning drug called Apixaban versus no administration of a blood thinning drug, in preventing blood clots in children with leukemia or lymphoma. Patients must be receiving chemotherapy, including asparaginase, and have a central line (a catheter inserted for administration of medications and blood sampling)
NCT01665521
Our research will examine a chest pain care strategy, called the HEART pathway, which is designed to correctly identify Emergency Department patients at high-risk for cardiovascular events, likely to benefit from further testing, and patients at very-low-risk for cardiovascular events, who may be safely discharged home. By using an individual's risk assessment to determining testing, we hope to improve the quality and efficiency of the care delivered to Emergency Department patients with chest pain. Our study will determine if the HEART pathway, which combines a clinical decision rule, the HEART score, and two serial troponin measurements, will reduce stress testing and cardiovascular imaging, decrease hospital length of stay, and reduce cost compared to usual care, while maintaining safety.
NCT01931852
The broad, long-term objective is to improve outcomes by optimizing healthcare delivery processes for patients with detectable to elevated serum troponin. This clinical trial involving emergency department (ED) patients with intermediate to high-risk chest pain and detectable to minimally elevated serum troponin within 6 hours of evaluation.
NCT01693692
The purpose of this study study is to determine whether TD-9855 is effective in treating patients with fibromyalgia.
NCT03529773
The study will describe the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of up to 6 RSV vaccine formulations when administered alone or concomitantly with seasonal inactivated influenza vaccine (SIIV).
NCT01085097
The study aims to evaluate the safety and clinical effect of daily oral treatment with laquinimod capsules in active lupus nephritis participants. This study will assess Laquinimod doses of 0.5 milligrams (mg)/day and 1 mg/day in combination with standard of care treatment (mycophenolate mofetil \[MMF\] and corticosteroids). Laquinimod is a novel immunomodulating drug which is currently in advanced stages of development by Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for Multiple Sclerosis.
NCT00600015
This trial will investigate the use of the newer targeted agents erlotinib and sorafenib in patients with stage IIIB or stage IV NSCLC who have received 1-2 prior chemotherapy regimens. Patients will be randomized to receive erlotinib (150 mg/day) and sorafenib (400 mg twice daily), or erlotinib (150 mg/day) and a placebo.
NCT03552393
Ascertain the starting dose of Mircera given subcutaneously for the maintenance treatment of anemia in pediatric participants with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis or not yet on dialysis when switching from stable subcutaneous (SC) maintenance treatment with epoetin alfa, epoetin beta, or darbepoetin alfa.
NCT04907409
This is a single arm study of home monitoring with the NVHO for 5 weeks with office visits at enrollment, Week 1 and Week 5 (Exit Visit) and, when applicable, Interim Visit(s) triggered by ongoing review by the Reading Center. The study will enroll subjects diagnosed with NV-AMD in at least one eye with attention to the proportion of eyes with IRF and/or SRF. The enrolled eligible subjects will be instructed to self-image the study eye(s) once daily for 5 weeks using a NVHO device at home with scheduled in-office examinations at Week 1, Week 5 and Interim Visits, when applicable, with additional in-office Cirrus volume scans acquired at these office visits. The self-imaging data on the NVHO will be automatically uploaded to the Notal Health Cloud and from there the reconstructed volume scans will sent to the study database.
NCT03999554
This is a Phase I double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study in 250 healthy adults, 18-49 years of age, inclusive, who are in good health and meet all eligibility criteria. The purpose of this dose escalation clinical study is to assess the safety, tolerability/reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of H3N2 M2SR investigational vaccines for prevention of influenza, when delivered at higher dosages or in two doses . Eligible subjects will be screened and randomized to receive two administrations 28 days apart of Sing2016 M2SR at three dose levels (low, medium, high), Bris10 M2SR at one dose level (low), or placebo in a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio. Study duration will be approximately 8 months with subject participation duration approximately 7 months. The primary study objective is to assess the safety and reactogenicity of a monovalent live single replication influenza H3N2 M2SR vaccine.
NCT02195986
The purpose of this study is to determine the therapeutic equivalence of Mylan's estradiol vaginal cream to Estrace® cream and superiority of both products to placebo. The protocol describes a randomized, double-blind, multi-dose, placebo-controlled, parallel study of a 7 day treatment.
NCT04539262
The primary objective of this study is to characterize the impact of inhaled remdesivir (RDV) on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) viral load in participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

A phase 1, open label, multi-center trial of AB-205 in adults with Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are in chemo-sensitive remission undergoing high-dose therapy, with or without radiation, and autologous stem cell transplantation (HDT-ASCT). Subjects will receive AB-205 infusion following autologous stem cell transfusion on Day 0.
NCT04084990
This study aims to evaluate the association between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and fetal growth restriction (FGR) and to assess the role of auto-titrated positive airway pressure (aPAP) as antenatal therapy in these patients. Pregnant patients with diagnosed FGR will be screened for OSA first by screening questionnaire and then by home sleep monitor. Of those patients diagnosed with OSA, half will be assigned to use aPAP each night when sleeping and half will not (standard care).

A prospective registry evaluating the efficacy of EC-IC bypass in a subgroup of patients, specifically, patients with carotid occlusion and symptoms refractory to medical therapy and evidence for poor cerebrovascular reserve as evaluated by physiological testing (e.g. Diamox Challenge SPECT Scan). This subgroup includes: 1. Hospitalized unstable patient with crescendo or postural TIA's 2. Patients with multiple TIA's, limb-shaking TIA's, and/or cognitive decline despite medical therapy.
NCT04330131
The TMW Center is launching a community-wide demonstration project in partnership with the Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County, Florida, in which the TMW interventions will be delivered at scale through partners who work with families across health, education, and social service systems. The goal of this partnership is to reach 60% of all families with children age birth through three with at least one TMW intervention over the five-year partnership, with a significant percentage of families receiving more than one intervention. The TMW Center will evaluate the efficacy of the multiple intervention approach in impacting parent knowledge, beliefs, and behavior and child developmental outcomes, and develop an implementation model that can be used in other communities.
