The purpose of this research study is to evaluate tacrolimus plasma concentrations in patients who will undergo an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT). The study aims to identify associations between plasma concentrations, baseline demographic characteristics, clinical lab parameters, and genetic factors. These associations will help clinicians determine the best starting dose for tacrolimus in order to minimize risks of aGVHD and tacrolimus-induced toxicities.

Tolerance and palatability of short-term supplementation with a whole-food dietary formulation based on hemp oil, calamari oil, and broccoli was evaluated in healthy adults. This was a 10-day open-label, prospective, controlled trial (n=14) in which participants acted as their own controls to receive daily intervention standardized to contain 15 mg phytocannabinoids, 230 mg omega-3 fatty acids, and 5 mg glucoraphanin. The primary objective was to evaluate gastrointestinal tolerability and acceptability. The study demonstrated that daily ingestion of the investigational product was well tolerated with no or minor adverse events, and a good palatability. The secondary objectives were to access parameters of blood biochemistry, liver enzymes, biomarkers of immune and oxi-dative health, as well as phytocannabinoid profiles in urine.

This is a randomized, parallel-arm, multicenter study to compare the safety and efficacy profiles of SEL-212 and KRYSTEXXA®. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive treatment with SEL-212 or KRYSTEXXA® for 6 months. Efficacy assessments, as measured by serum uric acid (SUA) levels, will be conducted at intervals that are appropriate to determine treatment effect differences. Safety will be monitored throughout the study.

This is a multicenter, open-label, phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of niraparib alone and in combination with PD-1 inhibitors in participants with locally advanced and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study will consist of 2 stages. In stage 1, participants from Cohorts 1 and 2 will receive niraparib plus PD-1 inhibitor; pembrolizumab and participants from Cohort 3 will receive niraparib alone. In Stage 2, participants from Cohorts 1A and 2A will receive niraparib plus the PD-1 inhibitor, TSR-042 (Dostarlimab).

This phase I/II trial studies the best dose and side effects of navitoclax and how well it works when given together with vistusertib in treating patients with small cell lung cancer and solid tumors that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as navitoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Vistusertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving navitoclax and vistusertib may work better than navitoclax alone in treating patients with small cell lung cancer and solid tumors.

Heart failure is a progressive disorder in which the weakened heart is not able to efficiently pump blood throughout the body. When the body's cells do not receive enough blood, this can result in fatigue, shortness of breath, and difficulty carrying out daily activities. The left ventricular assist device (LVAD) is a device that is used to provide mechanical circulatory support to patients with end-stage heart failure who are awaiting heart transplants. Although LVAD support helps maintain the pumping ability of the heart and dramatically improves heart failure symptoms, the quality of life with LVAD support is far from ideal. It has been shown that LVAD support in selected patients may restore the failing heart enough to eliminate the need for heart transplant, but more information is needed to assess heart recovery and to guide weaning of LVAD support. Using data collected from patients who have undergone LVAD implantation, this study will attempt to better assess heart recovery and to generate criteria for identifying patients eligible for the removal of LVAD support.

This study looks at the difference between XF-73 and placebo in reducing the carriage of a bacteria S. aureus in the nose before, during and after heart surgery. Only people who normally have S.aureus in their nose will be enrolled onto the study. This will be confirmed by analysis of a nasal swab (a cotton bud placed in the nose) before entering the study. It is expected 125 people will participate in this study. Participation will be confirmed by analysis of a nasal swab (a cotton bud placed in the nose) before entering the study. XF-73 or placebo will be given 5 times, with an equal chance of participants receiving either XF-73 or placebo. During the hospital stay more nasal swabs will be taken to determine the amount of S.aureus present in the participant's nose. Other tests such as blood samples, blood pressure and an examination of the nose and sense of smell will be performed as part of the safety assessment. After the hospital stay participants will be followed up for 30 days or if a device has been inserted into the body as part of the surgery for 90 days to look at the rates of post-operative infection between the placebo and XF-73 groups. The study will run for about 18 months. During this period, an independent data monitoring committee will review the study to make sure that the balance of benefits and risks of participating in the study does not change.

This research study is being done in people with advanced-stage solid tumor cancer. Advanced stage solid tumor cancer is a cancer that forms an abnormal mass of tissue that usually does not contain cysts or liquid areas. Different types of solid tumors are named for the type of cells that form them. Examples of solid tumors include lung cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma and sarcoma. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the safety of the investigational study drug, FN-1501, at different dose levels. FN-1501 has not previously been given to human subjects. It is intended for the treatment in this study of patients with advanced solid tumor cancers. This study will determine the effects, good and/or bad, on patients' cancer. The main objective of this study is to define the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of FN-1501. The MTD is the highest dose a person can take without having bad side effects, and the RP2D will be the dose of FN-1501 used in future studies.

Utilize electronic healthcare records and research databases to unite phenotypic and genomic data and to create a "virtual" registry across all institutions that will promote ongoing discovery. 3. Assess the impact of early genetic diagnosis on epilepsy, developmental, and health economic outcomes through formal longitudinal assessments of all children enrolled.
