NCT03009019
Efficacy, Tolerability, and Safety of DFN-15 in episodic migraine with or without aura, being conducted at multiple centers in the United States
NCT01730950
This randomized phase II trial studies how well bevacizumab with or without radiation therapy works in treating patients with recurrent glioblastoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. It is not yet know whether bevacizumab is more effective with or without radiation therapy in treating patients with recurrent glioblastoma
NCT02017964
This phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy works in treating younger patients with newly diagnosed, non-metastatic desmoplastic medulloblastoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, etoposide, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
NCT00303498
The aim of this study was to determine whether long-term (≥ 6 months at the target dose) blockade of ETA receptors using sitaxsentan showed functional benefit in subjects with chronic Heart Failure and an Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction ≥50%.
NCT03504423
A prospective, multicenter, open label, randomized phase III study to evaluate efficacy and safety of FFX versus CPI-613 + mFFX in patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas with age range of 18 to 75 years
NCT03020160
This multicenter, open-label, non-randomized study will assess the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of emicizumab administered at a dose of 6 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) every 4 weeks in participants with hemophilia A with or without inhibitors against factor VIII (FVIII). The study consists of 2 parts: a pharmacokinetic (PK) run-in part followed by an expansion part.
NCT04367740
Purpose: To determine the number of asymptomatic individuals who have antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the virus which causes COVID-19
NCT03667690
The purpose of this pivotal study is to determine if intravenous Rezafungin is efficacious and safe in the treatment of candidemia and/or invasive candidiasis when compared to caspofungin (followed by optional oral fluconazole).
NCT03712137
This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of JUVÉDERM VOLUX™ XC injectable gel for restoring jawline definition
NCT03281720
The purpose of this research study is to determine how feasible and accurate identifying and removing specific lymph nodes in the axilla (armpit) after neoadjuvant systemic therapy is when patients present with breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes in the axilla. The specific lymph nodes removed would be determined at the time of diagnosis. If a biopsy proves that cancer has spread to a lymph node, a titanium clip will placed in it to mark it for future removal. That lymph node will be removed after systemic therapy and compared with the rest of the lymph nodes removed from that region.
NCT00331773
RATIONALE: Giving radiation therapy that uses a 3-dimensional (3-D) image of the tumor to help focus thin beams of radiation directly on the tumor, and giving hypofractionated radiation therapy (higher doses over a shorter period of time), may be less costly with fewer side effects and just as effective in treating prostate cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying several different radiation therapy regimens to compare how well they work in treating patients with stage II prostate cancer.
NCT03969641
This is a prospective, randomized clinical trial. During the study, pregnant women will be randomized (1:1) to receive RIV4 or IIV4. Vaccines will be administered by licensed providers. Prior influenza vaccine history will be verified by medical record review when possible. Injection-site (local) and systemic reaction data will be assessed on vaccination day and during the 8 days following vaccination using either identical web-based or paper diaries, depending on study participant preference. Maternal serum samples will be collected for antibody titers relevant to Influenza at time points that include: prior to vaccination and \~29 days post vaccination. When feasible, maternal blood at delivery and cord blood serum will be analyzed for the same antibody titers. Pregnant women will be followed through delivery with comprehensive obstetric and neonatal outcomes obtained from medical record review for 90 days of life.
NCT00096460
This study is designed as a Phase II/III, multi-center trial, comparing two transplant strategies to determine whether non-myeloablative allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) will improve long-term progression-free survival compared to autologous HSCT. Recipients will be biologically assigned to the appropriate treatment arm depending on the availability of a Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) matched sibling.
NCT04680156
This is a long-term follow-up study to evaluate the safety and durability (efficacy) of response to EN3835 compared to placebo in participants who were treated in EN3835-210 or the pivotal Phase 3 parent studies for the treatment of AC of the shoulder (frozen shoulder).
NCT02446912
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an intravenous treatment regimen of two doses of anifrolumab versus placebo in adult subjects with moderately to severely active, autoantibody-positive systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
NCT00849147
Bone marrow transplants are one treatment option for people with leukemia or lymphoma. Family members or unrelated donors with a similar type of bone marrow usually donate their bone marrow to the transplant patients. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of a new type of bone marrow transplant-one that uses lower doses of chemotherapy and bone marrow donated from family members with only partially matched bone marrow-in people with leukemia or lymphoma.
NCT02311920
This phase I trial studies the safety and best dose of ipilimumab, nivolumab, or both in combination with temozolomide in treating patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma or gliosarcoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may block tumor growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known which combination is a better treatment for glioblastoma or gliosarcoma.
NCT02890069
The purpose of this study was to combine the PDR001 checkpoint inhibitor with several agents with immunomodulatory activity to identify the doses and schedule for combination therapy and to preliminarily assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacological and clinical activity of these combinations.
NCT02576444
The primary objective of this phase II trial is to determine tumor overall response rate (ORR) in molecularly selected patients with measurable disease as assessed by the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST), before versus after 16 weeks of treatment across tumor types in each arm of the study.
NCT02915783
This is a single-arm, multicenter, Phase 2 study of lenvatinib in combination with everolimus in participants with unresectable advanced or metastatic non clear cell renal cell carcinoma (nccRCC) who have not received any chemotherapy for advanced disease. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the objective response rate (ORR). This study consists of three phases: a Pretreatment Phase (Screening and Baseline Periods), a Treatment Phase (starting Cycle 1, Day 1), and a Posttreatment Phase (End of Treatment Visit and survival Follow-up).
