NCT02923193
Shockwave Medical Inc. intends to conduct a prospective, multi-center, single blind, randomized (1:1) study of Lithoplasty treatment used in combination with DCB versus standard balloon angioplasty used in combination with DCB to treat moderate and severely calcified femoropopliteal arteries. Assuming that roughly 15% of the subjects will be lost-to-follow-up, a total of up to 400 subjects (200 per treatment arm) will be enrolled in the study at up to 60 sites in Europe, the United States and New Zealand. In addition to the randomized study, an observational study of subjects who do not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria for the randomized study will be conducted. The objective of the observational study is to assess the real-world acute performance of the Shockwave Medical Peripheral Lithoplasty System in the treatment of calcified, stenotic, peripheral arteries. The observational study is a prospective, multi-center, single arm observational study for subjects who do not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria of the randomized study. A maximum of 1500 subjects at the same 60 sites will be enrolled in the observational study. Once enrollment in the randomized portion of the study is complete, subjects may continue to be enrolled in the observational study provided they meet OS eligibility criteria. Results for the observational study will be reported in a separate record under NCT05881421.

NCT05466448
This is a Phase 2, open label study that will consist of a screening period, baseline period in which subjects will receive a single treatment session and a follow-up period. The single treatment session will consist of multiple injections of RZL-012 into the submental area under the chin. Blood samples will be collected from all subjects for PK analyses in the first 30 hours after dosing. Subjects will thereafter be monitored for safety and efficacy for at least 84 days.
NCT03230318
This Phase II, open-label, single-arm study evaluated the anti-cancer activity of derazantinib in subjects with inoperable or advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) who received at least one prior regimen of systemic therapy. Patients received an oral once-daily total dose of 300 mg derazantinib capsules.
NCT03023930
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of (1) Implementation Facilitation (IF) on rates of provision of Emergency Department (ED)-initiated buprenorphine/naloxone (BUP) treatment with referral for ongoing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and the (2) effectiveness of IF on patient engagement in formal addiction treatment at 30 days.
NCT04264143
The blood brain barrier (BBB) prevents some drugs from successfully reaching the target source. Convection-Enhanced Delivery (CED) is a method of direct infusion of drugs under controlled pressure to the tumor that may reduce systemic side effects of drugs in the patient. The purpose of this Phase I study is to find the maximum tolerated dose of MTX110 (a water-soluble Panobinostat nanoparticle formulation) and Gadolinium that can be given safely in children with newly diagnosed diffuse midline gliomas. All patients enrolled in the study will receive infusion of MTX110 and Gadolinium delivered with a pump directly into the tumor over 9-11 days.
NCT04084561
The study aims to understand the effects of learning about one's genetic risk for lung cancer that is specific to their ancestry. Participants will be given hypothetical personalized genetic risk results and ask to think about how they might respond to such information if they actually received such results.
NCT03837353
This is a non-randomized multi-center Phase 1b/2a dose escalation and dose expansion study testing DKN-01 as monotherapy or in combination with docetaxel in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Patients need to be biomarker positive (Dickkopf-1 \[DKK1\]) either in plasma or biopsy. Other biopsies for correlative studies are encouraged but not mandatory. Pharmacokinetic (PK) testing of one pre-treatment blood sample and one post-treatment blood sample will be mandatory on Day 1 of every cycle.
NCT02914561
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of filgotinib during induction and maintenance treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) in participants who are biologic-naive and biologic-experienced. Participants who complete the study, or do not meet protocol response or remission criteria at Week 10 will have the option to enter a separate long-term extension (LTE) study (Study GS-US-419-3896).
NCT01605084
The purpose of this study is to determine the proportion of subjects with HIV-1 RNA \< 50 c/mL at Week 48 in patients who failed their first line therapy containing a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) or an integrase inhibitor
NCT04926779
This is a research study to evaluate the Sensitivity and Specificity of BIOZEK COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (Saliva) and BIOZEK COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (Nasopharyngeal Swab) on samples that are self-collected; and to perform analysis to compare results. In addition, to obtain RT-PCR test results, performed prior to enrollment, and compare all three results.
NCT03783936
The initial intent of the study was to be a multi-center single-arm open-label Simon's two-stage Phase II clinical trial of first-line mFOLFOX6 + trastuzumab + avelumab in metastatic HER2-amplified gastric and esophageal adenocarcinomas. Accrual will halt after completion of Stage I (enrollment of 18 patients). This decision is not due to safety issues. Subjects currently on treatment will continue until criteria as defined in the protocol is met.
NCT02324608
This pilot clinical trial studies the side effects and how well cetuximab before surgery works in treating patients with skin cancer that forms, grows, and spreads quickly and has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes. Monoclonal antibodies, such as cetuximab, may block tumor growth in different ways be targeting certain cells. Giving cetuximab before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.
NCT03320018
This is a pilot randomized control trial (RCT) to explore the possible beneficial effect of a novel combination therapy consisting of molecular hydrogen H2 plus minocycline ("H2M"), on neurological recovery after acute ischemic stroke.
NCT06177691
The purpose of this extension study is to continue to follow the participants who completed the CLVer RCT for up to 3 additional years. The goal for Cohort A is to evaluate the longer-term effects of verapamil on preservation of β-cell function as measured by C-peptide levels obtained during a mixed meal tolerance test (MMTT). For both Cohorts A and B, the goal is to determine if the high degree of glycemic control achieved during CLVer with HCL can be maintained once the intensive engagement of the study team is discontinued. At the completion of the RCT, study treatments end. Thus, during the extension study, diabetes management is performed as part of usual care and there is no study treatment.
