The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, how well the study medicine works, extent to which side effects can be tolerated, and how the study medicine is changed and eliminated from your body after you apply it on your skin. The study medicine is in ointment form. This study is seeking participants who If they have Atopic Dermatitis (AD): * Have a diagnosis for at least 3 months * Have a diagnosis of mild or moderate disease assessed using Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) * Have percent Body Surface Area (%BSA) covering 5% up to 40% * A Peak Pruritus Numerical Rating Scale (PP-NRS) average score of ≥2 during the screening period If they have plaque psoriasis (PsO): * Have a diagnosis for at least 6 months * Have a diagnosis of mild, moderate, or severe disease assessed using Physician's Global Assessment (PGA) * Have percent Body Surface Area (%BSA) covering 2% up to 20% All participants in this study will receive either 0.01% PF-07038124, 0.03% PF-07038124, or a vehicle ointment. In addition, some participants with PsO will receive 0.06% PF- PF-07038124. Participants will not know which dose level they have received. The participants will be randomly assigned to each dose group. PF-07038124 ointment will be applied topically to affected areas once daily. We will compare the experiences of people receiving the different dose levels of the ointment to those who receive the vehicle ointment. This will help us determine if PF-07038124 ointment is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for approximately 21 weeks. Participants will apply the study medicine once daily for 12 weeks followed by a safety follow-up period of 4-5 weeks from last application of study medicine to last visit.

The study team's objective is to test the effect of supermarket discount levels on fruit and vegetable (F\&V) and non-caloric beverage purchasing and consumption, as well as health outcomes. The study team will implement this economic intervention in a local supermarket chain to assess the effects of a 32-week intervention of fruit and vegetable (F\&V) and non-caloric beverage discounts of 30%, 15%, and 0% (control group) on purchasing, dietary intake, and health outcomes, including body weight and composition, blood pressure, and biochemical markers of cardiovascular disease risk. The 32-week intervention will be preceded by an 8-week baseline and will have a follow-up period of 16 weeks. There will be no discounts in effect during the baseline and follow-up periods.

This is a single-center prospective randomized investigation of patients undergoing surgical arthrodesis for single or multi-level cervical disease, resulting in cervical radiculopathy. Patients indicated for surgery for cervical degenerative disease (CDD) will be screened for yellow flags using validated tools to assess pain. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) will be used to modify yellow flags in spine patients. All patients at risk will be stratified by risk rating and randomly assigned to 2 groups; sham treatment (N=20) or CBT (N=20). The goal of this study is to unmask the relationship between psychological distress and clinical outcomes in patients undergoing surgical treatment for cervical degenerative disease resulting in combinations of neck pain and radiculopathy, and to determine the effectiveness of a brief psychological intervention on subset of patients who screen positive for psychological distress prior to their surgeries.

This is a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, two-arm study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BIO 300 Oral Suspension (BIO 300) as a therapy to improve lung function in patients that were hospitalized for severe COVID-19-related illness and continue to experience post-acute respiratory complications associated with Long-COVID after discharge. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to receive BIO 300 or placebo.

Prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled clinical study examining functional improvement in lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) patients with neurogenic claudication who are treated with the MILD procedure plus conventional medical management (CMM) compared to those treated with CMM alone, as the control. Subjects in the control group are able to crossover and receive MILD after completion of 12-month follow-up. The study will provide objective functional improvement data for patients treated with the mild Procedure as first-line therapy in a real-world setting.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of sex on postoperative pain, following total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Patients will first be stratified by sex and then be randomized into one of two multimodal analgesic regimen (MAR), which differ in presence of pregabalin. We hypothesize that that acute postoperative pain scores are different over time between males and females and between multimodal analgesic regimens following TKA. Investigators will be blinded to which multimodal group patients are in. Patients will complete surveys in the office, during their hospital stay, and at followup intervals for up to six months.

The current available therapies for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including immunomodulator and biologic medications may have toxicities limiting use or inadequate effect. We propose a novel approach to the treatment of IBD by using transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation (VNS). Research has previously identified that VNS using a surgically implanted stimulator can improve symptoms and decrease inflammation in people with inflammatory diseases. This study will evaluate the use of non-invasive nerve stimulation through the skin (rather than through an implanted device) as a potential therapy in pediatric patients with Crohn Disease or ulcerative colitis. We will be evaluating how this nerve stimulation affects symptoms, markers of inflammation found in the blood and stool including cytokine levels, and heart rate variability. The primary hypothesis of the study is the use of transcutaneous VNS will decrease inflammation in people with IBD leading to improved signs and symptoms of disease. The primary endpoint of the study is to evaluate the change in fecal calprotectin after 16 weeks of nerve stimulation. Secondary endpoints include changes in symptom scores, blood cytokine levels, and heart rate variability.

The primary objective is to: * Assess the effect of the Non-adherent study dressing to 3M Tegaderm Matrix Dressing with PHI technology on wound healing in patients with a diabetic foot ulcer. Secondary objectives are to: * Assess the adverse events that occur in subjects randomized to the investigational dressing in comparison to subjects randomized to the Tegaderm Matrix Dressing with PHI technology. * Assess the costs of using the investigational dressing compared to the Tegaderm Matrix Dressing with PHI technology. * Assess and compare the impact that these dressings have on patients' quality of life. * Assess the wound's biological response and pH to the study dressings.
