NCT07217717
This is a multi-site, open-label, non-randomized, single dose study to assess the clinical utility of \[¹⁸F\]FAPI-74 PET/CT in the detection of metastatic disease in individuals with pathologically confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Following screening, using a standardized administration protocol and dose, participants will undergo \[¹⁸F\]FAPI-74 PET/CT screening. SOC procedures and interventions will be captured during 3 months +/-14 days post injection. The primary objective is to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of such \[¹⁸F\]FAPI-74 PET/CT using a composite SOT panel. The maximum expected duration of the trial is approximately 24 months from first patient screening to last patient SOC follow up. The participants will be followed-up for safety for 24 to 72 hours after the dose of \[¹⁸F\]FAPI-74 PET/CT.
NCT04013685
This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of Orca-T, an allogeneic stem cell and T-cell immunotherapy biologic manufactured for each patient (transplant recipient) from the mobilized peripheral blood of a specific, unique donor. It is composed of purified hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), purified regulatory T cells (Tregs), and conventional T cells (Tcons) in participants undergoing myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant transplantation for hematologic malignancies.
NCT05500222
This study will determine the effect of oral 80 mg resmetirom administered once daily on participants with well-compensated non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) cirrhosis by measuring the time to experiencing a Composite Clinical Outcome event.
NCT03258554
This phase II/III trial studies how well radiation therapy works with durvalumab or cetuximab in treating patients with head and neck cancer that has spread to a local and/or regional area of the body who cannot take cisplatin. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cetuximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not known if radiation therapy with durvalumab will work better than the usual therapy of radiation therapy with cetuximab in treating patients with head and neck cancer.
NCT07076407
X-NOVA3 is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety, and tolerability of azetukalner as a monotherapy in adult participants diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
NCT04269200
A study to assess the efficacy and safety of durvalumab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (paclitaxel + carboplatin) followed by maintenance durvalumab with or without olaparib for patients with newly diagnosed advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer.
NCT06712355
This is a Phase III, multisite, randomized, double-blinded study to investigate pumitamig (BNT327) combined with chemotherapy (etoposide/carboplatin) compared to atezolizumab combined with chemotherapy (etoposide/carboplatin) for the treatment of participants with previously untreated extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
NCT07491952
This study is designed to evaluate the effectiveness, safety and clinical performance of ADAPT 2.0, first-line aspiration neurothrombectomy with Zoom System with Continuous Dual Aspiration Technique (CDAT).
NCT01269853
The high-grade malignant brain tumors, glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and anaplastic astrocytoma (AA), comprise the majority of all primary brain tumors in adults. This group of tumors also exhibits the most aggressive behavior, resulting in median overall survival durations of only 9-12 months for GBM, and 3-4 years for AA. Initial therapy consists of either surgical resection, external beam radiation or both. All patients experience a recurrence after first-line therapy, so improvements in both first-line and salvage therapy are critical to enhancing quality-of-life and prolonging survival. It is unknown if currently used intravenous (IV) therapies even cross the blood brain barrier (BBB). The investigators have shown in a previous phase I trial that a single Super-selective Intraarterial Cerebral Infusion (SIACI) of Bevacizumab (up to 15mg/kg) is safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent GBM. Therefore, this phase I/II clinical research trial is an extension of that trial in that the investigators seek to test the hypothesis that repeated dosing of intraarterial Bevacizumab is safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent malignant glioma. By achieving the aims of this study the investigators will also determine if IV therapy with Bevacizumab should be combined with repeated selected intraarterial Bevacizumab to improve progression free and overall survival. The investigators expect that this project will provide important information regarding the utility of repeated SIACI Bevacizumab therapy for malignant glioma, and may alter the way these drugs are delivered to the patients in the near future.
NCT04642053
Childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) is a complex, multivariate speech motor disorder characterized by difficulty planning and programming movements of the speech articulators (ASHA, 2007; Ayres, 1985; Campbell et al., 2007; Davis et al., 1998; Forrest, 2003; Shriberg et al., 1997). Despite the profound impact that CAS can have on a child's ability to communicate, little data are available to direct treatment in this challenging population. Historically, children with CAS have been treated with articulation and phonologically based approaches with limited effectiveness in improving speech, as shown by very slow treatment progress and poor generalization of skills to new contexts. With the emerging data regarding speech motor deficits in CAS, there is a critical need to test treatments that directly refine speech movements using methods that quantify speech motor control. This research is a Randomized Control Trial designed to examine the outcomes of a non-traditional, motor-based approach, Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cuing (DTTC), to improve speech production in children with CAS. The overall objectives of this research are (i) to test the efficacy of DTTC in young children with CAS (N=72) by examining the impact of DTTC on treated words, generalization to untreated words and post-treatment maintenance, and (ii) to examine how individual patterns of speech motor variability impact response to DTTC.
NCT06864988
A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Masked, Active-Controlled Trial in Adults with Macular Neovascularization Secondary to Age-Related Macular Degeneration
NCT07074977
The primary objective of this study is to assess the PK/PD relationship of nemolizumab in adult participants aged 18 years or above with chronic pruritus of unknown origin (CPUO) during a 16-week treatment period.
NCT06018337
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy of DB-1303/BNT323 compared with investigator's choice chemotherapy in terms of progression-free survival (PFS) by blinded independent central review (BICR) in the HR+, HER2-low (immunohistochemistry \[IHC\]2+/in situ hybridization \[ISH\]- and IHC 1+) population.
NCT06161584
A Prospective, Multicenter, Open-Label, Observational Phase 4 Study to Evaluate Real-World Safety, Tolerability, and Treatment Patterns of Pegcetacoplan (Syfovre) in Patients with Geographic Atrophy Secondary to Age-Related Macular Degeneration
NCT06241183
The aim of this study is to compare intravenous famotidine, an H2 receptor antagonist, and Maalox/ Mylanta, an oral antacid, in treatment of dyspepsia in the emergency department. The goal of this study is to reduce patients' pain based on the verbal numerical pain scale. The anticipated outcome is for pain levels in both groups to decrease. It is expected that antacids will improve symptoms more quickly and to a greater degree within an hour of taking medication based on the results of similar studies.
