NCT05896189
This Phase III trial will examine the efficacy of computerized cognitive training methods on perceived cognitive impairment in breast cancer survivors.
NCT04248452
This phase III trial studies how well the addition of radiotherapy to the usual treatment (chemotherapy) works compared to the usual treatment alone in treating patients with esophageal and gastric cancer that has spread to a limited number of other places in the body (oligometastatic disease). Radiotherapy uses high energy x-rays, gamma rays, or protons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in usual chemotherapy, such as leucovorin, 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Adding radiotherapy to the usual chemotherapy may work better compared to the usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with esophageal and gastric cancer.
NCT06203210
This study was designed to compare the efficacy and safety of I-DXd with treatment of physician's choice in participants with relapsed small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
NCT05489380
Recent updates of the guidelines on polyp surveillance of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) and European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) increasingly focus on size of polyps as an important indicator of malignant transformation to colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the interobserver variability in polyp size assessment between optical diagnosis of endoscopists and pathologists is considerable. This may lead to incorrect surveillance intervals in patients at risk for developing colorectal cancer, which may increase the risk of post-colonoscopy CRC (PCCRC). This study aims to assess the precision of a new laser-based measurement system (AccuMeasure, VTM Technologies Ltd.) for polyps during colonoscopy.
NCT04895748
This was a first in human study of DFF332, a small molecule that targets a protein called HIF2α. By acting on HIF2α, DFF332 may be able to stop the growth of certain types of cancer. DFF332 was planned to be tested at different doses as single agent and in combination with Everolimus (RAD001, an mTOR inhibitor), and also in combination with Spartalizumab (PDR001, an anti-PD1) plus Taminadenant (NIR178, an adenosine A2A receptor antagonist), in patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma and other malignancies with HIF stabilizing mutations.
NCT04197583
A multi-center global registry to obtain post-market safety and efficacy data on Boston Scientific Ureteral and Urinary Diversion Stents
NCT06572384
Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a lung condition resulting in inflammation and stiffening of the lung, often associated with connective tissue diseases (CTDs). ILD causes reduction in lung volume, shortness of breath, cough and fatigue therefore has high impact on quality of life and is also the leading cause of death in participants with these conditions. The study will assess whether treatment of CTD-ILD participants with belimumab in addition to standard therapy will result in the stabilization and/or improvement of lung function and improve symptoms associated with ILD with an acceptable safety profile.
NCT05327296
This is a study to compare safety and efficacy of inhaled isoflurane administered via the Sedaconda ACD-S device system versus intravenous propofol for sedation of mechanically ventilated patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
NCT05683691
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Vanquish Water Vapor Ablation Device ("Vanquish") in treating subjects with Gleason Grade Group 2 (GGG2) localized intermediate-risk prostate cancer.
NCT03946527
The objectives of this study are: * To assess the efficacy of lanreotide given every 4 weeks in participants with advanced or metastatic paraganglioma/ pheochromocytoma. * To assess the toxicity and safety of lanreotide in participants with advanced or metastatic paraganglioma/ pheochromocytoma. * To document the effects of lanreotide on markers of biochemical activity in participants with advanced or metastatic paraganglioma/ pheochromocytoma. Primary endpoints: • Assess efficacy by estimating the tumor growth rate while a patient is enrolled on study and comparing the growth rates on lanreotide to the pre-enrolment growth rate. Secondary endpoints include measurement of: * Overall survival (OS) * Progression-free survival (PFS) * Overall response rate (ORR) according to RECIST defined as partial response (PR) + complete response (CR) * Magnitude of reduction in levels of 24-hour urinary metanephrines, catecholamines and magnitude of reduction in serum chromogranin A, evaluated every two months while enrolled on study.
NCT06007690
The primary objective is to determine the safety and efficacy of belzupacap sarotalocan (bel-sar) compared to sham control in patients with primary indeterminate lesions (IL) or small choroidal melanoma (CM).
NCT06715124
Phase 1 study to determine the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of QTX3544 as a single agent or in combination with cetuximab.
NCT07028489
The objective of this study is to build a prospective cohort in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with common EGFR mutations. In NPM-002, there will be standardized data collection at baseline, on-treatment and at discontinuation of therapy. Patients who enroll prior to initiation of osimertinib treatment (\~30%) will undergo imaging with standardized intervals.
NCT06325202
The purpose of the CLEAR study is to determine the effect on counterregulatory responses (CRR) of intervening (by attempting to strictly avoid hypoglycemia) to improve awareness of hypoglycemic symptoms among adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who have impaired awareness of hypoglycemia (IAH). IAH affects 20-25% of adults with T1D, and rises with increasing duration of T1D.
NCT05977907
This research is being done to see if it is safe to give investigational combination of study drugs (Pembrolizumab and IO102-103) before surgery to people with surgically resectable (removable) newly diagnosed or recurrent metastatic SCCHN. This will be done by watching participants closely for possible side effects from Pembrolizumab and IO102-103. In addition, participants will be monitored for any delays to their surgery due to the study drugs.
NCT02652767
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the effectiveness of GS010, a gene therapy, in improving the visual outcome in participants with Leber Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON) due to the G11778A ND4 mitochondrial mutation when vision loss is present for six months or less.
NCT07447713
This study will determine reference range intervals for the parameters reported by the Quantra System with the QPlus Cartridge in pediatric patients.
NCT05754073
This is a randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study of the effects of intranasal oxytocin on bone health in children with autism spectrum disorder, ages 6-18 years old. Subjects will be randomized to receive intranasal oxytocin or placebo (30 IU, 2 times daily) for 12 months in the double-blind phase, followed by a 6-month open label phase during which all study subjects will receive intranasal oxytocin (30 IU, 2 times daily). Study visits include screening to determine eligibility, followed by study visits at baseline, week 2, and months 6, 12, 18 and phone calls every two weeks for the first two months and monthly thereafter for the duration of the study. Study assessments include history and physical examinations, anthropometric measurements, electrocardiogram (EKG), adverse event monitoring, laboratory tests for chemistries, hormones and biomarkers for bone metabolism, questionnaires regarding diet and exercise, and imaging to assess body composition, bone density and structure.

An 18-month double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multicenter, Phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of oral nizubaglustat (AZ-3102) in late-infantile and juvenile forms of Niemann-Pick type C disease
NCT05569954
This is a phase 3, randomized, double-blind, active comparator-controlled study of the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of V116 in pneumococcal vaccine-naïve adults 50 years of age and older. The polyvalent (23-valent) pneumococcal vaccine, PPSV23, is the active comparator. In addition to studying safety/tolerability, it is hypothesized that, at 30 days postvaccination, the immunogenicity of V116 is noninferior to PPSV23 for the 12 common serotypes in V116 and PPSV23, and that V116 is superior to PPSV23 for the 9 serotypes unique to V116. It is also hypothesized that V116 is superior to PPSV23 in the percentage of participants with ≥4-fold rise from baseline in unique V116 serotypes, as measured by serotype-specific opsonophagocytic activity (OPA) geometric mean titers (GMTs).
