This study will provide the opportunity to generate data on the long-term use of SUBLOCADE under real-world conditions, and to observe enduring changes in lifestyle, health, and sociodemographic factors that are part of the recovery process. Long-term patterns of abstinence/opioid misuse as well as measures of participants' physical, psychological, social, and economic well-being will be monitored to better understand factors associated with recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD). Therefore, this study will observe participants up to a maximum of 4 years.
NCT03022825
This is a Phase II/III, open-label, single-arm, multicenter study of intravesical BCG plus N-803 or N-803 only in patients with BCG unresponsive high grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). All patients treated in the study will receive via a urinary catheter in the bladder, BCG plus N-803 or N-803 only weekly for 6 consecutive weeks (initial induction treatment period). After the first disease assessment, eligible patients will receive either a 3-week maintenance course or a 6-week re-induction course (second treatment period) at Month 3. Eligible patients will continue to receive maintenance treatment in the third treatment period at Months 6, 9, 12, and 18. Eligible patients have the option to receive maintenance treatment in the fourth treatment period at Months 24, 30, and 36. The study duration is 60 months.
NCT04541017
This phase Ib/II trial identifies the best dose and possible benefits and/or side effects of magrolimab when given in combination with mogamulizumab in treating patients with stage IB-IV mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome types of T-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Magrolimab and mogamulizumab are monoclonal antibodies that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Treatment with magrolimab in combination with mogamulizumab may stabilize cancer for longer period than the usual treatment in patients with relapsed/refractory T-cell lymphoma who have been previously treated.
NCT05906472
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate nutrition administration in the time around the tracheostomy in patients with breathing tubes. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Will continuing nutrition up to the time of surgery (tracheostomy) decrease nutrition interruptions, thereby increasing food intake? * Does continuing nutrition up to the time of surgery increase instances of food going into the lungs or lung infections? Researchers will compare patients who have nutrition withheld 6 hours prior to surgery versus those who receive nutrition up until the time of surgery to see if there are differences in food intake, instances of food entering the lungs or lung infections.
NCT04272034
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of INCB099318 in select solid tumors.
NCT05900986
The aim of this Phase 1b/2 study is to investigate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a single dose of LS301-IT, a novel fluorescence imaging agent developed by Integro Theranostics (IT), administered by intravenous (IV) injection in female patients undergoing partial mastectomy for DCIS (whether or not undergoing planned SLNB) or Stage I-II primary invasive breast cancer undergoing SLNB. Safety is the primary objective of this study, followed by efficacy that will be assessed from fluorescence imaging observations and data.
NCT02088554
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Model 400 aortic valve bioprosthesis.
NCT03263936
This is a pilot study using decitabine and vorinostat before and during chemotherapy with fludarabine, cytarabine and G-CSF (FLAG).
NCT03782792
To evaluate efficacy, safety, and tolerability of spesolimab (BI 655130) compared to placebo in patients with Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP) presenting with an acute flare of moderate to severe intensity.
NCT03792841
A phase 1 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of prostate specific membrane antigen half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager acapatamab in subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
NCT04878432
The main objective of this study was to assess the safety profile of MBG453 (sabatolimab) in combination with FDA approved hypomethylating agents (HMAs) of investigator's choice (IV Decitabine or Azacitidine /SC Azacitidine /Oral Decitabine (cedazuridine combination (INQOVI))).
NCT00345553
Little is known about the factors that cause biliary atresia nor the factors that influence disease progression. The purpose of this study is to collect the pertinent clinical information, genetic material and body fluid samples to enable investigators to address the following aims: To identify the gene or genes implicated in the etiology of BA; To characterize the natural history of the older, non-transplanted child with BA.
NCT01148550
The specific aims of this study are (1) to determine the clinical phenotypes and natural history of hepatic RC and FAO disorders, (2) to determine the correlation between genotype and phenotype, (3) to determine if circulating biomarkers reflect diagnosis and predict liver disease progression and survival with the native liver, (4) to determine the clinical outcome of these disorders following liver transplantation, and (5) to develop a repository of serum, plasma, urine, tissue and DNA specimens that will be used in ancillary studies. To accomplish these aims, the ChiLDReN investigators at clinical sites (currently 9 sites) will prospectively collect defined data and specimens in a uniform fashion at fixed intervals in a relatively large number of subjects. Clinical information collected from subjects and their parents will enhance the potential for meaningful research in these disorders. A biobank of previously collected subject specimens and DNA samples will be established for use in ancillary studies to be performed in addition to this study.
NCT00977470
The purpose of this research study is to learn if adding hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) to erlotinib helps treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Another goal of this research study is to learn more about NSCLC and how it may respond to study treatment. Erlotinib (Tarceva) is a type of drug called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). TKIs block a protein called the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). EGFR may control tumor growth and tumor cell survival. However, although TKI drugs can work for some lung cancer patients for a period of time, eventually the tumor finds a way to resist or counteract the TKI treatment and it begins to grow again. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is a drug approved by the FDA for treating malaria, rheumatoid arthritis, and several other diseases. Laboratory research suggests that when HCQ is given with a TKI, it may help delay or prevent TKI resistance from developing.
NCT06877884
This is an observational registry for patients at participating oncology centers. The data collection includes but is not limited to baseline variables, treatments given and outcome data. Patient surveys are also included. The aim of the study is to generate rich and standardized data for patients and to help enable more patients participate in clinical trials and contribute to research and development.
NCT06799741
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the prophylactic and therapeutic effect of AV-1 in healthy adults using a DENV-3 controlled human infection model (CHIM)
NCT07041281
The hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (preeclampsia and gestational hypertension) are associated with increased long-term maternal risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Recent evidence suggests that activation of the mineralocorticoid receptor promotes ongoing susceptibility to hypertension in women following hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. In addition, women with overweight/obesity are at increased risk for progression to chronic hypertension after experiencing hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Among women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and pre-pregnancy overweight/obesity, the investigators will conduct a randomized trial to test the effect of pharmacologically blocking the mineralocorticoid receptor for three months after delivery on blood pressure and cardiac remodeling at nine months postpartum.
NCT06028438
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of combination therapy with nipocalimab and certolizumab compared to certolizumab monotherapy.
NCT06891066
Investigators are trying to find better treatments for people with HIV-1. In this clinical study, investigators want to see how well a new treatment called ISL+ULO, taken once a week, works compared to an existing treatment called BIC/FTC/TAF, which is taken every day. Investigators will check how many people still have a high level of the virus in their blood after 24 weeks. The investigators also want to understand if the new treatment, MK-8591B, is safe and how well people can handle it.
NCT06061081
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the antiviral activity of VH3739937 in Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type-1 (HIV-1) infected treatment naive (TN) participants during monotherapy.
