NCT04206605
The main aim of this study is to check if repeated subcutaneous (SC) injections of lanadelumab can prevent angioedema attacks in teenagers and adults with non-histaminergic angioedema with normal C1-INH. Another aim is to check if they tolerate the repeated SC injections. Participants will receive a SC injection of lanadelumab every two weeks for 26 weeks. The first two doses of lanadelumab will be given at the study clinic. Once a participant (and/or parent/caregiver) has been appropriately trained, lanadelumab can be self-injected. Visits to the study clinic are planned for the first, third and fourth week and then every 4 weeks.

NCT00471601
RATIONALE: A questionnaire that evaluates a patient's expectations about breast reconstruction surgery may help doctors improve patient education before surgery and increase patient satisfaction after surgery. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is developing a questionnaire to evaluate patient expectations for breast reconstruction in women with breast cancer or other conditions.
NCT04244552
ATRC-101-A01 is a Phase 1b, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial of ATRC-101, an engineered fully human immunoglobulin G, subclass 1 (IgG1) antibody derived from a naturally occurring human antibody. The safety, tolerability, PK, and biological activity of ATRC-101 will be characterized when administered every two weeks (Q2W) or every 3 weeks (Q3W) as a monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.
NCT03460704
The primary objective of the trial was to investigate the effect of the use of inhaled colistimethate sodium (CMS), administered twice a day (b.i.d.) via a specific nebulizer for 12 months, compared to placebo in subjects with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB) chronically infected with P. aeruginosa on the annualised frequency of pulmonary exacerbations.
NCT02008357
The purpose of this study is to test whether an investigational drug called solanezumab can slow the progression of memory problems associated with brain amyloid (protein that forms plaques in the brains of people with Alzheimer Disease \[AD\]).
NCT00775463
This study will evaluate the effect of treprostinil diethanolamine (UT-15C) sustained release tablets(compared to placebo) on digital ulcers in patients with scleroderma. Treprostinil diethanolamine is an analog of prostacyclin. Prostacyclin is a naturally occuring substance produced by the cells of blood vessels that inhibits platelet aggregation, induces vasodilation, and suppresses smooth muscle proliferation. Improvement in blood flow in lower limbs and fingers would be anticipated to result in a reduction in ischemic pain, Raynaud's phenomenon and promote healing of digital ulcers and other ischemic wounds.
NCT03047629
This is a Phase 1/2a study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of an orally-administered medication to relieve symptoms of constipation associated with Parkinson's Disease. Ten patients will be enrolled in Phase 1, and will be studied over an 8-12 week period. Forty patients will be enrolled in Phase 2, and will be studied over an 8-10 week period. All subjects will receive the study drug during one of the observational periods of the study.
NCT03912831
This study has 2 parts: Phase 1A and Phase 1B. The primary objectives of Phase 1A are to evaluate the safety of KITE-439 and to determine a recommended Phase 1B dose. The primary objective of Phase 1B is to estimate the efficacy of KITE-439 in adults who are human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A\*02:01+ and have relapsed/refractory human papillomavirus (HPV)16+ cancers.
NCT00225797
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the analgesic efficacy and safety of oxymorphone extended release in non-cancer patients with chronic low back pain.
NCT03946072
This study is a prospective, multicenter, randomized (1:1) controlled comparative effectiveness trial of a transseptal approach to left ventricular ablation compared to a retrograde aortic approach to prevent cerebral emboli and neurocognitive decline in adults with ventricular tachycardia (VT) and/or premature ventricular contractions (PVCs).

NCT03674112
This is a Phase II, randomized, multicentre, multinational, open-label, cross-over study in adult patients who have completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy with neoadjuvant pertuzumab and trastuzumab and have undergone surgical treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive early breast cancer. The study will consist of two adjuvant treatment periods: a treatment cross-over period and a treatment continuation period. It will evaluate participant-reported preference for a subcutaneously administered fixed-dose combination formulation (FDC SC) of pertuzumab and trastuzumab compared with intravenously (IV) administered pertuzumab and trastuzumab formulations. The study will also evaluate participant-reported satisfaction with pertuzumab and trastuzumab FDC SC and health-related quality of life outcomes; healthcare professionals' perceptions of time/resource use and convenience of pertuzumab and trastuzumab FDC SC compared with pertuzumab and trastuzumab IV formulations; as well as the safety and efficacy of each study regimen.
NCT04616365
In the current practice of lung transplantation, transplants are performed on a 24/7 schedule with a significant amount of procedures occurring overnight in order to minimize organ ischemic time. However, transplantation during the day time may lead to several advantages related to patient safety, including the presence of rested staff performing optimally, larger number of in-house professionals for emergency situations, and professional well-being. Advances and refinements in preservation practices have evolved to show that extended periods of preservation can be achieved without compromising outcome. Based on this, it is hypothesized that the avoidance of nighttime lung transplantation through prolonged pulmonary preservation will lead to at least similar patient outcomes compared to the current practice of 24/7 transplantation. During the period of this study, overnight transplants will be moved to a later start time (earliest 6AM). If lungs meet criteria for direct transplantation, they will be preserved with cold static preservation at 10°C within a special refrigerator. The maximum preservation time from donor cold flush to recipient anesthesia start time will be 12 hours.
