This is a Phase 3 multicenter study that included two periods. Period 1 was designed to compare the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg once daily (QD) and 30 mg QD versus placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) who had an inadequate response to Biological Disease Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drug (bDMARDs). Period 2 evaluated the safety, tolerability and efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg QD and 30 mg QD in subjects with PsA who completed Period 1.

This study will comprise an 18-week open label safety and tolerability trial. In this study, a total of 35 subjects with primary lateral sclerosis PLS or upper motor neuron predominate ALS will be enrolled. At the initial screening evaluation, a baseline T25FW will be obtained. This baseline test will be repeated at weeks 2, 4, 6, 10, 14 18. The validity of this measure was shown in MS studies when compared to the MSWS-12 (12 item walking scale) and CGI (clinical global impression) scales (35-37). A consistent responder will be defined as improvement in 3 of 4 Timed 25Foot Walk while on medication, compared with the baseline results while off medication.

SAR439459 is a human anti-Transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) monoclonal antibody. This phase 1 clinical study investigates the safety, tolerability, and activity of a single dose of SAR439459 in adult participants with OI. Participants will receive a single IV dose of SAR439459 with safety, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) assessments over 24 weeks. There will be up to 3 dose cohorts. In addition to safety, tolerability, and PK assessments, bone mineral density (BMD) will be evaluated by dual-energy Xray absorptimetry (DXA) scan and a series of blood biomarkers will be monitored to document pharmacodynamic effects of the single dose of SAR439459.

This project will first examine nature opportunities, belonging and benefits with a multi-state nature-based intervention with a focus on students of color. In light of the syndemic, 'nature deficit disorder' and poor mental health, the investigators anticipate several far-reaching impacts that will (a) test a nationally useful standardized way to quantify exposure; (b) invest in nature resources and accessibility on campuses; and (c) promote the mental health and therapeutic benefits of nature among young adults. These will lead to understanding the nature exposure and mental health interplay and techniques for quantifying and encouraging nature exposure to treat the on-going youth mental health crisis. Including HBCUs and an hispanic-serving institution is expected to result in heightened visibility of underlying disparities, including structural racism and land-based violence and discrimination, that have contributed to current-day nature gaps and dismantled nature relationships for students of color.

The Phase Ia (dose escalation) part of the study is designed to determine the safety, tolerability, and maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended dose for expansion (RP2D) of BR101801 in subjects with relapsed/refractory B cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL), and peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL). The Phase Ib (dose expansion) part of the study is designed to assess tumor response and safety in specific advanced relapsed/refractory Peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL) at a dose of BR101801 identified in Phase Ia. Once the RP2D has been determined in Phase Ia (dose escalation), Phase Ib (dose expansion) will commence.
