NCT03829319
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pemetrexed + platinum chemotherapy + pembrolizumab (MK-3475) with or without lenvatinib (MK-7902/E7080) as first-line intervention in adults with metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer. The primary study hypotheses state that: 1) the combination of lenvatinib + platinum doublet chemotherapy + pembrolizumab prolongs Progression-free Survival (PFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) per modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RESIST 1.1) compared to matching placebo + platinum doublet chemotherapy + pembrolizumab, and 2) the combination of lenvatinib + platinum doublet chemotherapy + pembrolizumab prolongs Overall Survival (OS) compared to matching placebo + platinum doublet chemotherapy + pembrolizumab.
NCT03944941
This phase II trial studies how well avelumab with or without cetuximab work in treating patients with skin squamous cell cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab and cetuximab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
NCT03707574
This trial studies the genetic analysis of blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer that has spread to other anatomic sites (advanced) or is no longer responding to treatment. Studying these samples in the laboratory may help doctors to learn how genes affect cancer and how they affect a person's response to treatment.
NCT04729114
Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months.

Participants with relapsed/refractory T-ALL/LBL over the age of 12 will be eligible to participate. Participants will receive one infusion of CTD402 on Day 0 and will be evaluated for anti-tumor activity by an independent review committee based on the NCCN criteria for T-ALL and the Lugano 2014 criteria for T-LBL. Patients will be followed for up to 24 months in this study and will be required to enroll under a separate long term follow up protocol to be followed for up to 15 years.
NCT06001385
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Does a reduced dose of PTCy reduce the occurrence of infections in the first 100 days after transplant? * Does a reduced dose of PTCy maintain the same level of protection against Graft Versus Host Disease (GvHD) as the standard dose of PTCy?
NCT06655246
In this clinical trial, the safety, tolerability, and preliminary antitumor activity of ziftomenib in combination with imatinib will be evaluated in adults with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) who have been treated previously with imatinib.
NCT06568614
This study is being done to learn more about a new drug called BG-89894 (previously known as SYH2039). Researchers want to see if the drug is safe, how well people can tolerate it, how it moves through the body, and whether it shows any early signs of helping to treat cancer. The information gathered may help guide how future studies are designed. The entire study is expected to last about four years. People who join the study may receive treatment for around six months and will be followed for about 12 months after their treatment ends. The study plans to enroll participants over a three-year period.
NCT04969835
This is a first-in-human (FIH), Phase 1 open-label, multicentre dose escalation study investigating AVA6000 monotherapy administered intravenously in patients with locally advanced (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumours that are likely to be FAP positive. The study consists of an initial Phase 1a dose escalation portion and a subsequent Phase 1b dose expansion portion upon completion of the dose escalation portion.
NCT06242470
The study is designed to understand the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC026 in participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors The study has a dose escalation portion and a cohort expansion portion of the study. Participants will receive MGC026 by intravenous (IV) infusion. The dose of MGC026 will be assigned at the time of enrollment. Participants may receive up to 35 treatments if there are no severe side effects and as long as the cancer does not get worse. Participants will be monitored for side effects, and progression of cancer, have blood samples collected for routing laboratory work, and blood samples collected for research purposes.
NCT04624243
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of MK-8189 at a range of doses (8 mg, 16 mg, and 24 mg once daily \[QD\]) in adult participants who have an acute episode of schizophrenia according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5) criteria. The primary hypotheses were the following: (1) that MK-8189 24 mg is superior to placebo in reducing the Week 6 mean change from baseline in Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) total score, and (2) that MK-8189 16 mg is superior to placebo in reducing the Week 6 mean change from baseline in PANSS total score. With Amendment 4, enrollment was changed to approximately 500 participants with removal of the MK-8189 8 mg treatment arm. Participants enrolled before Amendment 4 who were assigned to MK-8189 8 mg QD remained on that dose regimen per protocol.
NCT05592275

NCT01796197
This research study is a Phase II clinical trial, which tests the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug to learn whether the drug works in treating a specific cancer. In this study, paclitaxel and trastuzumab are being combined with pertuzumab which is "investigational" for the preoperative treatment of inflammatory breast cancer. Trastuzumab is given for a total of 12 months for the treatment of HER2 positive breast cancer. This study also adds pertuzumab to trastuzumab so that both drugs are given for a total of 12 months; this combination is also "investigational". "Investigational" means that pertuzumab is being studied. It also means that although the FDA has approved pertuzumab for preoperative use to treat breast cancer, it has not been thoroughly studied in combination with paclitaxel and trastuzumab for preoperative treatment of inflammatory breast cancer. It has been FDA approved for specific use in advanced breast cancer that is HER2 positive. Pertuzumab is an antibody, which is a protein that attacks a foreign substance is the body. Pertuzumab blocks the function of the HER2 protein like trastuzumab does. However, pertuzumab binds to a different part of the HER2 receptor and stops cancer cells from growing. This drug has been used in the treatment of advanced breast cancer that is HER2 positive, and has been combined with trastuzumab and chemotherapy in those studies. Information from those other research studies suggests that pertuzumab may help to kill the cancer cells in the breast and enable you to undergo a mastectomy. The addition of pertuzumab may also help reduce the chance of cancer recurrence. In this research study, we are combining pertuzumab with paclitaxel and trastuzumab as preoperative therapy and will determine the response of the cancer remaining in the breast at the time of mastectomy. In addition, we are combining trastuzumab with pertuzumab for a total of 12 months and we are looking to see whether the combination reduces the chance that the cancer will return. Another goal of this research study is to determine whether we can develop a way to identify tumors that will respond well to this study treatment. We will do research tests on your tumor tissue before, during and after study treatment. These tests may help doctors understand how the study treatment may work to treat your type of breast cancer. In the future, these tests may help us find ways to help match patients with the drugs most likely to work against their specific tumors before treatment begins.

NCT03969901
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of imipenem/cilastatin/relebactam (IMI/REL) in participants from birth to less than 18 years of age with confirmed or suspected gram-negative bacterial infection. Participants are expected to require hospitalization through completion of intravenous (IV) study intervention, and have at least one of the following primary infection types: hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia (HABP) or ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia (VABP); complicated intra-abdominal infection (cIAI); or complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI). Participants will be randomized in a 3:1 ratio to receive IMI/REL or active control. This study will also evaluate the efficacy of IMI/REL by assessing all-cause mortality at Day 28 post-randomization, as well as clinical and microbiological response to treatment. It will also evaluate the pharmacokinetics of IMI/REL.
NCT06095531
