NCT04310020
This phase II trial studies the side effects of radiation therapy followed by atezolizumab in treating patients with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more cancer cells and have fewer side effects. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of radiation therapy followed by atezolizumab and find out what side effects, if any, it has on patient's non-small cell lung cancer.
NCT03190915
This phase II trial studies how well trametinib works in treating patients with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

NCT06299111
This study is researching 2 different experimental drugs called REGN9933 and REGN7508 (called "study drugs"). The study is focused on adults undergoing a placement of a catheter in the vein, also called a 'PICC line'. The aim of the study is to see how effective the study drug is at preventing venous thromboembolism (VTE) and other related disease after catheter placement. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects)
NCT02205762

NCT06015308
This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). Study details include: The study duration will be up to 36 weeks (for participants not entering the LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]). The screening period will be 9 days to 4 weeks. The treatment duration will be up to 16 weeks. The post-treatment safety follow-up period will be16 weeks. The number of visits will be up to 7 (or 6 for those entering LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]).
NCT02960022
The purpose of this study is to collect long term safety data in subjects who are continuing to derive clinical benefit from treatment with Enzalutamide from the subjects participation in an enzalutamide clinical study sponsored by Astellas or Medivation (i.e., parent study) which has completed, at a minimum, the primary analysis or the study specified evaluation period.
NCT04284787
This phase II trial studies how well azacitidine and venetoclax with or without pembrolizumab work in treating older patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia. Chemotherapy drugs, such as azacitidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving azacitidine and venetoclax with pembrolizumab may increase the rate of deeper/better responses and reduce the chance of the leukemia coming back in patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia compared to conventional therapy of azacitidine and venetoclax alone.
NCT01113216
This research is being done to find the genes and other factors that are responsible for differences among persons with cystic fibrosis. We are particularly interested in the factors that relate to the development of Cystic Fibrosis Related Diabetes (CFRD).
NCT04368559
The purpose of this pivotal study is to determine if intravenous Rezafungin is efficacious and safe in the prevention of invasive fungal diseases when compared to the standard antimicrobial regimen.
NCT05795361
As the HGT-HIT-046 (NCT01506141) and SHP609-302 (NCT02412787) studies are completed and closed, this post-trial access (PTA) program provides TAK-609 to participants in these studies for whom the benefit:risk ratio of continued treatment with idursulfase-IT remains positive.
NCT03914300
This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab work in treating patients with differentiated thyroid cancer that does not respond to radioactive iodine and that worsened after treatment with a drug targeting the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), a protein needed to form blood vessels. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab and ipilimumab may work better than the usual approach consisting of chemotherapy with drugs such as doxorubicin, sorafenib, and lenvatinib for this type of thyroid cancer.
NCT06067347
The goal of this observational study is to correlate molecular alterations with outcomes including overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), response rates for patients with a new diagnosis, primary refractory or relapse, of mature T-cell and NK-cell neoplasms (TNKL). We hypothesize that machine learning can be leveraged to uncover distinct genetic vulnerabilities that underlie treatment response and resistance for patients with TNKL, thus moving towards personalized treatment solutions.
NCT07379684
The goal of this Phase 1 clinical trial is to learn about the safety profile of Amicidin-β topical solution applied directly into infected surgical or traumatic wounds during a surgical procedure. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is Amicidin-β topical solution safe to test in larger clinical trials? 2. Is Amicidin-β topical solution absorbed into the bloodstream from local wound application? 3. Is Amicidin-β topical solution easy for the surgeon to use? Participants will receive either standard of care alone, or standard of care with intrawound Amicidin-β topical solution for the management of their wound infection. Researchers will compare these two groups (standard of care alone to standard of care with Amicidin-β topical solution) to see if there are any study drug-related adverse effects.

NCT06541262
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the investigational drug, silmitasertib (a pill taken by mouth), in combination with FDA approved drugs for solid tumors. An investigational drug is one that has not been approved by the U.S. Food \& Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authorities around the world for use alone or in combination with any drug, for the condition or illness it is being used to treat. The goals of this part of the study are: * Establish a recommended dose of silmitasertib in combination with chemotherapy * Test the safety and tolerability of silmitasertib in combination with chemotherapy in subjects with cancer * To determine the activity of study treatments chosen based on: * How each subject responds to the study treatment * How long a subject lives without their disease returning/progressing
NCT01375829
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of ixabepilone and temsirolimus in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread from the primary site to other places in the body or cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as ixabepilone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving ixabepilone together with temsirolimus may kill more tumor cells.
