NCT06317649
This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial compares the usual treatment of azacitidine and venetoclax to the combination treatment of azacitidine, venetoclax and gilteritinib in treating older and unfit patients with acute myeloid leukemia and FLT3 mutations. Azacitidine is a drug that is absorbed into DNA and leads to the activation of cancer suppressor genes, which are genes that help control cell growth. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Gilteritinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a certain naturally occurring substance that may be needed to help cancer cells multiply. This study may help doctors find out if these different approaches are better than the usual approaches. To decide if they are better, the study doctors are looking to see if the study drugs lead to a higher percentage of patients achieving a deeper remission compared to the usual approach.
NCT07241039
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-711 as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab (ABBV-181) in adults with advanced squamous tumors. ABBV-711 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of solid tumors. There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-711 as a single agent or in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) at different doses. Approximately 220 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 40 sites worldwide. In part 1, oral ABBV-711 tablets will be given in escalating doses alone to participants with squamous (sq) tumors. In part 2 oral ABBV-711 tablets will be given at a selected dose from part 1 to participants with squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC), or head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). In part 3, oral ABBV-711 tablets will be given in escalating doses in combination with intravenously (IV) infused budigalimab to participants with sq tumors. In part 4 oral ABBV-711 tablets will be given at a selected dose from part 3 in combination with IV infused budigalimab to participants with sqNSCLC, or HNSCC. The estimated duration of the study is up to approximately 5 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent questionnaire, medical assessments, blood tests, and scans.

NCT06709014
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if buntanetap/Posiphen works to treat early Alzheimer's disease in adults aged 55-85. It will also learn about the safety of buntanetap/Posiphen. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does buntanetap/Posiphen improve cognition as measured by ADAS-Cog13? * Does buntanetap/Posiphen improve function as measured by ADCS-iADL? * What medical issues do participants have, if any, when taking buntanetap/Posiphen? Researchers will compare buntanetap/Posiphen to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if buntanetap/Posiphen works to treat early Alzheimer's disease. Participants will: * Take buntanetap/Posiphen or a placebo every day for 18 months * Visit the clinic periodically for checkups, tests, and questionnaires (screening visits, enrollment, month 1, month 3, month 6, month 9, month 12, month 15, month 18), including a volumetric MRI at month 6 and month 18 * Complete pre- and post-clinic visit phone calls
NCT06088290
The primary objective of this phase III study is to evaluate whether the combination of lurbinectedin plus doxorubicin given as first line treatment for metastatic leiomyosarcoma (LMS) prolongs the progression-free survival (PFS) by Independent Review Committee (IRC) when compared to doxorubicin administered as a single agent.
NCT06208306

A secondary purpose of this study is to provide efficacy outcomes beyond the treatment period of the parent trials EFC16750 and EFC16819. Study details include: * The study duration will be up to 72 weeks * The treatment duration will be up to 52 weeks * A follow-up period of 20 weeks will be conducted * The number of on-site visits will be 7 and the number of phone contacts will be 5
NCT06364215
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety between pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) alone versus PVI with left atrial (LA) posterior wall isolation (PWI) using pulsed-field ablation (PFA) in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).
NCT06100289
The main aim of this study is to learn how the body of a child or teenager with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD) processes vedolizumab (pharmacokinetics) given just under the skin subcutaneously (SC). The participants will be treated with vedolizumab for up to 34 weeks. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times.
NCT05951179
TARA-002-101-Ph2 is an open-label study to investigate the safety and efficacy of intravesical instillation of TARA-002 in adults 18 years of age or older with high-grade CIS NMIBC (± Ta/T1). The purpose of this Phase 2 study (TARA-002-101-Ph2) is to further assess the safety and efficacy of TARA-002 at the RP2D which has been established in the Phase 1a dose finding study (TARA-002-101-Ph1a). This Phase 2 study includes participants with CIS NMIBC (± Ta/T1) with active disease, defined as disease present at last tumor evaluation (within 3 months) prior to signing the ICF. Participants will be enrolled into one of 2 cohorts: Cohort A: * Participants with CIS (± Ta/T1) who are BCG naive, or * Participants with CIS (± Ta/T1) who are BCG exposed and have not received intravesical BCG for at least 24 months prior to the most recent CIS diagnosis Cohort B: * Participants who are BCG unresponsive
NCT06312137
This study will assess if adding sacituzumab tirumotecan with pembrolizumab after surgery is effective in treating NSCLC for participants not achieving pathological complete response. The primary hypothesis of this study is sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab monotherapy with respect to disease free survival (DFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).
