NCT03904693
Combination therapy in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) has been the subject of active investigation for more than a decade, with the benefit of targeting different pathways known to be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease. Adherence to prescribed therapy has an impact on clinical outcomes. Reducing the pill/tablet count and frequency has a major impact on patients' adherence to therapies and therefore the observed clinical outcomes. One way to simplify treatment is to use fixed-dose combination (FDC) products that combine multiple treatments targeting different pathways into a single tablet. This study aims to demonstrate that the FDC of macitentan and tadalafil is more effective than therapy with 10 mg of macitentan alone or 40 mg of tadalafil alone. This phase 3 study will evaluate the efficacy and safety at 16 weeks of an FDC (macitentan 10 mg and tadalafil 40 mg) against these two PAH-approved therapies given as monotherapy to further confirm the added value of the FDC.
NCT01665794
The study will investigate the effects of adding carfilzomib to the combination of pomalidomide and dexamethasone in sequential dose escalation cohorts in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. This portion of the study is complete. This study will also investigate the effects of adding daratumumab to the combination of carfilzomib, pomalidomide and dexamethasone.
NCT04125836
The purpose of this trial is to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of CAM2029 in patients with acromegaly. Patients will be administered CAM2029 subcutaneously once monthly during 12 months. Patients fulfilling trial NCT04076462 will be offered to continue with open-label treatment week 24-52 in this trial. Patients completing the main part of the trial will be offered 52 weeks continued open-label treatment in an extension part.
NCT06253221
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of mavacamten in adolescent patients with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
NCT05178862
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind study of two treatment regimens for invasive candidiasis included candidemia. Subjects will receive intravenous echinocandin followed by oral ibrexafungerp (SCY-078) vs intravenous echinocandin followed by oral fluconazole.
NCT04464707
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of fremanezumab as compared to placebo for the preventive treatment of chronic migraine (CM). Secondary objectives are to further demonstrate the efficacy of Fremanezumab as compared to placebo for the preventive treatment of CM, to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fremanezumab in the preventive treatment of CM and to evaluate the immunogenicity of Fremanezumab and the impact of antidrug antibodies (ADAs) on clinical outcomes in participants exposed to Fremanezumab The total duration of the study is planned to be 75 months.
NCT05093933
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vericiguat in participants with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), specifically those with symptomatic chronic HFrEF who have not had a recent hospitalization for heart failure or need for outpatient intravenous (IV) diuretics. The primary hypothesis is that vericiguat is superior to placebo in reducing the risk of cardiovascular death or heart failure hospitalization.
NCT03997123
Phase III Study of Capivasertib + Paclitaxel versus Placebo + Paclitaxel as First line Treatment for Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
NCT02854436
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of niraparib in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) repair anomalies.
NCT04070989
The primary objective is to establish the mean superior cup migration of the Pinnacle Acetabular Shell using model-based RSA over the first two years post-implantation. The primary endpoint is the mean vertical subsidence (Y translation, also known as superior cup migration) at 2 years as measured with RSA. This will be summarized for each surgical approach separately, as well as combined.
NCT06388967
This study aims to prospective validate an exosome-based miRNA signature for noninvasive and early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
NCT05171075
This is a Phase 3, multicenter, open-label, blinded endpoint study to evaluate the effect of abelacimab relative to dalteparin on venous thromboembolism (VTE) recurrence and bleeding in patients with gastrointestinal (GI)/genitourinary (GU) cancer associated VTE (Magnolia)
NCT04579380
This trial studies how well tucatinib works for solid tumors that make either more HER2 or a different type of HER2 than usual (HER2 alterations) The solid tumors studied in this trial have either spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed completely with surgery (unresectable). All participants will get both tucatinib and trastuzumab. People with hormone-receptor positive breast cancer will also get a drug called fulvestrant. The trial will also look at what side effects happen. A side effect is anything a drug does besides treating cancer.
NCT06229366
ACCEL is a multicenter, open label phase Ia/Ib/II study of \[Ac-225\]-PSMA-62 in participants with prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive prostate cancer.
NCT04447118
This is a randomized, positive-controlled, open-label, international multicenter, Phase 3 clinical study to compare the efficacy and safety of pyrotinib versus docetaxel in patients with advanced non-squamous NSCLC harboring a HER2 exon 20 mutation who failed platinum based chemotherapy.
NCT06588491
A Study of Anti-CD19 Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Therapy for Subjects with Treatment Refractory Stiff Person Syndrome
NCT07226856
This phase II trial tests the safety, side effects and best dose of BMS-986340 in combination with nivolumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel and how well it works in treating patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). BMS-986340 is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making deoxyribonucleic acid and may kill tumor cells. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Nab-paclitaxel is an albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation of paclitaxel which may have fewer side effects and work better than other forms of paclitaxel. Giving BMS-986340 in combination with nivolumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with metastatic or recurrent pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
NCT04471428
This is a Phase III, multicenter, randomized, open-label study designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of atezolizumab given in combination with cabozantinib compared with docetaxel monotherapy in patients with metastatic NSCLC, with no sensitizing EGFR mutation or ALK translocation, who have progressed following treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy and anti-PD-L1/PD-1 antibody, administered concurrently or sequentially.

LPX-TI641 (or placebo) will be administered orally for 28 days.
NCT02036931
