The trial will be conducted with four treatment groups in the form of a parallel group comparison and will serve to compare oral treatment with daily doses of 10, 20, or 40 mg Naronapride vs. placebo for the treatment of patients with Gastroparesis.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if CGB-500 works to treat atopic dermatitis in participants ages 12 and older. The goal is also to learn about the safety of CGB-500. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does CGB-500 improve atopic dermatitis by decreasing the area affected and the severity of the lesions? What medical problems do participants have when taking CGB500? Researchers will compare CGB-500 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if CGB-500 works to treat atopic dermatitis. Participants will: Take CGB-500 or a placebo every day for 8 weeks. Visit the clinic once every 2 weeks for the first month and at the end of 8 weeks. Keep a diary of when they use the product and complete a form about their symptoms including itching.

Selumetinib sulfate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

This is an open-label, phase I/II double arm study of the SV-BR-1-GM regimen in combination with retifanlimab in patients with metastatic or locally recurrent breast cancer who have failed standard therapy. Patients will receive the SV-BR-1-GM regimen with combination immunotherapy. There will be an initial evaluation of the combination of the SV-BR-1-GM regimen with retifanlimab every 3 weeks. If this is found to be safe and well tolerated in a cohort of at least 12 patients (dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) in less than 30% of the patients evaluated), then an expansion cohort of up to 24 patients will be treated with that combination. These will be randomized to two regimens differing in the timing of checkpoint inhibitor administration.

The purpose of this two-part designed study is to assess in the setting of a planned early interception of pediatric RSV disease, early viral and disease kinetics (observational stage) and the antiviral effects of an Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) fusion inhibitor, JNJ-53718678 (interventional stage). In the observational stage the infant is closely monitored for early symptoms by the parent(s)/caregiver(s) and thus may be brought in for diagnosis earlier than in the typical setting.

This trial will enroll patients that have been diagnosed with a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or minor stroke that has occurred within the past 12 hours. Anyone diagnosed with a minor stroke faces the possibility of long-term disability and even death, regardless of treatment. Stroke symptoms such as weakness, difficulty speaking and paralysis may improve or worsen over the hours or days immediately following a stroke. TEMPO-2 is a minor stroke trial for patients presenting within 12 hours of their symptom onset. Patients will be randomized to TNK-tPA or standard of care. In the intervention group TNK-tPA is given as a single, intravenous bolus (0.25mg/Kg) immediately upon randomization. Maximum dose 50mg. The control group will receive antiplatelet agent(s) as decided by the treating physician. Antiplatelet agent(s) choice will be at the treating physician's discretion. TEMPO-2 Coordinating Centre is located in Calgary, AB, Canada. There will be approximately 50 sites participating worldwide. Dr. Shelagh Coutts is the Principal Investigator.

The purpose of this study is to determine if newly diagnosed (within previous 3 months) participants with metastatic (spread of cancer cells from one part of the body to another ) hormone-naive prostate cancer (mHNPC) who have high-risk prognostic factors will benefit from the addition of abiraterone acetate plus low-dose prednisone to androgen deprivation therapy (ADT; lutenizing hormone releasing hormone \[LHRH\] agonists or surgical castration).

This study is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-escalation clinical trial to evaluate the safety of and immune response to CodaVax-RSV in healthy children. They will be vaccinated in spring to early autumn 2023 and followed through the 2023-24 RSV season. 18 children aged 2 to 5 years who are RSV-seropositive (have antibodies to RSV) and 33 children aged 6 months to \< 2 years who are RSV-seronegative (do not have antibodies to RSV) will be enrolled in escalating-dose cohorts. A safety committee will review the safety profile of each dosing group before the next dose-escalation. Children will receive 2 doses of the vaccine at one of several dose levels or placebo (saline solution with no active ingredient) as nose drops; doses will be 28 days apart. A parent/guardian will record temperature and other conditions in a diary daily for 7 days after each dose. The parent/guardian will be contacted by telephone on the day after Dose 1 for safety assessment and review of the diary data. Children will return to the clinic 3, 7, 14, and 28 days after each dose. The parent/guardian will then be contacted by telephone monthly until 1 year after the second dose. Study procedures include physical examinations, vital signs, and collections of blood and nose/throat swab samples to look at safety of the vaccine and to analyze body's immune response.
