The primary objectives of this study are to compare the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of treatment with sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir (SOF/VEL/VOX) fixed dose combination (FDC) for 8 weeks with that of SOF/VEL FDC for 12 weeks in direct-acting antiviral-naive participants with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.

This study will examine the effect of fasting on lymphangioleiomyomas abdominal tumors formed from enlarged lymph nodes containing lymphatic fluid. Previous studies have determined that these tumors increase in size in the evening, but this result could stem from the fact that previous study participants were tested after eating lunch. The purpose of the study is to help researchers understand the factors that produce changes in size of lymphangioleiomyomas, as well as to improve the ability of medical professionals to diagnose lymphangioleiomyomas and avoid confusing these tumors with other malignant tumors. Volunteers must be women who are at least 18 years of age and who have been diagnosed with lymphangioleiomyomas in the abdominal or pelvic areas. Candidates who have had lung or kidney transplants or who have type 1 diabetes will be excluded. Candidates will be screened with a physical examination and medical history. During the study, participants will be admitted to a National Institutes of Health clinical center for three days to undergo a number of tests. Tests will include routine blood and urine tests, and electrocardiogram, research blood testing, and abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds....

Background: * Advanced prostate cancer is treated with surgery or drugs that lower the levels of androgens (male hormones) in the body. However, some cancers become resistant to this treatment. These types of cancers are known as castration-resistant prostate cancers. * Interfering with the growth of blood vessels that feed tumors can slow prostate cancer growth. Trebananib (AMG 386), a new anticancer drug, targets the blood vessels that feed tumors. It has been tested for different types of cancer, but not for prostate cancer. Researchers want to see if AMG 386 can slow disease progression in men with castration-resistant prostate cancer. AMG 386 will be given with abiraterone and prednisone, two drugs that are also used to treat advanced prostate cancer. Objectives: \- To test the safety and effectiveness of AMG 386 with abiraterone for castration-resistant prostate cancer. Eligibility: \- Men at least 18 years of age with castration-resistant prostate cancer. Design: * Participants will be screened with a physical exam, medical history, and imaging studies. Blood and urine samples will also be collected. * Participants will be separated into two groups. * The first group will have AMG 386 once per week for a total of four doses during a 28-day cycle. They will also take abiraterone once a day and prednisone twice a day, every day of the cycle. * The second group will not have AMG 386. They will take abiraterone once a day and prednisone twice a day, every day of the 28-day cycle. * Treatment will be monitored with frequent blood tests and imaging studies. * Participants will continue to take the study drugs as long as the disease does not progress and there are no severe side effects.

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as tetra-O-methyl nordihydroguaiaretic acid (EM-1421), work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. PURPOSE: This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of EM-1421 and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent high-grade glioma.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) has been linked to increased risk for Alzheimer's disease (AD), but little prospective evidence exists on the effects of OSA treatment in preclinical AD. The objective was to determine if CPAP treatment adherence, controlling for baseline differences, predicts cognitive and everyday function after 1 year in older adults with MCI and to determine effect sizes for a larger trial. The aim of the Mild Cognitive Impairment and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (Memories 1) trial was to determine whether CPAP treatment adherence, controlling for any baseline differences in OSA severity, ApoE4, and other previously identified demographic and patient factors, might predict cognitive and everyday function after 1 year in older adults with amnestic MCI.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and ablation efficacy of the ExAblate UF V2 System when treating symptomatic uterine fibroids. The ExAblate System is a medical device that involves a focused ultrasound system and an MRI scanner. ExAblate delivers a pulse of focused ultrasound energy, or sonication, to the targeted tissue. In this particular study, the targeted tissue is uterine fibroids. Each sonication is used to heat small spots in the fibroid much like a magnifying glass can be used to focus light to heat a spot. The heat created kills a portion of the fibroid with the goal of decreasing or eliminating uterine fibroid-related symptoms. Repeated sonications are performed until the entire fibroid is treated or the treated volume is determined to be appropriate. The ExAblate system is commercially approved in the United States to treat symptomatic uterine fibroids. The ExAblate UF V2 System is an experimental device and is being investigated in this study. While similar to the commercial system, the ExAblate UF V2 device includes the following major changes, among others, which are intended to improve device performance and safety: * Up and down movement of the ultrasound transducer, in an attempt to improve fibroid treatment by moving the ultrasound focal point within the targeted fibroid. * Ultrasound energy can be turned off for a specific area in an attempt to minimize amount of energy passing through sensitive areas of the body.
