NCT00746967
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and toleration of oral sildenafil administered as required by women with Female Sexual Arousal Disorder (FSAD) who successfully complete one of the following Pfizer-sponsored, 12-week, double-blinded clinical trials: A1481082 or A1481123. Addition of this 52-week open-label extension will increase the total duration of sildenafil exposure to 64 weeks. Sustained efficacy will also be evaluated after 3 and 6 months of open-label therapy.
NCT00399490
Study RN624-CL007 is planned to be an open-label protocol to enroll subjects who have previously participated in Study No. RN624-CL006. In this study, subjects will receive RN624 on an open-label basis.
NCT01912456
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy of C1-esterase inhibitor in preventing hereditary angioedema attacks when it is administered under the skin of subjects with hereditary angioedema. The safety of C1-esterase inhibitor will also be assessed. Each subject will enter a run-in period of up to 8-weeks. Subjects who complete the run-in period and who are eligible will then enter the treatment phase which comprises two sequential treatment periods. In the treatment phase, subjects will be randomized to one of four arms consisting of treatment with low- or higher-volume C1-esterase inhibitor in one treatment period and treatment with low- or higher-volume placebo in the other treatment period. The study will measure the number of hereditary angioedema attacks that subjects experience while receiving each treatment.
NCT01445080
This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of sorafenib in treating young patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors or leukemia. Sorafenib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the cancer.
NCT04536922
Background: A cancer treatment has been developed called "gene transfer" or "gene therapy." It involves taking white blood cells from a person (called apheresis), genetically modifying the cells in a lab to recognize cancer, and then giving the cells back to the person. Researchers want to see if this treatment can help people with metastatic squamous cell anal cancer. Objective: To see if treating cancer with a person s own white blood cells that have been genetically modified can cause tumors to shrink. Eligibility: People who have metastatic squamous cell anal cancer for which standard treatments have not worked. Design: Participants will have had a tumor biopsy and apheresis to collect white blood cells under a separate protocol. Participants will stay at the hospital for 3 to 4 weeks. They will have an intravenous (IV) catheter placed in a large vein in the upper chest. Participants will get chemotherapy drugs (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide), the cell infusion, and aldesleukin through the IV. Pembrolizumab is given before and for three doses given every three weeks after the cell infusion. Aldesleukin will help the cells grow. Participants will take an antibiotic, antiviral, and antifungal by mouth. They will get an injection of filgrastim. It will stimulate the formation of white blood cells. Participants will have blood and urine tests. They will have physical exams. Their symptoms will be reviewed. They will have imaging scans. About 6 and 12 weeks after they finish treatment, participants will have safety follow-up visits. These visits will take 1 to 2 days. Participants will return to the Clinical Center every 3 to 6 months for 3 years, and then as determined by their doctor. They will be followed long term for up to 15 years on a separate study.
NCT03413332
This two-phase research plan will develop and test a culturally relevant, web-based patient education program, hereafter known as E-Talkcare. The intervention aims to empower Chinese cancer patients to effectively communicate with different providers in different healthcare settings.
NCT03091647
This study develops and pilot tests the efficacy of a home-based, self-administered acupressure intervention in improving cancer-related fatigue (proximal outcome), and physical functioning and other quality of life outcomes (distal outcomes) of Chinese immigrant breast cancer survivors (versus usual care control group).
NCT03078153
The purpose of this study is to determine if social media support and financial incentives improve adherence to Truvada as PrEP in African American, Latino and Asian MSM aged 18 to 24 living in the Washington, DC area who are at high risk for HIV acquisition.
NCT01701362
This study is designed to investigate if pregabalin is effective in treating neuropathic (nerve) pain resulting from peripheral nerve trauma due to a traumatic or surgical event such as, for example, motor vehicle accident, fall, sports injury, knee or hip replacement, hernia repair, thoracotomy, mastectomy, focal/localized burns or crush injury.
NCT00645268
To determine the effect on erectile function in a population of type 2 diabetic men with erectile dysfunction who have undergone the following treatment regimen: pre-treatment with a daily dose of double-blind sildenafil versus placebo for 4 weeks (Phase I) followed by an as-needed, flexible-dose, open-label treatment phase with sildenafil for 12 weeks (Phase II). To assess safety and tolerability of this dosing regimen and to investigate its effects on endothelial function and subject's responses to the Self-Esteem And Relationship (SEAR) questionnaire.
NCT00644605
To evaluate the effect of three doses of oral sildenafil (20, 40 and 80 mg three times a day \[TID\]) on exercise capacity, as measured by the 6-Minute Walk test, as well as the safety and tolerability, after 12 weeks of treatment in subjects with pulmonary arterial hypertension who are aged 18 years and over. To investigate the plasma concentration-effect relationship and to determine the population pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters.
NCT02865915
This is a Phase 2b double-blind, randomized, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study of MLE4901 versus placebo in women with PCOS.
NCT04027790
The objective of this Clinical Sample Collection Study is to develop a biobank of appropriately collected plasma samples from colorectal cancer patients (i.e. AJCC/UICC stages 0, I, II, III) prior to therapeutic intervention, and from people reporting for colorectal cancer screening by colonoscopy, prior to bowel preparation.
NCT00847483
Compare the IOP lowering properties of latanoprost, travoprost and bimatoprost
NCT00666770
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of gabapentin as compared to placebo on sleep in subjects with transient insomnia.
NCT03125200
This study evaluated ADCT-502 in participants with Advanced Solid Tumors with HER2 Expression. Participants participated in a dose-escalation phase (Part 1) and were due to participate in the dose expansion phase (Part 2). In Part 2, patients were due to receive the dose level identified in Part 1, but the study was terminated prior to the beginning of Part 2.

Part 2: to estimate the overall response rate (ORR) for patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (mBC) and HER2 mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated at the RP2D (or MTD).

NCT00401986
The primary purpose of this study is to gather additional safety data for the subjects treated with the Alair System (hereinafter, "Alair-Treated Subjects") who previously completed the one-year study entitled: "Multicenter Randomized Clinical Trial of Bronchial Thermoplasty with the Alair System for the Treatment of Severe Asthma" (Protocol #0903-27) sponsored by Asthmatx, Inc. Subjects who elect to participate in this safety study will be followed for an additional four (4) year period beyond the PREDECESSOR STUDY'S one-year endpoint (clinicaltrials.gov number NCT00214539).
