NCT04028492
To investigate the safety and efficacy of tradipitant versus placebo in relieving nausea and other symptoms of gastroparesis.
NCT03823287
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, durability, and pharmacokinetics of faricimab administered at intervals as specified in the protocol, compared with aflibercept once every 8 weeks (Q8W), in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).
NCT04026412
The primary purpose of the study is to compare the effectiveness of nivolumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) followed by nivolumab plus ipilimumab vs CCRT followed by durvalumab in participants with untreated Locally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (LA NSCLC).
NCT05310227
The goal of this study is to examine the effects of the Remote Electrical Neuromodulation (REN) device on adolescents ages 12-17 who have been diagnosed with New Daily Persistent Headache (NDPH). Pediatric patients with a diagnosis of new daily persistent headache are typically resistant to standard pharmacologic treatments and often experience systemic side effects related to medications; thus, REN offers the potential for an exciting new treatment option for patients with refractory headache disorders. The device delivers transcutaneous electrical stimulation to the upper arm to induce conditioned pain modulation (CPM) that activates a descending endogenous analgesic mechanism. Ultimately, the investigators hope to gain insights into the safety and efficacy of Nerivio™ for the acute treatment of NDPH in adolescents. The goal of this study is to demonstrate headache relief without unexpected device-related adverse effects
NCT06691100
This study aims to elucidate the differences in the gut microbiome functional activity and metabolome in adult premenopausal women with distinctive fitness levels and BMIs (with obesity, w/o obesity). The specific aims are as follows: * Aim 1: To examine the effects of acute aerobic exercise at 60-70% heart rate reserve (HRRmax) for 30 minutes bout on changes in the abundance of SCFA-producing bacteria and their functional downstream metabolic activity. * Aim 2: To examine the effects of acute aerobic exercise at 60-70% HRRmax 30-minute bout on changes in GM-released SCFA concentrations in stool and plasmatic metabolome.
NCT05345834
This randomized controlled study will examine the effectiveness of patient navigation with culturally adapted cognitive-behavioral interventions and peer support groups for low-income Black/of African Descent pregnant women who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and/or depression.
NCT04212013
The purpose of this study is to see if the combination of rituximab and ibrutinib can help people with marginal zone lymphoma who have not received treatment in the past. The study will also compare the combination of rituximab and ibrutinib with the combination of rituximab and placebo to see which combination works better.
NCT06375811
A Phase 3 clinical trial of oral GnRH antagonist pre-treatment for women with endometriosis who are undergoing IVF, with a primary outcome of live birth rate. The investigators' central hypothesis is that in infertile woman with endometriosis undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET), live birth rates will improve in those pretreated with GnRH antagonist compared to those not pretreated with GnRH antagonist.
NCT02407431
The purpose of the PaTH Network IPF Clinician-Patient Partnership Cohort is to use clinical data from electronic health records (EHR) and patient reported outcomes (PRO) to answer questions of clinical importance to patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, providers, and other stakeholders.
NCT04924101
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of investigational agents (MK-4830, boserolimab (MK-5890) and lenvatinib (MK-7902)) in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and etoposide/platinum chemotherapy for the first-line treatment of participants with extensive-stage small cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). No formal hypothesis testing will be performed for this study.
NCT01594723
The primary purpose of this study is to measure the response rate in participants with the myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), or myelofibrosis (MF) when treated with LY2784544, including those who have demonstrated an intolerance to, failure of primary response to, or have demonstrated disease progression while on ruxolitinib.
NCT04257110
This is an open-label, first-in-human (FIH), phase 1 dose-escalation and cohort expansion study of BB-1701 in subjects with locally advanced/metastatic HER2 expressing solid tumors. The study consists of 2 parts: dose-escalation (Part 1) and cohort expansion (Part 2). Part 1 consists of dose escalation cohorts for determining the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). Part 2 consists of expansion cohorts, including but not limited to breast cancer, gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer, bladder cancer and colon cancer, for exploring 1 or more RP2Ds or schedules for expanding/deepening the information/knowledge about clinical safety, clinical pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor activity.
NCT04075591
This study will be a 12-month, prospective, multicenter, open-label, non-comparative, non-randomized clinical investigation conducted at 8 to 14 sites. A total of 383 subjects will be enrolled to achieve approximately 268 treated subjects, resulting in at least 241 evaluable subjects at the point of refractive stability. After signing the informed consent, subjects meeting all inclusion and exclusion criteria in both eyes may be scheduled for surgery. The follow-up visit schedule will be the same for each operative eye.
NCT05966493
This study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NEXAGON® (lufepirsen ophthalmic gel) (NEXAGON) in subjects with persistent corneal epithelial defects (PCED). The objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NEXAGON in this population.
NCT05360966
This will be a Phase 3, multicenter, vehicle-controlled, double-masked, randomized study conducted at approximately 20 sites in the United States.
