NCT05316220
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) characterized by diffuse, continuous inflammation of the colon. This study will assess how safe and effective mesalamine delayed-release capsules are in treating pediatric participants with UC. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Delzicol (Mesalamine) is an approved drug being developed for the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (UC). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 80 Pediatric participants aged 5 to 17 years with a diagnosis of UC will be enrolled in approximately 45 sites in the United States. Participants will receive oral mesalamine capsules twice daily for 26 weeks and followed for 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

NCT05135975
This study will expand the types of pediatric cancers being evaluated for response to cabozantinib. The current COG study is restricted to Ewing sarcoma, osteosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Wilms tumor, and a handful of uncommon tumors. The proposed study will extend this evaluation to tumors that have been shown to either express known targets of cabozantinib or with preclinical evidence of efficacy, including specifically neuroblastomas. These tumors have high morbidity and mortality, particularly in the relapse setting, and few or no proven therapeutic options. As such, evaluation of cabozantinib in these studies is warranted. The study hypothesizes that use of cabozantinib in patients with ultra-high-risk pediatric solid tumors with minimal disease burden, as defined in the inclusion criteria below, can prevent and/or slow recurrent tumor formation in pediatric solid tumors and thereby significantly extend the period of disease control and/or induce a durable cure.
NCT05560685
The key hypothesis for this study is that collection of the PRO surveys via the Outcomes4Me app is feasible, as measured by survey completion rates. In addition to informing feasibility, this study will provide information about symptom trajectories, symptom management interventions, and early endocrine therapy adherence and persistence. Patients with risk factors for adjuvant endocrine therapy non-adherence or early discontinuation will complete patient-reported outcome (PRO) surveys via smart phone app at baseline and 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after adjuvant endocrine therapy initiation. Since symptoms and side effects are a key driver of adjuvant endocrine therapy non-adherence and non-persistence, the investigators anticipate that enhanced detection of symptoms via use of PRO surveys will result in improved symptom management and, could thereby support treatment adherence and persistence. This pilot study will assess the feasibility of the PRO survey intervention. In this pilot study, feedback about the intervention will be obtained from patients and from members of the study teams and clinical teams caring for the patients who participate.
NCT05029999
This research study is being done to find out if the immunotherapy drugs called CDX-301 and CDX-1140 in combination with the standard chemotherapy treatment pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD, Doxil) are safe and effective at controlling the cancer in patients with metastatic triple Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer, and to determine a safe dose and treatment schedule of the three drugs. This research study will also test how your immune system responds to these treatments alone and in combination.
NCT04513912
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of seltorexant compared with quetiapine extended-release (XR) as adjunctive therapy to an antidepressant drug in treatment response in participants with major depressive disorder with insomnia symptoms (MDDIS) who have had an inadequate response to current antidepressant therapy with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).
NCT04667234
The primary objective of this study is to provide expanded access to and characterize the safety profile of Sotorasib in participants with previously treated locally advanced/unresectable/metastatic non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with KRAS p.G12C mutation in a real-world setting.
NCT04476043

NCT02734771
This is a study incorporating brentuximab vedotin and dose attenuated rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (R-CHP) into initial therapy for elderly patients with DLBCL. Vincristine will be omitted from the standard R-CHOP regimen given the overlapping toxicities with brentuximab vedotin.
NCT04285086
This is a Phase 3 open-label, multicenter, randomized, active-controlled study designed to compare the efficacy and safety and tolerability of P1101 compared with ANA after 12 months of treatment as second-line therapy for subjects with ET who have had a suboptimal or failed response to HU.
NCT01063114
There are two types of external radiation treatments (proton beam and photon beam). As part of the participant's treatment, they will receive radiation to the entire central nervous system (CNS); this is known as craniospinal irradiation (CSI). In the past, photon radiation therapy has been used for CSI. In this study we will be examining the effects of proton beam radiation therapy. Studies have suggested that this kind of radiation can cause less damage to normal tissue than photon radiation therapy. The physical characteristics of proton beam radiation let the doctor safely deliver the amount of radiation delivered to the tumor that is normally delivered through standard therapy but spare more normal tissue in the process.
NCT03636477
This research study involves an investigational product: Ad-RTS-hIL-12 given with veledimex for production of human interleukin-12 (IL-12). IL-12 is a protein that can improve the body's natural response to disease by enhancing the ability of the immune system to kill tumor cells and may interfere with blood flow to the tumor. Nivolumab is an antibody (a kind of human protein) that is being tested to see if it will allow the body's immune system to work against glioblastoma tumors. Opdivo (Nivolumab) is currently FDA approved in the United States for melanoma (a type of skin cancer), non-small cell lung cancer, renal cell cancer (a type of kidney cancer), Hodgkin's lymphoma but is not approved in glioblastoma. Nivolumab may help your immune system detect and attack cancer cells. Ad-RTS-hIL-12 and veledimex will be given in combination with Nivolumab to enhance the IL-12 mediated effect observed to date. The main purpose of this substudy is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single tumoral injection of Ad-RTS-hIL-12 given with oral veledimex in combination with nivolumab.
NCT03314935
The purpose of this open-label nonrandomized Phase 1/2 study is to evaluate INCB001158 in combination with chemotherapy in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors.
