Primary Objective: To investigate effects of SAR440340 (anti-interleukin-33 \[IL-33\] monoclonal antibody \[mAb\]) compared with placebo, on the annualized rate of moderate-to-severe acute exacerbations of COPD (AECOPD) over up to 52 weeks of treatment. * Moderate exacerbations were recorded by the Investigator and defined as AECOPD that require either systemic corticosteroids (such as intramuscular, intravenous or oral) and/or antibiotics. * Severe exacerbations were recorded by the Investigator and defined as AECOPD requiring hospitalization, emergency medical care visit or resulting in death. Secondary Objectives: To investigate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on improving respiratory function, as assessed by pre-bronchodilator forced exploratory volume in 1 second (FEV1). To evaluate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on post-bronchodilator FEV1. To evaluate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on duration from baseline to first moderate or severe AECOPD event. To evaluate effects of SAR440340 compared with placebo, on safety and tolerability.

To collect information about treatment for severe Aortic Regurgitation (AR), which affects the aortic valve in the heart. Aortic regurgitation is a condition where aortic valve in the heart does not close tightly and allows some blood to leak back into the heart chamber. Symptoms of aortic regurgitation may include fatigue and shortness of breath. The preferred treatment for severe aortic regurgitation is aortic valve replacement surgery.

Surgery for abdominal aortic pathology usually occurs in the setting of advanced cardiovascular disease. The repair can be relatively simple or complex with multiple steps including open repair, placing a stent with a catheter, and placing a complicated stent that allows for crossing vessels without occluding them. All these repairs require imaging follow up. The most commonly accepted tool for follow up is Computed Tomography (CT) scan which involves ionizing radiation and potentially nephrotoxic iodinated contrast. Recommendations for the time interval for follow up, as well the radiology imaging technique vary. Routine ultrasound with Doppler, CT, and MRI has all been employed utilizing various imaging protocols. Clinicians use non-contrast CT, arterial phase and delayed phase CT, ultrasound, and various combinations based on personal experience and patient pathology. Concerns over cost, potential nephrotoxicity of contrast agents and repeated radiation exposure has led to investigation of alternate imaging modalities such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). CEUS represents an improvement of ultrasound imaging but comparisons against CT report widely varying results, likely due to technical factors of CEUS and limitations of single-phase CTA. Contrast ultrasound has been used effectively to diagnose leaks in the aorta post repair and is without the radiation and potential nephrotoxicity of iodinated contrast. Of yet, no large prospective studies have compared CT and contrast US and no studies have looked at the more complicated staged or fenestrated repairs. This study proposes to perform a contrast ultrasound at the same time as a contrast CT using a standardized protocol. This protocol would include a non-contrast CT, angiographic CT, and a CT in a delayed phase in all patients as standard of care. We will compare the results of a contrast US with the various data derived from a three phase CT.

This is a prospective, multi-center, observational study. Subjects will have OmniGraf™ (TruGraf® and TRAC™) testing at study enrollment and thereafter every 3 months. In addition subjects will have OmniGraf™ (TruGraf® and TRAC™) testing at any time there is a clinical suspicion of acute rejection. Data collection for the primary objective extends over a 2-year period.

This is a study in minors (7 to 17 years old) diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and evaluated using standard questionnaires as having at least moderate severity of GAD. This study is a multicenter, open-label study of polatuzumab vedotin administered by intravenous (IV) infusion in combination with standard doses of bendamustine (B) and rituximab (R) or obinutuzumab (G) in participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The study comprises two stages: a Phase Ib safety run-in stage and a Phase II stage. The anticipated time on treatment is 18 weeks for participants with DLBCL and 24 weeks for participants with FL.

This large scale multi-center cluster randomized controlled trial (RCT) is designed to assess the comparative effectiveness of three interventions in diverse ambulatory care settings and patient populations. Findings will help healthcare systems decide which approach to adopt to empower patients and enable providers to engage in patient centered communication. The specific aims are to: 1. Engage with patients and healthcare providers who have used the tools in the pilot study (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier NCT02522286) at the Sutter Health Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF), as well as new stakeholders at University of California San Diego Health System and Meyers Primary Care Institute at University of Massachusetts and Reliant Medical Group, to further refine and adapt these patient-centered interventions to be integrated into real world primary care clinics. 2. Conduct a large scale cluster RCT with three arms, to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of three interventions: OPEN with in-person SPI training (High Touch), OPEN with online SPI training (High Tech), and ASK. Primary outcomes will include patient perceptions of how well their PCPs have engaged them in patient centered communication. The investigators will also measure patients' confidence in managing their health, intention to follow through with care plans, and downstream behaviors in following through with care plans, use of services such as phone calls, secure messaging, and additional visits. 3. Identify the strategy that has the most potential for sustained impact and replication within and across healthcare systems. The investigators will analyze the fidelity to the intervention protocols, including consistency of delivery as intended and the time/effort involved in implementing the interventions. The investigators will also assess the extent to which the programs become institutionalized. The investigators anticipate that this multi-level healthcare system intervention will result in significant improvement in: patient satisfaction with how PCP has engaged them in the visit, confidence in selfcare; patients' intention to adhere to care plan, and clinical indicators. Furthermore, more effective communication would lower health service utilization after the visit. The investigators further expect that the intervention will affect physicians', medical assistants' and nurses' experience as well as healthcare system leaders' intention to implement in routine practice.

Sleep Apnea (SA) is a disorder that causes pauses in breathing during sleep that expose the heart to oxygen deprivation. It is common in patients with heart failure (HF) where it is associated with increased risk of hospitalizations and death. It is not known however whether treating SA reduces these risks. This study is looking at whether a respiratory device known as Adaptive Servo Ventilation (ASV) can reduce the rate of cardiovascular hospitalizations and death in subjects with HF and SA. Study subjects will randomly receive either their regular medications OR their regular medications plus ASV. They will be followed for approximately 5 years and information relevant to their health will be collected and compared.
