NCT03653611
This is a qualitative research exploration engaging clinical staff at all levels from 10 Practice-Based Research Networks (PBRNs) serving US patient populations of differing gender, racial, ethnic, urban/rural and socio-economic blends, in the incorporation of a one-page, five-item questionnaire with selective PEF measurement (CAPTURE).
NCT01327885
This is a randomized, open-label, multicenter, Phase 3 study comparing the efficacy and safety of eribulin with dacarbazine in subjects with advanced soft tissue sarcoma who have disease progression within 6 months prior to study enrolment following standard therapies which must have included an anthracycline, unless contraindicated and then at least one additional regimen after failure of the anthracycline.
NCT04225260
This is a phase 3, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety of QM1114-DP for the long term treatment of moderate to severe Glabellar (Frown) Lines (GL) and Lateral Canthal Lines (Crow's Feet and LCL).
NCT02450331
This Phase III, open-label, randomized, multicenter study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant treatment with atezolizumab compared with observation in participants with muscle-invasive UC who are at high risk for recurrence following resection. Eligible participants were randomized by a 1:1 ratio into atezolizumab group or control group.
NCT02869789
A study to evaluate the safety of Nivolumab given in combination with Ipilimumab in patients with advanced cancers. The initial group will enroll patients with newly diagnosed Stage 4 or non-small cell lung cancer that has come back.
NCT00004860
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one drug may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of fluorouracil-uracil and leucovorin in treating elderly patients who have metastatic colorectal cancer.
NCT02673398
This phase II trial studies the side effects of and how well neratinib works in treating older patients with stage IV HER2-positive breast cancer. Neratinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT02039856
VA has undertaken a major initiative to transform care through implementation of Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACTs). Based on the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) concept, PACT aims to improve access, continuity, coordination and comprehensiveness using team-based care that is patient-driven and patient-centered. However, how VA should adapt PACT to meet the needs of special populations, such as women Veterans, is yet to be worked out. The main goal of this study was to develop and test an evidence-based quality improvement (EBQI) approach to adapting and implementing PACT for women Veterans, incorporating comprehensive women's health care in gender-sensitive care environments, thereby accelerating achievement of PACT tenets for women Veterans and reducing persistent gender disparities in VA quality of care.
NCT05243511
PROSPER-FM is a multi-center, randomized, non-significant risk device study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of two digital therapy smartphone applications in participants with fibromyalgia. Eligible participants are randomized (1:1) to either the Digital Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Digital ACT) group or the Digital Symptom Tracker group and receive assigned therapy for 12 weeks.
NCT04029922
This will be a Phase 1b, first in human, open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of MT-5111 (a recombinant fusion protein) given as monotherapy in subjects with HER2-positive solid tumors
NCT04249583
The objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a single dose of QM1114-DP compared to placebo for the treatment of moderate to severe GL.
NCT04249687
The objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a single dose of QM1114-DP compared to placebo for the treatment of moderate to severe LCL.
NCT00005962
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Monoclonal antibodies such as gemtuzumab ozogamicin can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Combining more than one drug or combining monoclonal antibody with chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells. It is not yet known which treatment regimen is more effective for acute myelogenous leukemia. PURPOSE: Randomized phase II trial to compare the effectiveness of three treatment regimens in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory acute myelogenous leukemia.
NCT04216134
This phase I trial studies the side effects of 68GA-PSMA-11 PET imaging in patients with prostate cancer that has come back (recurrent). Gallium (68Ga) is a radiotracer that binds to a molecule, PSMA, that is found in abundance on most prostate cancer cells. PSMA is short for 'prostate specific membrane antigen'. Diagnostic procedures, such as 68GA-PSMA-11 PET imaging, may help measure a patient's response to earlier treatment, and may help plan the best treatment for prostate cancer.
NCT00641030
RATIONALE: Giving chemotherapy, such as clofarabine and melphalan, before a donor stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer or abnormal cells. It also helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil after the transplant may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of clofarabine when given together with high-dose melphalan followed by a donor stem cell transplant in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, or myelodysplastic syndromes.
NCT05426564
This is a prospective, observational exploratory study of the performance of the Quantra System in adult patients that are undergoing an arterio-venous (AV), veno-venous (VV) ECMO or extra-corporeal life support (ECLS) procedure.
NCT00002878
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Some tumors become resistant to chemotherapy drugs. Combining PSC 833 with chemotherapy may reduce resistance to the drug, and allow more tumor cells to be killed. It is not yet known whether combination chemotherapy plus PSC 833 is more effective than combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy with or without PSC 833 in treating patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
NCT03472040
This is an open-label study to evaluate the long term safety and effectiveness of oral treatment with BCX7353 in preventing acute angioedema attacks in patients with Type I and Type II Hereditary Angioedema (HAE).
NCT02906202
This is a single-arm, multi-site, single-dose, Phase 3 study in 23 participants less than or equal to (\<=) 50 years of age with transfusion-dependent β-thalassemia (TDT), also known as β-thalassemia major, who do not have a β0 mutation at both alleles of the hemoglobin β (HBB) gene. The study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) using LentiGlobin BB305 Drug Product.
NCT05505136
To determine the associations among biometric data and previously reported medication changes in the original MAPS study
