NCT06395103
Substudy 01A is part of a platform study. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of zilovertamab vedotin in pediatric participants with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)/Burkitt lymphoma, or neuroblastoma and in pediatric and young adult participants with Ewing sarcoma.
NCT06088290
The primary objective of this phase III study is to evaluate whether the combination of lurbinectedin plus doxorubicin given as first line treatment for metastatic leiomyosarcoma (LMS) prolongs the progression-free survival (PFS) by Independent Review Committee (IRC) when compared to doxorubicin administered as a single agent.
NCT06312137
This study will assess if adding sacituzumab tirumotecan with pembrolizumab after surgery is effective in treating NSCLC for participants not achieving pathological complete response. The primary hypothesis of this study is sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab monotherapy with respect to disease free survival (DFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).
NCT05235113
As our population ages, more older adults face motor-cognitive declines, increasing their risk of falls and fear of falling. Exercise is an effective way to maintain cognitive function, as supported by recent studies. However, those with poor motor and cognitive abilities often struggle to visit rehabilitation centers, leading to high dropout rates and low adherence to unsupervised programs. A remote exercise program tailored for individuals with cognitive impairments is urgently needed to preserve cognitive function, promote independent living, and reduce related costs. Researchers aim to develop an in-home system for adults with mild cognitive issues or dementia, designed to improve balance and cognition while being remotely supervised through telemedicine.
NCT04380636
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. Arms 1 and 2 will be studied in a double-blind design and Arm 3 will be open-label. The primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab with olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) 2. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to PFS and OS
NCT05512377
This study is open to adults with advanced cancer in the biliary tract, pancreas, lung, or bladder. This is a study for people for whom previous treatment was not successful or no treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 907828 helps people with cancer in the biliary tract, pancreas, lung, or bladder. BI 907828 is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. All participants take BI 907828 as a tablet once every 3 weeks. Participants may continue to take BI 907828 as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. They visit the study site regularly. At the study site, doctors regularly check the size of the tumour and whether it has spread to other parts of the body. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.
NCT06467357
The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of T-DXd with rilvegostomig or T-DXd monotherapy compared with gemcitabine plus cisplatin and durvalumab in patients with advanced treatment naïve HER2-expressing BTC.
NCT06417814
This study will assess the effect of Dato-DXd in combination with osimertinib or Dato-DXd monotherapy versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in terms of progression-free survival (PFS).
NCT07005128
The main objective of the study is to compare the efficacy of tarlatamab in combination with durvalumab, carboplatin and etoposide to the combination of durvalumab, carboplatin and etoposide on prolonging overall survival (OS).
NCT07587073
This pragmatic, cluster-randomized trial will evaluate whether a comprehensive CalAIM-aligned care model consisting of Enhanced Care Management, selected Community Supports, Transitional Care Services, and residential care coordination improves population health outcomes among high-risk Medi-Cal managed care members in California compared with usual CalAIM service delivery. The intervention is intended to improve continuity of care after discharge, reduce potentially avoidable utilization, increase successful linkage to outpatient and social supports, and improve community tenure and patient-reported outcomes.
NCT07590934
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of multiple anti-cancer agents in participants with metastatic prostate cancer.
NCT07105098
The primary objective for this study is to evaluate the efficacy of NBI-1117568 compared with placebo on improving behavioral and psychological symptoms of schizophrenia in adults.
NCT07042100
This is a Phase 1 study of SBO-154 in patients with advanced cancers who are unable to tolerate or have not previously responded to standard therapy available in the country. The study involves multiple doses and takes place at several centers.
NCT04526691
This study will assess safety and treatment activity of datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in combination with pembrolizumab with or without platinum chemotherapy in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
NCT07533019
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well LY4005130 is tolerated and what side effects may occur in participants with non-segmental vitiligo (NSV) when compared with placebo. The study drug will be administered intravenously (IV) (into a vein in the arm). Blood tests will be performed to investigate how the body processes the study drug and how the study drug affects the body. The study will last approximately 48 weeks, including screening.
NCT06100289
The main aim of this study is to learn how the body of a child or teenager with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD) processes vedolizumab (pharmacokinetics) given just under the skin subcutaneously (SC). The participants will be treated with vedolizumab for up to 34 weeks. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times.
NCT06587282
This multicenter, single arm, prospective, non-randomized study is designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of The Bloom Micro Occluder System for the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in pre-mature infants over a period of 6 months.
NCT04523727
This study will be conducted to assess the safety and tolerability of ferric citrate in pediatric participants with hyperphosphatemia related to chronic kidney disease (CKD).
NCT05595161
This study will evaluate the effectiveness of the Bright Bodies intervention in improving body mass index (BMI) among 7-13 year-old children with obesity simultaneously with the impact of the implementation strategy on adoption, reach, fidelity, cost, and maintenance of the intervention in three heterogenous settings serving patients disproportionately affected by obesity.
NCT06364215
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety between pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) alone versus PVI with left atrial (LA) posterior wall isolation (PWI) using pulsed-field ablation (PFA) in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).
