NCT01368588
RATIONALE: Androgens can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Androgen deprivation therapy may stop the adrenal glands from making androgens. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial studies androgen-deprivation therapy and radiation therapy in treating patients with prostate cancer.
NCT06299098
This study is researching experimental drugs called trevogrumab and garetosmab (called "study drugs") in combination with another drug, semaglutide (Wegovy®). This study will be done in 3 parts, Part A, Part B, and Part C where different study drugs will be tested. Part A of the study is focused on healthy participants. Part B and C of the study is focused on participants with obesity. The aim of Part A of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is in healthy participants. The aim of Part B and Part C of the study is to see how safe and effective the study drug is when combined with Wegovy. Parts A, B, and C of the study are looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)
NCT06919965
The main purpose of this study is to compare the disease-free survival (the length of time after randomization that a participant survives without any signs or symptoms of the cancer returning, or progressing) between Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) treated participants receiving treatment with TAR-210 versus investigator's choice of intravesical chemotherapy for treatment of high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (HR-NMIBC).
NCT03819608
This study will determine (i) the magnitude of immediate and sustained effects of a current clinical standard interactive computer attention processing training (APT) when combined with intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS), a type of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and (ii) determine how APT + iTBS changes the neurocognitive system of attention in individuals with persistent attention deficits related to mTBI +/- PTSD.

NCT05695248
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the drug navenibart in participants with hereditary angioedema (HAE). One group of participants will get 1 dose of navenibart, and 2 other groups will get 2 doses of navenibart. Researchers will study the effects of navenibart in participants with HAE as this is the first time that the drug has been given to participants with HAE.
NCT07018713
In this clinical trial, participants with chronic migraine will receive injections with Xeomin or Placebo into muscles of the head and neck. The purpose is to measure the change in monthly migraine days with Xeomin injections compared to Placebo injections. Trial details include: * Trial duration: 52 to 55 weeks; * Screening period: 4 to 5 weeks; * Treatment duration: 4 treatments, each about 12 weeks apart; and * Visit frequency: about every 4 weeks, 14 visits in total. The first and last visit and the 4 treatment visits are on-site, the other 8 visits are remote by phone / video call.
NCT04175600
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the addition of selexipag to standard of care treatment delays disease progression in children with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) in comparison to placebo.
NCT04307381
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of extended dosing of donidalorsen administered subcutaneously (SC), with alternative dosing and/or dose frequency with donidalorsen in participants with hereditary angioedema (HAE).
NCT05872295
This study will evaluate the recommended dose for further clinical development, safety, tolerability, anti-tumor activity, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of IKS014, a HER2 targeting antibody-drug conjugate, in patients with advanced solid tumors.
NCT06678659
This is a multi-center, open-label study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary activity of REC-1245 administered orally on a once daily (QD) schedule in participants with unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic solid tumors.
NCT05424822
The purpose of this study is to characterize safety and to determine the putative recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D\[s\]), optimal dosing schedule(s) and route(s) of administration of JNJ-80948543 in Part A (Dose Escalation) and to further characterize the safety of JNJ-80948543 at the putative RP2D(s) in Part B (Cohort Expansion).

NCT04428944
The objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of three different ablation strategies in patients with persistent AF: 1. PV antral isolation alone (PVAI) 2. PV antral isolation plus ablation of drivers (PVAI+drivers) 3. PV antral isolation plus isolation of posterior wall (PVAI+box) All three strategies will employ contemporary catheter ablation technology using more efficient open irrigated tip cooling and contact force sensing.
NCT03913481
Transfusions are one of the most overused treatments in modern medicine, and saving blood is one important issue all around the world. Cardiac surgery makes up a large percentage of the overall blood components consumption in surgery. Acute normovolemic hemo-dilution (ANH) is a well-known strategy which has been used for years without the support of high quality evidence based medicine to improve post-cardiopulmonary bypass coagulation and reduce red blood cells (RBC) transfusion. We designed a multicenter randomized controlled trial to investigate the effect of ANH in reducing the number of cardiac surgery patients receiving RBC transfusions during hospital stay. We will randomize 2000 patients to have sufficient power to demonstrate a 20% relative and 7% absolute risk reduction in the number of patients' RBC transfusion. If the results of the study will confirm our hypothesis, this will have a great impact on blood management in cardiac operating room.
NCT06870487
The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of a new study medicine called PF-08046032, when taken alone and when taken with another medicine called sasanlimab, for the treatment of advanced cancers. The effects are studied in adult participants with certain types of lymphomas or solid tumors that are advanced or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body). The study has three parts: * Part A will test PF-08046032 alone at increasing dose levels in participants with certain lymphomas (cancer that begins in cells of the immune system) and in participants with certain solid tumors whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. * Part B will test PF-08046032 (at selected doses) and sasanlimab in participants with certain solid tumors, including those whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments as well as participants before receiving standard treatments. * Part C will further test the combination of PF-08046032 and sasanlimab in participants with specific types of solid tumors based on the results from Part A and Part B of the study. All participants will receive the study drug PF-08046032. Only participants in Part B and Part C of the study will also receive sasanlimab. PF-08046032 will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion, which means it will be injected directly into a vein. Sasanlimab will be given as a subcutaneous injection, which means it will be injected under the skin.
