Primary Objective: * To determine whether celecoxib downregulates GATA-6 expression to upregulate 15-LOX-1 expression and induce apoptosis in human rectal tumors, researchers will measure GATA-6 and 15-LOX-1 expression, 13-S-HODE levels, and apoptosis rates in normal and colorectal polyp epithelial tissues before and after 6 months of celecoxib treatment of patients with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP).

This is a multicenter, Phase 3, open-label, safety, tolerability, and characterization of pharmacokinetics study of the INL 001 (bupivacaine HCl) implant, at 300 mg, in patients following various soft-tissue surgeries: open ventral hernia repair, abdominoplasty, open abdominal hysterectomy, laparoscopic-assisted colectomy, and reduction mammoplasty.

The primary purpose of Stage-I of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of OP-101 in patients with severe COVID-19 and of Stage 2 of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of OP-101 in patients with severe COVID-19. The secondary purpose of Stage 1 and Stage 2 of this study is to determine the effect of OP-101 reducing proinflammatory cytokines biomarkers in severe COVID-19 Patients. A further secondary objective of Stage 2 of this study is: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of OP-101 in patients with severe COVID-19.
