NCT05560646
The purpose of this global Phase 2 study is to determine the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of 3 dose levels of OG-6219 in pre-menopausal women between 18 and 49 years of age (inclusive), who have moderate to severe endometriosis-related pain.
NCT02953509
The primary objectives of this study are: * To investigate the safety and tolerability, and to define the recommended Phase 2 dose and schedule (RP2DS) for magrolimab in combination with rituximab and for magrolimab in combination with rituximab, gemcitabine, and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx). * To evaluate the efficacy of magrolimab in combination with rituximab in participants with indolent lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and to evaluate the efficacy of magrolimab in combination with R-GemOx in autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) ineligible DLBCL participants.
NCT05704985
This study will evaluate safety, pharmacodynamics and biomarkers of subcutaneous (SC) DK210(EGFR) given as monotherapy and in combination with immunotherapy, chemotherapy or radiation.
NCT00526812
This study assesses the tolerability, safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of RTA 744 in recurrent high-grade gliomas.
NCT03108131
This phase II trial studies how well cobimetinib and atezolizumab work in treating participants with rare tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Cobimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cobimetinib and atezolizumab may work better in treating participants with advanced or refractory rare tumors.
NCT00529438
This study assesses the tolerability, safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of Bardoxolone methyl (RTA 402) in advanced solid tumors and lymphoid malignancies.
NCT03867097
This is a Phase 2, multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the effect of iloprost on the symptomatic relief of Raynaud's Phenomenon attacks in subjects with symptomatic Raynaud's Phenomenon secondary to Systemic Sclerosis.
NCT05972993
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity and immune responses of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) mRNA-CR-04 vaccine construct when administered in healthy adults previously vaccinated with SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines.
NCT04391569
This study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of an investigational product (IP), intravenous (IV) ganaxolone, to treat participants with status epilepticus (SE).
NCT06575959
Researchers have designed a new study medicine called enlicitide decanoate as a new way to lower the amount of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in a person's blood. Enlicitide decanoate will be called "enlicitide" from this point forward, The purpose of this study is to learn what happens to enlicitide in a person's body over time (a pharmacokinetic or PK study). Researchers will compare what happens to enlicitide in the body when it is given to people with hepatic impairment (HI- meaning the liver does not work properly) and people who are in good health. This study will have 2 parts. In Part 1, enlicitide will be given to people with moderate HI and people who are in good health. After Part 1, researchers may decide to include people who have mild HI and compare what happens to enlicitide in the body with people who are in good health.
NCT05083585
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate non-inferiority in terms of humoral immune responses induced by vaccination with one dose of the Phase 3 clinical trial material (CTM) compared with one dose of the Phase 2b CTM.
NCT00538343
The purpose of this study is to determine whether RTA 744 is effective in the treatment of breast cancer that has metastasized to the brain.
NCT00529113
This study assesses the safety and efficacy of RTA 402 in combination with gemcitabine in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer.
NCT05091307
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the non-inferiority (NI) of the humoral immune response of the 4 influenza vaccine strains after concomitant administration of the Ad26.COV2.S vaccine and a seasonal quadrivalent standard-dose influenza vaccine versus the administration of a seasonal quadrivalent standard-dose influenza vaccine administered alone; and to demonstrate the NI of the binding antibody response after concomitant administration of Ad26.COV2.S vaccine and a seasonal quadrivalent standard-dose influenza vaccine versus the administration of Ad26.COV2.S vaccine administered alone.
NCT05004129
This is an open-label phase 2/3 study for individuals with Congenital Myotonic Dystrophy (Congenital DM1) who participated in the preceding AMO-02-MD-2-003 study or individuals with either Congenital or Childhood Onset DM1 who are treatment naïve.
NCT06862648
The goal of this pivotal clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the SUI-100 device for the treatment of mild-to-moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in females aged 22-70 years. The main questions this study aims to answer are: 1. Does treatment with the SUI-100 device reduce SUI symptoms, as measured by urine leakage. 2. Is the device safe and effective compared to the sham group? Participants will: 1. Be randomly assigned to an active or sham control group in a blinded, multicenter study. 2. Attend treatment visits during the Treatment Phase, with SUI assessments conducted at specific intervals. 3. Enter a 3-month, treatment-free follow-up phase, with SUI assessment. 4. Proceed to three monthly maintenance treatments, followed by a final SUI assessment at study exit. The total study duration will last approximately 18 months, with each individual's participation lasting approximately 6-8 months. This study aims to provide robust data on the effectiveness, safety, and durability of the SUI-100 device for treating female Stress Urinary Incontinence.
NCT03406780
HOPE-2 is a double-blind clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of a cell therapy called CAP-1002 in study participants with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Non-ambulatory and ambulatory boys and young men who meet eligibility criteria will be randomly assigned to receive either CAP-1002 or placebo every 3 months for a total of 4 doses during a 12-month period.
NCT03866577
The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of M254 after administration of a single ascending dose and repeat doses in healthy volunteers and immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients. The pharmacodynamics of the drug will be measured as platelet response in patients with ITP.
