NCT06095583
The Study is a Phase 3, randomized, three-arm, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-regional clinical research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy use of toripalimab alone or in combination with tifcemalimab as consolidation therapy in patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer without disease progression following chemoradiotherapy. Tifcemalimab is a monoclonal antibody against B and T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA). Toripalimab is a monoclonal antibody against programmed death protein-1 (PD-1). Neither drug is approved for treatment of This combination regimen is investigational in limited stage-small cell lung cancer in any country.
NCT03719690
An international, multicenter, open-label, 2 cohort, non-comparative, pivotal study evaluating the efficacy of tipifarnib in HRAS mutant HNSCC (AIM-HN). The first cohort will assess the objective response rate (ORR) of tipifarnib in subjects with HNSCC with HRAS mutations. The second study cohort, SEQ-HN, is an observational sub-study including HNSCC patients in whom HRAS mutations were not identified (wild type HRAS HNSCC) and who consent to provide first line outcome data and additional follow up.
NCT03689244
Selexipag is available in many countries for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Due to the similarities between PAH and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and the observed efficacy of other PAH medicines in CTEPH, it is believed that selexipag could benefit to patients with CTEPH. This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of selexipag in participants with inoperable or persistent/recurrent CTEPH.
NCT03301896
The purpose of this trial was to explore the clinical utility of two investigational agents in patients with advanced cancer. This was a multi-center, open-label Phase I/Ib study. The primary objectives of the trial were: * To characterize the safety and tolerability of intratumoral LHC165 in patients with solid tumors as a single agent and in combination with PDR001 * To determine and evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended dose (RD) for LHC165 as a single agent and in combination with PDR001
NCT04283981
The purpose of this trial is to compare operating room time between conventional treatment techniques \[without Virtual surgical Planning (VSP)\] versus treatment with use of Virtual surgical Planning (VSP) in patients that undergo mandibular reconstruction via open reduction internal fixation (ORIF).
NCT02537431
The primary objective of this study is to establish the effect of KRN23 treatment on improvement in XLH-associated osteomalacia as determined by osteoid volume (osteoid volume/bone volume, OV/BV).
NCT00848107
This open label extension trial will allow ongoing treatment of subjects who participated in the randomized controlled trials, and will provide long term information about the safety of treprostinil diethanolamine SR in subjects with SSc and digital ulcers.
NCT06389578
The main goal of this study is to learn how teprotumumab will be processed in the body (Pharmacokinetics) subcutaneously and whether it is safe and tolerable after administration into adult patients with thyroid eye disease.
NCT04156620
The purpose of this global study was to demonstrate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of an intravenous (i.v.) regimen of secukinumab compared to placebo in participants with active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) or non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA ) at Week 16 despite current or previous non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAID), disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) and/or anti Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) therapy. In addition, to further support efficacy and safety of an i.v. regimen, data was collected for up to 52 weeks of treatment.
NCT03999801
This is a prospective, observational study designed to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of RGX-314. Eligible participants are those who were previously enrolled in a clinical study in which they received a single subretinal administration of RGX-314 in their study eye. Enrollment of each participant in the current study should occur after the participant has completed either the end of study or early termination visit in the previous (parent) clinical study. Participants will be followed for up to 5 years post-RGX-314 administration (inclusive of the parent study). After enrollment and a 6-month follow-up visit, participants will attend at least annual study visits through the end of the 5-year post-RGX-314 administration follow-up period. Additionally, an interventional fellow eye treatment substudy will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity of subretinal RGX-314 administration in the fellow eye of participants having bilateral disease who previously received a subretinal injection of RGX-314 in their study eye. Participants who qualify for the substudy will receive subretinal administration of RGX-314 in their fellow eye and complete 13 study visits in a 54-week period. Following completion of the substudy participants will continue in the observational portion of the study for up to 5 years post RGX-314 administration in their fellow eye.
NCT04594070
The target population for our study is pregnant women in the first or second trimester with a diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia. If a subject is eligible, written consent will be obtained by person to person contact. Eligible participants will be randomized to receive either daily oral iron supplementation or every other day oral iron supplementation.
NCT05018806
This was a parallel treatment, Phase 2, double-blind, 2-arm, placebo-controlled study with 2 staggered cohorts (2 arms in each cohort) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rilzabrutinib in adult participants (aged at least 18 years) with moderate-to-severe AD and intolerance or inadequate response to topical corticosteroids (TCS). The total study duration per participant was expected to be approximately 21 weeks, including up to 4 weeks of screening, 16 weeks of on-treatment double-blind period, 1 week of post-treatment follow-up.

NCT05542264
A Clinical Study that will look at an investigational medication, SEP-363856 (called "study medication") in patients with schizophrenia, and assess wether it affectsbody-weight associated parameters. This study is accepting male and female participants age 18 years to 65 years. This study will be conducted in approximately 6 study sites in the United States. Participation could last up to 13 weeks.
NCT03141034
The investigators hypothesize that this combination regimen of irinotecan plus ramucirumab administered as second line treatment will be tolerated and lead to improved outcomes similar to paclitaxel plus ramucirumab in patients with advanced gastric and gastro-esophageal junction (GEJ) cancers. This study proposes a phase II clinical trial with irinotecan plus ramucirumab for treatment of patients with metastatic gastric and GEJ adenocarcinoma who have progressed after first line chemotherapy. To the knowledge of the investigators, this regimen has not been previously administered to this patient population, so safety and tolerability will be monitored and reported.
