This phase III trial studies how well blinatumomab works in combination with chemotherapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed, standard risk B-lymphoblastic leukemia or B-lymphoblastic lymphoma with or without Down syndrome. Monoclonal antibodies, such as blinatumomab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as vincristine, dexamethasone, prednisone, prednisolone, pegaspargase, methotrexate, cytarabine, mercaptopurine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, and thioguanine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Leucovorin decreases the toxic effects of methotrexate. Giving monoclonal antibody therapy with chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells. Giving blinatumomab and combination chemotherapy may work better than combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with B-ALL. This trial also assigns patients into different chemotherapy treatment regimens based on risk (the chance of cancer returning after treatment). Treating patients with chemotherapy based on risk may help doctors decide which patients can best benefit from which chemotherapy treatment regimens.

This phase III trial studies brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy to see how well they work compared to combination chemotherapy alone in treating children and young adults with stage IIB with bulk, stage IIIB, IVA, or IVB Hodgkin lymphoma. Combinations of biological substances in brentuximab vedotin may be able to carry cancer-killing substances directly to Hodgkin lymphoma cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, bleomycin sulfate, vincristine sulfate, etoposide, prednisone, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known if combination chemotherapy is more effective with or without brentuximab vedotin in treating children with high-risk Hodgkin lymphoma.

This phase I/II trial studies the best dose and side effects of peposertib and to see how well it works with avelumab and hypofractionated radiation therapy in treating patients with solid tumors and hepatobiliary malignancies that have spread to other places in the body (advanced/metastatic). Peposertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving peposertib in combination with avelumab and hypofractionated radiation therapy may work better than other standard chemotherapy, hormonal, targeted, or immunotherapy medicines available in treating patients with solid tumors and hepatobiliary malignancies.

The purpose of this prospective, observational cohort study is to evaluate the incidence of adverse events of special interest (AESI) and effectiveness in participants with active, autoantibody-positive SLE treated with and without BENLYSTA (belimumab). Participants will be enrolled into 1 of 2 cohorts: (1) BENLYSTA cohort: participants receiving or initiating BENLYSTA plus standard of care (SOC) at Baseline; (2) comparison cohort: participants not receiving BENLYSTA but receiving SOC at Baseline. After enrollment, changes in lupus medications, including starting or stopping BENLYSTA, are at the discretion of the physician, and all participants will continue to be followed regardless of changes in their lupus medicines until study completion. All participants will be assessed for AESI including serious infections, opportunistic infections and other infections of interest, malignancies, selected serious psychiatric events and mortality. Data will be collected at enrollment and at 6 month intervals for 5 years. BENLYSTA is a registered trademark of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) group of companies.

This phase II trial tests the effect of giving pembrolizumab in combination with radiation therapy after chemotherapy in preventing surgery to remove the bladder in patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer. Standard of care therapy includes chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant) to shrink or get rid of the tumor. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Photon beam radiation therapy is a type of radiation therapy that uses x-rays or gamma rays that come from a special machine called a linear accelerator. The radiation dose is delivered at the surface of the body and goes into the tumor and through the body. Giving pembrolizumab in combination with radiation therapy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy may help prevent surgical removal of the bladder in patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer.

This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial compares the usual treatment of modified leucovorin, fluorouracil and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) chemotherapy to using binimetinib plus mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy to shrink tumors in patients with biliary tract cancers that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and had progression of cancer after previous treatments (2nd line setting). Fluorouracil is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Oxaliplatin is in a class of medications called platinum-containing antineoplastic agents. It works by killing tumor cells. Leucovorin may help the other drugs in the mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the drugs. Binimetinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of tumor cells. Giving binimetinib in combination with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing advanced biliary tract cancers in the 2nd line setting.

This phase II/III trial compares the effect of immunotherapy with atezolizumab in combination with standard chemotherapy with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide versus standard therapy alone for the treatment of poorly differentiated extrapulmonary (originated outside the lung) neuroendocrine cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). The other aim of this trial is to compare using atezolizumab just at the beginning of treatment versus continuing it beyond the initial treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cisplatin and carboplatin are in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds that work by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill cancer cells. Giving atezolizumab in combination with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide may work better in treating patients with poorly differentiated extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer compared to standard therapy with a platinum drug (cisplatin or carboplatin) and etoposide alone.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test CPO301, a type of drug called an antibody drug conjugate in adult patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To assess the safety and tolerability of CPO301 at increasing doses and determine the dose to be used in the second part of the study (Part A) * To assess the safety and tolerability of CPO301 at the dose determined to be safe and tolerable in Part A in patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and potentially other tumor types (Part B) * To evaluate how quickly CPO301 is metabolized by the body (pharmacokinetics or PK) * To evaluate if antibodies to the study drug develop (immunogenicity) * To evaluate preliminary efficacy to the drug * To correlate preliminary efficacy with mutations in a biomarker called EGFR Participants will: * Provide written informed consent * Undergo screening tests to ensure they are eligible for study treatment * Attend all required study visits and receive CPO301 by intravenous injection every 3 weeks until the study doctor determines study treatment should be stopped, based on how well a participant is doing on treatment * Be followed for progression every 3 months for up to 2 years

This is a Phase 2 superiority study of LBP-EC01, a recombinant bacteriophage cocktail, with an initial open-label 3-arm pharmacokinetic (PK) lead-in portion of 30 patients to evaluate the optimal dosing regimen to be used in the subsequent 288 patient blinded portion of the study which will be randomized 1:1 comparing LBP-EC01 + antibiotic versus placebo + antibiotic in patients with a history of prior urinary tract infection (UTI) cased by E. coli. All patients will be required to have an active acute uncomplicated UTI at baseline.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how tests undertaken by people at high risk of developing psychosis (aged 17 to 30 years old) change when those people are given the study drug MT1988 daily for 8 weeks. This will help identify tests that could be used in later trials developing treatments for symptoms in people at high risk of developing psychosis, to measure whether those new treatments are effective. The main question this trial aims to answer is: Can any of the tests (biomarkers) used in this study detect changes in participants dosed with one of two different dose levels of MT1988? Researchers will compare the results from two dose levels of MT1988 to a placebo group. Researchers do not expect to see the test results change in participants taking placebo and this will be compared to changes expected in test results in participants taking MT1988. Participants will: * take a dose of MT1988 or placebo twice per day for 8 weeks * attend clinic appointments every two weeks to undertake assessments * report any side effects they experience to the researchers
