This phase III trial compares the usual treatment (treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab followed by nivolumab alone) to treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab, followed by nivolumab with cabozantinib in patients with untreated renal cell carcinoma that has spread to other parts of the body. The addition of cabozantinib to the usual treatment may make it work better. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known how well the combination of cabozantinib and nivolumab after initial treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab works in treating patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with usual combination chemotherapy (etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate \[Oncovin\], cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride \[hydroxydaunorubicin hydrochloride\], or "EPOCH") in treating adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma. Lenalidomide may help shrink or slow the growth of adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as prednisone lower the body's immune response and are used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. Giving lenalidomide and the usual combination chemotherapy may work better in treating adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma compared to the usual combination chemotherapy alone.

A global phase 3, multicenter, randomized, trial, to Determine the Efficacy and Safety of Durvalumab in combination with Tremelimumab and Enfortumab Vedotin or Durvalumab in combination with Enfortumab Vedotin for Perioperative Treatment in Patients Ineligible for Cisplatin or who refuse Cisplatin based chemotherapy Undergoing Radical Cystectomy for Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer. The goal of the study is to explore the triplet combination of Durvalumab, Tremelimumab and Enfortumab Vedotin or the duplet combination of Durvalumab and Enfortumab vedotin in terms of efficacy and safety compared to the current Standard Of Care (SOC). VOLGA trial consists of two parts: Safety Run-In and Main Study. In total the study aims to enroll approximately 677 patients, who will receive triplet combination, duplet combination or currently approved SOC in the main study. In the main part of the trial there is two out of three chances of being on a treatment arm and the treatment is assigned at random by a computer system. In this trial patients in the two treatment arms will receive either 3 cycles of neoadjuvant Durvalumab + Enfortumab Vedotin and 2 cycles of Tremelimumab or Durvalumab + Enfortumab vedotin and after surgery both treatment arms will receive either adjuvant Durvalumab or adjuvant Durvalumab and 1 cycle of Tremelimumab.

This is a 2-part, prospective, randomized, blinded, sham-controlled, multi-center study comparing preterm subjects with RDS who are treated with APC-0101 and nCPAP/NIV to subjects treated with nCPAP/NIV alone (Sham). In Part 1, subjects will be followed until they reach 40 weeks post-menstrual age (PMA) or are discharged from the NICU, whichever comes first. In Part 2, subjects will undergo post-term follow-up through 24 months corrected age.

This clinical trial studies how well intensity modulated proton therapy (IMPT) or intensity modulated X-ray (radiation) therapy (IMRT) works after surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer. IMPT is a type of radiation therapy that allows for the most accurate application of proton radiation to the tumor and has the potential to reduce treatment-related side effects. IMRT is a type of 3-dimensional radiation therapy that uses computer-generated images to show the size and shape of the tumor. Thin beams of x-ray radiation of different intensities are aimed at the tumor from many angles. This type of radiation therapy reduces the damage to healthy tissue near the tumor. IMPT may work as well as IMRT after surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer.

Belinostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as guadecitabine and ASTX727, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving belinostat in combination with guadecitabine or ASTX727 may lower the chance of unresectable and metastatic chondrosarcoma growing or spreading.

The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

This is a prospective, multi-center, interventional study designed to evaluate the visualization benefits of FDA approved gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCAs) in portable magnetic resonance imaging (pMRI) of the brain. The study will enroll adult patients with known or suspected brain lesions involving blood-brain barrier disruption. Each participant will undergo a pre-contrast pMRI scan, receive an intravenous GBCA injection, and then complete a post-contrast pMRI scan using the Swoop® Portable MR Imaging® System. Lesion visualization will be assessed by independent neuroradiologists using standardized scoring criteria. The study will be conducted across a minimum of three sites to ensure diversity in patient population, imaging environments, and GBCA types.
