NCT04237753
This study is about assessing the helpfulness of two treatment delivery methods for bladder leakage or urinary incontinence. It is being funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs. By doing this study, the investigators hope to learn which treatment method is the most helpful remote delivery method for treating bladder leakage. The total participation time in this research is 6 months. During the first 8 -12 weeks of the study, you will receive standard of care from an online educational program (MyHealtheBladder) or a video visit with a provider through VA Video Connect. You will be selected by chance to receive MyHealtheBladder or VA Video Connect. About half-way through the study, the investigators will ask you about your bladder symptoms. If your bladder symptoms are not better, you will be selected by chance to continue the previous treatment or receive an initial or booster video session with a provider. Throughout the study, you will be asked to answer questions related to your health, bladder leakage, costs due to bladder leakage, and track your behavioral training.
NCT02235545
The purpose of this post approval study is to characterize the chronic performance of the SJM Optisure family of HV leads in patients.
NCT05686239
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the investigational drug, RL-007, can improve the cognitive performance of subjects with schizophrenia. The main questions the study aims to answer are: 1. Does RL-007 improve subjects performance in a set of cognitive tasks? 2. Which dose of RL-007 (20 mg or 40 mg) has a larger effect on cognitive performance? 3. How well do subjects tolerate RL-007? In the study, subjects will perform the cognitive tasks at the beginning to get familiar with the tasks. Then, subjects will be given either RL-007 or a placebo for 6 weeks and then repeat the cognitive tasks. The researchers will compare the results at the end of the treatment period to the baseline to see if there have been any changes in performance. Additionally, several safety measures will be collected throughout the study (blood pressure, physical exam, ECGs, etc) to evaluate if there are any side effects from taking RL-007.
NCT04839354

NCT06559163
This study aims to examine the efficacy and safety of obexelimab in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
NCT06944509
The Azurion R4.0 is developed by Philips Medical Systems Nederland B.V., a Philips Healthcare company. The Azurion is an interventional X-ray system which is used for live X-ray imaging during invasive cardiac procedures. The proposed Azurion R4.0 includes new x-ray image postprocessing (Xres5) compared to its predecessor, which was equipped with ClarityIQ image post-processing (Xres4). Azurion R4.0 is a cleared device for EU-MDR regulated countries, submission for FDA510K clearance in the US is pending. Sites in the US will only be activated in the study after FDA clearance. This is a prospective, randomized, unblinded, comparative, international, multi-center clinical investigation. Randomization will be 1:1 between Xres5 and ClarityIQ (Xres4). Stratification will be performed per site on intended procedure type (based on clinical presentation) and patient BMI. Primary objective is to demonstrate that in coronary procedures, Xres5 can reduce overall patient radiation dose compared to the current ClarityIQ without affecting procedural performance. It is expected that 824 subjects are necessary to collect sufficient data for the evaluation of the objectives of this clinical study. The enrollment period is expected to last for 12 months. The study will be executed in Spain, Czech republic, Denmark and the US.
NCT02684006
This is a phase 3 randomized trial evaluating the anti-tumor activity and safety of avelumab in combination with axitinib and of sunitinib monotherapy, administered as first-line treatment, in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma
NCT04469686
A randomized, multi-center, double-blind, three arm placebo-controlled study in male and non-pregnant, non-lactating female subjects aged 18 years to examine the safety and efficacy of two dosing regimens of hydrocortisone acetate 90 mg suppository administered with the Sephure applicator for the treatment of ulcerative colitis of the rectum.
NCT06048731
Medtronic is sponsoring Enlighten: The EV-ICD Post Approval Registry, to further confirm safety and effectiveness of EV-ICD in routine clinical practice, following commercial release of EV-ICD devices.
NCT03104699
This is a 2-part trial: a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation study in participants with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors, with a consecutive Phase 2 expansion to evaluate efficacy in participants with recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic (advanced) cervical cancer that has progressed after a platinum-based treatment regimen.
NCT02859896
Primary Objective: Evaluate the effect of Hectorol® capsules in reducing elevated levels of intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH). Secondary Objectives: * Evaluate the safety profile of Hectorol® capsules versus Rocaltrol® (calcitriol) capsules. * Determine the pharmacokinetic profile of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D2 after administration of Hectorol®.

NCT05386472
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about how study medicine (Paxlovid, which contains nirmatrelvir and ritonavir) is changed and eliminated from the body, as well as its safety, and the extent to which side effects can be tolerated for treatment of pregnant women with mild or moderate COVID-19 compared to non-pregnant women with mild or moderate COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who: * are expecting a healthy baby and are in their second or third trimester pregnancy and have mild or moderate COVID-19 * are not pregnant and have mild or moderate COVID-19. All participants in this study will take Paxlovid by mouth every 12 hours for 5 days. We will study the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help us decide if the study medicine is safe. All participants will take part in this study for at least 34 days; pregnant participants will take part until their delivery, so that the study duration may be up to 6 months, depending on their delivery date. During this time, participants will have 7to 8 visits and, if pregnant, a visit at delivery. Around 2 to 3 visits and the delivery visit will be done in person (at the clinic or at the participant's home). The other 5 visits may be done over the phone, unless in-person visit is necessary as decided by the doctor. Blood samples will be collected on the first 4 to 5 study visits (and at other study visits, if necessary).
NCT03779906
This is a Phase IV prospective, multicenter, observational study to estimate the proportion of subjects 0 to 3 years of age who develop abnormal thyroid function after exposure to intravascular administration of ISOVUE for the required radiologic procedure as part of their standard of care.
NCT02768363
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of CAN-2409 immunotherapy in patients undergoing active surveillance for localized prostate cancer. CAN-2409 involves the use of aglatimagene besadenovec to kill tumor cells and stimulate a cancer vaccine effect. Killing tumor cells in an immune stimulatory environment induces the body's immune system to detect and destroy cancer cells. CAN-2409 has been well tolerated in previous trials in patients with prostate cancer and other tumor types. Biochemical, pathologic and immune responses have been demonstrated in newly diagnosed and recurrent prostate cancer. The hypothesis is that CAN-2409 can lead to improvement in the clinical outcome for patients with prostate cancer. Participants will be randomized to the CAN-2409 or control arm at a 2:1 ratio. Both arms receive standard of care active surveillance evaluations.
