This is a multicenter, two-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of Optune® (Tumor Treating Fields at 200 kHz) together with maintenance Temozolomide (TMZ) chemotherapy agent and pembrolizumab compared to Optune® together with maintenance TMZ and placebo in newly diagnosed Glioblastoma (GBM) patients. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the Overall Survival (OS).
NCT05316155
The purpose of the study in Part 1 (dose escalation) and in Part 2 (dose expansion) is to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D\[s\]) and evaluate preliminary clinical efficacy. Part 3 (dose expansion) will confirm safety and preliminary clinical activity at the RP2D. Part 4 (RP2D expansion; MoonRISe-2) will assess the overall complete response (CR) in participants with intermediate-risk-non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (IR-NMIBC; means the cancer cells are only in the bladder's inner lining).
NCT07426380
The purpose of the study is to assess the amount of Eloralintide (LY3841136) that reaches the bloodstream and the time it takes for the body to get rid of it when given to participants with renal (kidney) impairment and to healthy participants. The study drug will be administered subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin). For each participant, the study will last about 14 weeks, excluding screening.
NCT04838301
A phase 2, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Allopregnanolone as a regenerative therapeutic for Alzheimer's disease.
NCT05797610
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of sefaxersen (RO7434656), a novel Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy in participants with primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN) who are at high risk of progressive kidney disease despite optimized supportive care.
NCT07470853
HWK-016-101 is a multicenter, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) Phase 1 study evaluating HWK-016, a targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in adult participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study employs a dose escalation and dose expansion design without a control group. The study consists of 2 parts (Part A: monotherapy and Part B: combination therapy with bevacizumab); each part has 2 phases, Phase 1a (dose escalation) and Phase 1b (dose expansion). Enrollment to Part A (Phase 1a and Phase 1b) will include ovarian and endometrial cancers. Enrollment to Part B (Phase 1a and Phase 1b) will include ovarian cancer only. A subsequent protocol amendment may evaluate additional tumor types.
NCT06133972
The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term safety and tolerability of ianalumab in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus who have previously completed the treatment period in one of the two SIRIUS-SLE core studies (CVAY736F12301 or CVAY736F12302).
NCT06382155
The purpose of this study is to evaluate i) the effect of multiple doses of vosoritide and ii) the effect of the therapeutic dose of vosoritide compared to human growth hormone (hGH)(hGH; only in the United States), in children with idiopathic short stature (ISS).
NCT04001829
This phase II trial studies whether a prior germline predictor of taxane-induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN) can help identify a subgroup of patients who are at higher risk of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in African American patients with stages I-III breast cancer. The study also investigates whether docetaxel maybe work better than paclitaxel with regard to TIPN rate/severity and dose reductions.
NCT04886804
The study has 2 parts. The first part is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumours with changes in the HER2 gene) for whom previous treatment was not successful. The second part is open to people with non-small cell lung cancer with a specific mutation in the HER2 gene. The purpose of the first study part is to find the highest dose of a medicine called zongertinib the participants can tolerate. Once this dose is found, it will be used in the second study part to test whether zongertinib can make tumours shrink. In this study, zongertinib is given to people for the first time. Participants take zongertinib as tablets once a day or twice a day. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. Study doctors regularly check the participants' health and monitor the tumours. The doctors also take note of any unwanted effects that could have been caused by zongertinib.
NCT04901195
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of long-term therapy of bimekizumab in study participants with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)
NCT05138822
This phase 1b study is a double-blind, double-dummy, nitrofurantoin-controlled study designed to evaluate microbiological response at the test of cure (ToC) visit along with safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic (PK) response following oral dosing for 5 days of GSK3882347 in an adult female with uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTI). Comparator nitrofurantoin will be included in the study to ensure unbiased reporting of safety events. The study will be separated into 2 cohorts. Cohort 1 consists of an inpatient treatment period and PK analysis at frequent timepoints. Cohort 2 includes an outpatient treatment period and PK analysis conducted less frequently, at key trough timepoints.
NCT05330325
The study compares two medicines for treatment of children born small and who stay small, or with Turner Syndrome, Noonan Syndrome, or idiopathic short stature. The purpose of the study is to see how well treatment with somapacitan works compared to treatment with Norditropin®. Somapacitan is a new medicine, and Norditropin® is a medicine doctors can already prescribe in some countries. The study will last for upto 5.5 years. The participants will either get somapacitan once a week up to 5.5 years or Norditropin® once a day for 1 year followed by somapacitan once a week for up to 4.5 years. Which treatment the participants get is decided by chance.
NCT07225946
The purpose of this study is to find out whether treatment with pasritamig and docetaxel prolongs radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) (the length of time from start of treatment until disease worsens as determined by scans) when compared to treatment with docetaxel in participants with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC; a cancer of prostate, a male reproductive gland found below the bladder, that grows despite low levels of male hormones).
NCT06385080
The purpose of this study is to determine safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab monotherapy, amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab, amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel and amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab and carboplatin in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer. The study will also confirm the recommended Phase 2 combination dose (RP2CD) for amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel. The safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab will also be determined in perioperative (before and after surgery) setting in participants with resectable locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
NCT06550895

NCT06162572
This is a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating the anti-PD1 antibody, cemiplimab, in combination with either S095018 (anti-TIM3 antibody), S095024 (anti-CD73 antibody), or S095029 (anti-NKG2A antibody) in adult participants with previously untreated advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high PD-L1 expression. The study includes two parts: part A, the combination-therapy safety lead-in phase to determine the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for S095018, S095024, and S095029 in combination with cemiplimab and part B, the randomized dose expansion phase to assess the efficacy of S095018, S095024, or S095029 in combination with cemiplimab. Study treatment will be administered for a maximum of 108 weeks, or until confirmed disease progression per iRECIST and/ or until meeting other treatment discontinuation criteria.
