NCT00847483
Compare the IOP lowering properties of latanoprost, travoprost and bimatoprost
NCT00863772
Tanezumab reduces pain of osteoarthritis without affecting how nerve impulses are transmitted in sensory nerves.
NCT03391765
The purpose of this study was to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of ABBV-8E12 (tilavonemab) in participants with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP).
NCT04420377
This study investigated the effects of CarnipureTM, a high-quality L-carnitine ingredient, on long term (5 weeks) recovery, muscle damage, and SOD status in a population of males and females while training two days per week. The primary outcomes defining recovery were changes in serum creatine kinase levels and perceptual changes in recovery. Supporting variables included an assessment of strength and power as a functional indicator of recovery. This study would be the first to examine the effects of CarnipureTM on long-term recovery. Our primary hypothesis was that L-carnitine supplementation would reduce muscle damage and improve perceptual measures of recovery. Our secondary hypotheses were that L-carnitine supplementation would better sustain strength and power and elevate SOD status.
NCT04027790
The objective of this Clinical Sample Collection Study is to develop a biobank of appropriately collected plasma samples from colorectal cancer patients (i.e. AJCC/UICC stages 0, I, II, III) prior to therapeutic intervention, and from people reporting for colorectal cancer screening by colonoscopy, prior to bowel preparation.
NCT00399490
Study RN624-CL007 is planned to be an open-label protocol to enroll subjects who have previously participated in Study No. RN624-CL006. In this study, subjects will receive RN624 on an open-label basis.
NCT00137072
Safety/Efficacy of 100-mg Viagra at 8 hours post dose in men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction
NCT02865915
This is a Phase 2b double-blind, randomized, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study of MLE4901 versus placebo in women with PCOS.
NCT01701362
This study is designed to investigate if pregabalin is effective in treating neuropathic (nerve) pain resulting from peripheral nerve trauma due to a traumatic or surgical event such as, for example, motor vehicle accident, fall, sports injury, knee or hip replacement, hernia repair, thoracotomy, mastectomy, focal/localized burns or crush injury.
NCT03478982
This is a multi-center, double-blind, randomized, parallel group, dose-ranging study to investigate the efficacy and clinical usability of STAP-001 in adult (18 years of age and older) subjects with epilepsy with a predictable seizure pattern. These subjects have an established diagnosis of focal or generalized epilepsy with a documented history of predictable seizure episodes. This is an in-patient study. The subjects will be admitted to a Clinical Research Unit (CRU) or Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) for study participation. The duration of the stay in the in-patient unit will be 2-8 days. One seizure event per subject will be treated with study medication. The duration and timing of the seizure event and occurrence of subsequent seizures will be assessed by the Staff Caregiver(s)1 through clinical observation and confirmed with video electroencephalogram (EEG).
NCT00746967
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and toleration of oral sildenafil administered as required by women with Female Sexual Arousal Disorder (FSAD) who successfully complete one of the following Pfizer-sponsored, 12-week, double-blinded clinical trials: A1481082 or A1481123. Addition of this 52-week open-label extension will increase the total duration of sildenafil exposure to 64 weeks. Sustained efficacy will also be evaluated after 3 and 6 months of open-label therapy.
NCT00960804
Tanezumab, administered for up to 1 1/2 years, reduces the pain of osteoarthritis without affecting how nerve impulses are transmitted in sensory nerves
NCT04352114
The main purpose of this study in healthy participants is to learn more about the safety of LY3461767 and any side effects that might be associated with it. The study will also measure how much LY3461767 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to get rid of it. For each participant, the study will last about 11 weeks, including screening.
NCT00640809
To evaluate the small bowel lesion pattern associated with celecoxib alone versus ibuprofen plus omeprazole
NCT00659100
The purpose of this study is to assess consumers' behaviors related to gabapentin self- selection and use, relative to warnings and directions for use, as described in the proposed over-the-counter (OTC) product label.
NCT02137837
This randomized Phase III trial studies how well the combination of fulvestrant and everolimus together or the combination of anastrozole, fulvestrant and everolimus together, improve progression-free survival (PFS) versus fulvestrant alone.
NCT03407313
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of rotational fractional resection (RFR) to improve neck contouring. RFR is used to remove loose skin and fat.
NCT00159874
Active treatment, dose-blinded extension study evaluating the safety and long term efficacy of sildenafil citrate in children with PAH.
NCT00644605
To evaluate the effect of three doses of oral sildenafil (20, 40 and 80 mg three times a day \[TID\]) on exercise capacity, as measured by the 6-Minute Walk test, as well as the safety and tolerability, after 12 weeks of treatment in subjects with pulmonary arterial hypertension who are aged 18 years and over. To investigate the plasma concentration-effect relationship and to determine the population pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters.
NCT01912456
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy of C1-esterase inhibitor in preventing hereditary angioedema attacks when it is administered under the skin of subjects with hereditary angioedema. The safety of C1-esterase inhibitor will also be assessed. Each subject will enter a run-in period of up to 8-weeks. Subjects who complete the run-in period and who are eligible will then enter the treatment phase which comprises two sequential treatment periods. In the treatment phase, subjects will be randomized to one of four arms consisting of treatment with low- or higher-volume C1-esterase inhibitor in one treatment period and treatment with low- or higher-volume placebo in the other treatment period. The study will measure the number of hereditary angioedema attacks that subjects experience while receiving each treatment.
