NCT04296890
This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in participants with platinum-resistant high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of Folate Receptor-Alpha (FRα). Participants will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. All participants will receive single-agent MIRV at 6 mg/kg adjusted ideal body weight administered on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle.
NCT02091063
This will be an open-label, single agent, multi-institutional phase Ib/II study of ACY-1215 for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies. The target population will include patients with histologically confirmed relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or Hodgkin's lymphoma, with an expansion cohort of patients with mantle cell lymphoma. The phase Ib will be conducted to determine the safety and tolerability of two dosing schedules of ACY-1215 monotherapy in patients with lymphoid malignancies. Patients will be accrued simultaneously to two dose cohorts (Arm A and Arm B) of ACY-1215. Selection into each cohort will occur by alternation. All patients will take the prescribed dose of ACY-1215 orally for 28 consecutive days. Patients enrolled into Arm A will take ACY-1215 160 mg daily (QD), whereas patients enrolled into Arm B will take ACY-1215 160 mg twice daily (BID). ACY-1215 will be supplied as a liquid for oral administration (PO). Each dose will be administered at least 1 hour after ingestion of food followed by at least 4 ounces of water. Patients will be instructed not to ingest food or other oral medication for at least 2 hours after each ACY-1215 dose. Frequency in phase II will be determined based on Phase Ib results.
NCT04528719
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the tolerability and reactogenicity of a single injection of up to 5 dose levels of mRNA-1345 in younger adults, women of child-bearing potential, and older adults including Japanese older adults; of 3 injections of the middle dose level of mRNA-1345 given 56 days apart in younger adults; of a booster injection of mRNA-1345 given approximately 12 and 24 months after the primary injection in older adults; and of 3 injections of 1 of 2 dose levels of mRNA-1345 given 56 days apart in children who are RSV-seropositive.
NCT03931941
This is a prospective, multicenter, open-label Phase 3 study of a microbiota suspension of intestinal microbes. Patients who have had at least one recurrence of CDI after a primary episode and have completed at least one round of standard-of-care oral antibiotic therapy or have had at least two episodes of severe CDI resulting in hospitalization may be eligible for the study. Subjects may receive a second RBX2660 enema if they are deemed treatment failures following the initial enema per the protocol-specified treatment failure definition.
NCT02395666
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a new investigational drug to prevent reoccurrence of neuroblastoma that is in remission. This study drug is called DFMO. The objectives of this study will be to monitor for safety and look at efficacy of DFMO. The safety of the proposed dosing regimen in this trial will be tested by an on-going risk/benefit assessment during the study. A patient benefiting from treatment, not progressing on therapy, and in the absence of any safety issues associated with DFMO may continue on treatment up to 27 cycles with the expectation that there will be an overall clinical benefit. The procedures involved in this study include Medical history, Physical exam, Vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), Blood tests, Urine tests, MRI or CT scan of the tumor(s), meta-iodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) scans, and Bone marrow aspirations. All of these tests and procedures are considered standard of care for this population. Drug administration is also part of this protocol, including an investigational new drug called DFMO. The proposed dosing regimen is an oral dose of DFMO tablets two times a day for each day while on study. There will be 27 cycles. Each cycle will be 28 days in length.
NCT03133286
Collect blood samples and associated clinical data prior to, during, and post radiation treatment.
NCT03016312
This Phase III, multicenter, randomized, open-label study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of atezolizumab (anti-programmed death-ligand 1 \[anti-PD-L1\] antibody) in combination with enzalutamide compared with enzalutamide alone in participants with mCRPC after failure of an androgen synthesis inhibitor (e.g., abiraterone) and failure of, ineligibility for, or refusal of a taxane regimen. Participants will be randomized to one of the two treatment arms (atezolizumab in combination with enzalutamide, and enzalutamide alone) in a 1:1 ratio (experimental to control arm) in global randomized phase. Participants will receive treatment until investigator-assessed confirmed radiographic disease progression per Prostate Cancer Working Group 3 (PCWG3) criteria or unacceptable toxicity.
NCT05275205
This study is intended to assess safety, tolerability and biological activity of a repeat IVT injection of UBX1325 in patients with wet AMD.
NCT01202578
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance and safety of the Tympanostomy Tube Delivery System (TTDS) for chronic otitis media or recurrent acute otitis media.
NCT02037893

NCT05107882
This observational, cross-sectional study is designed to validate a novel diagnostic test for the detection of phenotypic changes in the retina that correlate with likely PET amyloid status (negative or positive), to aid in the evaluation of adult patients with cognitive impairment who are being evaluated for Alzheimer's disease and other causes of cognitive decline. The CAS test is an adjunct to other diagnostic evaluations, and is indicated for use with the Optina Diagnostics' MHRC (K200254).
NCT04718961
Part 1 is an open-label randomized study of volixibat in patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) and elevated serum bile acid concentrations (sBA) to evaluate safety and tolerability of two doses of volixibat. Part 2 is a double-blind, placebo controlled, study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a selected volixibat dose.
NCT05084859
This study is an open-label, multi-center, dose-escalation, dose expansion study in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors. The study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy of SM08502 administered orally (PO), once daily (QD), following a 5 days on 2 days off treatment schedule in combination with chemotherapy or hormonal therapy. Alternative dosing schedules may be explored in Part 1 if necessary. The recommended Part 2 dose and schedule for each combination will then be further evaluated in the Part 2 expansion. Dosing will occur in 21- or 28-day cycles (depending on the combination partner) and treatment with SM08502 will continue within each subject unless treatment is discontinued due to toxicity, disease progression, initiation of a new anti-neoplastic therapy, withdrawal of consent, the Sponsor terminates the study, or the subject no longer meets retreatment criteria.
NCT03841448
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of cemdisiran on proteinuria in adults with immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN), who excrete \>1 gram (gm) of protein per day despite standard of care, which includes treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB). These participants are at high risk for progression of kidney disease, which can result in end-stage renal failure.
