NCT06354660
The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of retatrutide compared with placebo in participants with Type 2 Diabetes and inadequate glycemic control. The study will last about 11 months and may include up to 11 visits.
NCT05837663
Demonstrate the relationship between dd-cfDNA levels and HLA antibodies in blood transplant recipient and Demonstrate the Molecular Microscope® (MMDx) Diagnostic System results in indication and protocol biopsies from lung transplants.
NCT07033598
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if pacritinib works better than hydroxyurea to treat advanced proliferative chronic myelomonocytic leukemia in adults. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does pacritinib improve disease control compared to hydroxyurea? * What medical problems do participants have when taking pacritinib or hydroxyurea? Researchers will compare pacritinib to hydroxyurea to see if pacritinib is more effective and better tolerated in people with advanced proliferative chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either pacritinib twice a day or hydroxyurea for up to 48 weeks. After treatment ends, participants will be followed for up to one year.
NCT05334784
The Impella ECP Study is a prospective, multi-center, single-arm study evaluating the rate of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) with the Impella ECP device in adult patients undergoing elective or urgent high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention. The above applies to Impella ECP Continued Access Protocol
NCT02890355
This randomized phase II trial studies how well modified irinotecan hydrochloride, leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil (FOLFIRI) and veliparib as a second line of therapy work compared to FOLFIRI in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as irinotecan hydrochloride, leucovorin calcium, and fluorouracil, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether modified FOLFIRI and veliparib as second line therapy is more effective than FOLFIRI alone in treating metastatic pancreatic cancer.
NCT06651177
The primary objective of this research study is to evaluate the effect of tirzepatide, relative to placebo, as an adjunct to BUP on retention, substance use, and sleep outcomes in individuals with OUD.
NCT01349322
RATIONALE: It is not yet know whether higher per daily radiation therapy is equally as effective as standard per daily radiation therapy in treating breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial studies how well an accelerated course of higher per daily radiation therapy with concomitant boost works compared to standard per daily radiation therapy with a sequential boost in treating patients with early-stage breast cancer that was removed by surgery.
NCT06965504
The study will evaluate if Impella 5.5® support in heart failure reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) patients presenting with decompensated heart failure (HF) and cardiogenic shock will facilitate the initiation and optimization of guideline directed medical therapy (GDMT) during the hospital stay and post-discharge.
NCT06525259
The goal of the DISCOVERY study is to provide innovative critical information regarding the unique natural history of glycemic control, insulin sensitivity, and β-cell function, and their mechanistic determinates, in obese adolescents at risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
NCT06646276
The Purpose of the Study is to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of BMS-986489 (Anti-fucosyl-GM1+ Nivolumab Fixed Dose Combination) in Combination with Carboplatin plus Etoposide to that of Atezolizumab with Carboplatin plus Etoposide as First-Line Therapy in Participants with Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer.
NCT06067828
This study will investigate the effect of Budesonide, Glycopyrronium, and Formoterol Fumarate (BGF) metered dose inhaler (MDI) compared with Placebo MDI, and Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate (BFF) MDI on isotime inspiratory capacity (IC) and exercise endurance time.
NCT00063882
RATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays and other sources to damage tumor cells. Interstitial brachytherapy uses radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor to kill tumor cells. Combining interstitial brachytherapy with external-beam radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells. It is not yet known whether interstitial brachytherapy is more effective with or without external-beam radiation therapy in treating prostate cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of interstitial brachytherapy with or without external-beam radiation therapy in treating patients who have prostate cancer.
NCT06640465
The primary purpose of this study is to compare the safety and effectiveness of commercially available dietary supplements believed to increase coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) concentrations. An 8-week, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial will be conducted comparing the effectiveness of four commercially available dietary supplements on increasing CoQ10 concentrations and self-reported health outcomes.
NCT04138277
This is a multicenter, international open-label extension study of ATB200/AT2221 in adult subjects with late-onset Pompe disease (LOPD) who completed Study ATB200-03.
NCT04192591
To compile real-world outcomes of the Superion™ IDS in routine clinical practice.
NCT03994796
This phase II trial studies how well genetic testing works in guiding treatment for patients with solid tumors that have spread to the brain. Several genes have been found to be altered or mutated in brain metastases such as NTRK, ROS1, CDK, PI3K, or KRAS G12C. Medications that target these genes such as abemaciclib, paxalisib, entrectinib and adagrasib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Genetic testing may help doctors tailor treatment for each mutation.
NCT07291076
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Pumitamig alone or in combination with Ipilimumab in participants with first-line advanced or unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)
NCT05285982
This study is open to children and adolescents with interstitial lung disease (ILD) that causes lung fibrosis. This is a study for people who took part in a previous study called InPedILD (study 1199-0337) and for people who are between 6 and 17 years old (in France, between 12 and 17 years old) and have fibrosing ILD. This study tests a medicine called nintedanib. Nintedanib is already used to treat different types of lung fibrosis in adults. The purpose of the study is to find out how well long-term treatment with nintedanib is tolerated in children and adolescents. All participants take nintedanib capsules twice a day. Participants coming from the previous study are in this study for at least 3 years or until nintedanib or other treatment options become available outside of this study. New participants are in the study until the overall end of study meaning for at least 1.5 years. Participants visit the study site about 15 times for a study participation of 3 years. Afterwards, they visit the study site every 3 months. The doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants.
NCT04222972
This is an international, randomized, open-label, Phase 3 study designed to evaluate whether the potent and selective RET inhibitor, pralsetinib, improves outcomes when compared to a platinum chemotherapy-based regimen chosen by the Investigator from a list of standard of care treatments, as measured primarily by progression free survival (PFS), for participants with RET fusion-positive metastatic NSCLC who have not previously received systemic anticancer therapy for metastatic disease.
NCT06159790
The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of GME751 compared with Keytruda® (pembrolizumab) in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous NSCLC (irrespective of PD-L1 status), without sensitizing EGFR or ALK mutations.
