NCT01004978
This randomized phase III trial studies chemoembolization and sorafenib tosylate to see how well they work compared with chemoembolization alone in treating patients with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, mitomycin, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Chemoembolization kills tumor cells by carrying drugs directly into blood vessels near the tumor and then blocking the blood flow to allow a higher concentration of the drug to reach the tumor for a longer period of time. Kinase inhibitors, such as sorafenib tosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. It is not yet known whether giving chemoembolization together with sorafenib tosylate is more effective than chemoembolization alone in treating patients with liver cancer.
NCT04322708
This is a Phase 2/3, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of lirentelimab (AK002) given monthly for 6 doses in adult and adolescent patients with active eosinophilic esophagitis. Subjects who complete the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled treatment may have the option to receive 6 doses of open-label lirentelimab (AK002) through the OLE Period of the study.
NCT04642079
This study is designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of 20vPnC in healthy children 15 months through 17 years of age
NCT02031419
First study, at multiple clinical centers, exploring the effects of different combinations of compounds (CC-122, CC-223 ,CC-292 and rituximab) to treat Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Follicular Lymphoma
NCT03443973
This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of gantenerumab versus placebo in participants with early (prodromal to mild) AD. All participants must show evidence of beta-amyloid pathology. Eligible participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive either subcutaneous (SC) injection of gantenerumab or placebo. The primary efficacy assessment will be performed at the end of the double blind period at week 116. Participants will then be offered to enter into an open-label extension (OLE). Participants not willing to go to the OLE will participate in a long term follow-up period for up to 50 weeks after the last gantenerumab dose.
NCT05066165
This study will be conducted to evaluate the safety, tolerability, cellular kinetics (CK), activity, and pharmacodynamics (PD) of NTLA-5001 in participants with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
NCT02008357
The purpose of this study is to test whether an investigational drug called solanezumab can slow the progression of memory problems associated with brain amyloid (protein that forms plaques in the brains of people with Alzheimer Disease \[AD\]).
NCT03047629
This is a Phase 1/2a study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of an orally-administered medication to relieve symptoms of constipation associated with Parkinson's Disease. Ten patients will be enrolled in Phase 1, and will be studied over an 8-12 week period. Forty patients will be enrolled in Phase 2, and will be studied over an 8-10 week period. All subjects will receive the study drug during one of the observational periods of the study.
NCT03486834
This study evaluated the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) vaccine (V160) administered in a 2-dose or 3-dose regimen to healthy seronegative women 16 to 35 years of age. Participants received blinded V160 on Day 1, Month 2, and Month 6 (3-dose regimen), V160 on Day 1 and Month 6 and placebo at Month 2 (2-dose regimen), or placebo on Day 1, Month 2, and Month 6, and were followed to approximately Month 24. The primary hypothesis of the study was that administration of a 3-dose regimen of V160 will reduce the incidence of primary CMV infection compared to placebo.
NCT03793010
This is a two-part, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study in patients with hip OA. Approximately 70 patients will be enrolled in Part I and approximately 440 patients will be enrolled in Part II of the study. In each part, patients will be randomized to one of two treatment groups (1:1) and treated with a single IA injection of either 32 mg FX006 or normal saline.
NCT01345318
This is a multi-center Phase 2, open label, safety extension study in subjects with moderate to severe CD who are anti-TNF inadequate responders. Subjects eligible for this study will have completed the 12-week induction period of study B0151003 and will be enrolled as either responders or non responders.
NCT02660580
The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of MSB11022 and Humira® in adult subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque type psoriasis.
NCT00904020
Patients with a diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), diabetic neuropathy (DN), or low back pain (LBP) who were currently receiving an analgesic regimen that contained gabapentin participated in a Phase IV clinical trial to assess the effectiveness of Lidoderm® administered once daily (q24h) after 14 day in the treatment of PHN, DN, or LBP in patients who had a partial response to a regimen containing gabapentin.
NCT05279131
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and treatment effect of tirbanibulin ointment 1% when applied to a field of approximately 100 cm\^2 on the face or balding scalp.
NCT04681352
To demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Octave System for improving lines and wrinkles of the décolleté.
NCT05377333
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of the study drug LY3457263 when administered alone or in combination with glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist (RA) in participants with type 2 diabetes. Blood tests will be performed to investigate how the body processes the study drug and how the study drug affects the body. The study will last up to approximately 16 weeks excluding the screening period for each participant and include up to 17 visits.
