NCT04087720
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of pegloticase on the response rate of sustained serum uric acid (sUA) reduction to sUA \< 6 mg/dL during Month 6 of treatment.
NCT03141034
The investigators hypothesize that this combination regimen of irinotecan plus ramucirumab administered as second line treatment will be tolerated and lead to improved outcomes similar to paclitaxel plus ramucirumab in patients with advanced gastric and gastro-esophageal junction (GEJ) cancers. This study proposes a phase II clinical trial with irinotecan plus ramucirumab for treatment of patients with metastatic gastric and GEJ adenocarcinoma who have progressed after first line chemotherapy. To the knowledge of the investigators, this regimen has not been previously administered to this patient population, so safety and tolerability will be monitored and reported.
NCT03719690
An international, multicenter, open-label, 2 cohort, non-comparative, pivotal study evaluating the efficacy of tipifarnib in HRAS mutant HNSCC (AIM-HN). The first cohort will assess the objective response rate (ORR) of tipifarnib in subjects with HNSCC with HRAS mutations. The second study cohort, SEQ-HN, is an observational sub-study including HNSCC patients in whom HRAS mutations were not identified (wild type HRAS HNSCC) and who consent to provide first line outcome data and additional follow up.
NCT04161391
A phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label study to determine the safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary efficacy of the novel RET/SRC inhibitor TPX-0046 in adult subjects with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring RET mutations or alterations. The study consists of three portions: 1) Phase 1 Dose Escalation and Food Effect Sub-study, and 2) Phase 1 dose expansion and 3) Phase 2 efficacy evaluation.
NCT04156620
The purpose of this global study was to demonstrate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of an intravenous (i.v.) regimen of secukinumab compared to placebo in participants with active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) or non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA ) at Week 16 despite current or previous non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAID), disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) and/or anti Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) therapy. In addition, to further support efficacy and safety of an i.v. regimen, data was collected for up to 52 weeks of treatment.
NCT05461105
This is a randomized, open-label, parallel-dosing, multi-center study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of rencofilstat as evidenced by assessing changes in the HepQuant Shunt Disease Severity Index Score (DSI), safety labs, and clinical events in adult NASH subjects with compensated Fibrosis stage F 2/3. Antifibrotic biomarker activity will be evaluated on an exploratory basis.
NCT04524403
This Phase 2, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of miricorilant (CORT118335) in obese patients with schizophrenia treated with antipsychotic medications.
NCT05470387
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LB1148 in subjects undergoing planned bowel resection.
NCT06095583
The Study is a Phase 3, randomized, three-arm, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-regional clinical research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy use of toripalimab alone or in combination with tifcemalimab as consolidation therapy in patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer without disease progression following chemoradiotherapy. Tifcemalimab is a monoclonal antibody against B and T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA). Toripalimab is a monoclonal antibody against programmed death protein-1 (PD-1). Neither drug is approved for treatment of This combination regimen is investigational in limited stage-small cell lung cancer in any country.
NCT05045794
This is a prospective, multi-center, controlled, randomized, pivotal study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the VitaSmart Liver Machine Perfusion System by comparing clinical outcomes in patients undergoing liver transplantation with ex-vivo liver preservation using static cold storage (SCS) followed by hypothermic oxygenated machine perfusion (HOPE) versus SCS only.
NCT05018806
This was a parallel treatment, Phase 2, double-blind, 2-arm, placebo-controlled study with 2 staggered cohorts (2 arms in each cohort) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rilzabrutinib in adult participants (aged at least 18 years) with moderate-to-severe AD and intolerance or inadequate response to topical corticosteroids (TCS). The total study duration per participant was expected to be approximately 21 weeks, including up to 4 weeks of screening, 16 weeks of on-treatment double-blind period, 1 week of post-treatment follow-up.
NCT06389578
The main goal of this study is to learn how teprotumumab will be processed in the body (Pharmacokinetics) subcutaneously and whether it is safe and tolerable after administration into adult patients with thyroid eye disease.
NCT04377945
This is a two-part, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized, multicenter Phase 2 clinical trial of JM-010 in patients with Parkinson's Disease.
NCT02829047
The study is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-arm study, to evaluate the tolerability, safety and efficacy of the Vibrant Capsule in relieving constipation.
NCT05553639
This is a first-in-human Phase 1/2, multinational, multicenter, open-label study of HB-302/HB-301 alternating 2-vector therapy in participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) comprising 2 phases: a Phase 1 Dose Escalation and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) Confirmation, and a Phase 2 Dose Expansion.
NCT04919642
This study is an open-label, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TT-00420 tablet in adult patients with advanced cholangiocarcinoma.
NCT03689244
Selexipag is available in many countries for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Due to the similarities between PAH and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and the observed efficacy of other PAH medicines in CTEPH, it is believed that selexipag could benefit to patients with CTEPH. This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of selexipag in participants with inoperable or persistent/recurrent CTEPH.
NCT05024058
This was a placebo controlled, phase 3 study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ligelizumab in participants with chronic inducible urticaria who are inadequately controlled with H1-antihistamines
NCT03194867
Primary Objectives: * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination of isatuximab (also known as SAR650984) and cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810) in patients with relapse/refractory multiple myeloma. * To compare the overall response of the combination of isatuximab and cemiplimab versus isatuximab alone in patients with RRMM based on International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) criteria. Secondary Objectives: * To evaluate the efficacy as assessed by clinical benefit rate (CBR), duration of response (DOR), time to response (TTR), progression free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS). * To assess the pharmacokinetics (PK) of isatuximab and cemiplimab when given in combination. * To assess the immunogenicity of isatuximab and cemiplimab when given in combination.
