NCT03840915
The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of M7824 in combination with chemotherapy.
NCT04629703
The study is a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multi-center, Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of fostamatinib in COVID-19 subjects.
NCT01011478
RATIONALE: Rosuvastatin may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving rosuvastatin after surgery may kill any tumor cells that remain after surgery. It may also keep polyps from forming or colon cancer from coming back. It is not yet known whether rosuvastatin is more effective than a placebo in treating colon cancer that was removed by surgery. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying rosuvastatin to see how well it works compared with placebo in treating patients with stage I or stage II colon cancer that was removed by surgery.
NCT04126317
The primary objectives of the study are to determine the safety of high-dose aflibercept (hereafter referred to as HD) and to determine if HD provides greater intraocular pharmacodynamic (PD) effect and/or longer duration of action compared to intravitreal aflibercept injection (hereafter referred to as IAI).
NCT02931240
A prospective, multi-center, dual-arm pivotal study of the BioVentrix Revivent TC System, with 2:1 study vs. active concurrent control group allocation ratio. This study will include 126 patients of which 84 patients will be treated with the investigational device and 42 patients will be included in an active control group.
NCT05359666
The purpose of CLP-01 was to complete the safety endpoint of the closed trial and ensure that all safety data generated by IRR-CT-901-2013-01 was accounted for and accurately identified, verified, and independently adjudicated. CLP-01 does not include an evaluation of the efficacy or exploratory endpoints from IRR-CT-901-2013-01. CLP-01 did not enroll new subjects and relied solely on data collected in the subject source and medical records in IRR-CT-901-2013-01. CLP-01 was conducted between March 2020 and November 2021.
NCT01259869
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the new drug PX-866 will slow the growth of your glioblastoma multiforme.
NCT02755597
This was a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating the efficacy and safety of venetoclax plus bortezomib and dexamethasone in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who are considered sensitive or naïve to proteasome inhibitors and received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy for multiple myeloma.
NCT00005957
RATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Radiation to the tumor site and surrounding area may kill more tumor cells. It is not yet known if radiation therapy to the breast alone following surgery is more effective than radiation therapy to the breast plus surrounding tissue in treating invasive breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying radiation therapy to the breast alone to see how well it works compared to radiation therapy to the breast plus surrounding tissue in treating women who have undergone surgery for early-stage invasive breast cancer.
NCT04197141
The purpose of this research study is to determine if 5 (five) fractions of external radiotherapy with higher radiation doses per fraction to the pelvis leads to similar results to the standard of care external radiotherapy treatment that is comprised of 25 fractions of external radiotherapy with lower radiation doses per fraction to the pelvis. This study aims to investigate the impact in quality of life associated with hypofractionated Whole Pelvis Radiotherapy (WPRT) in comparison to conventionally-fractionated WPRT in patients with unfavorable-intermediate and high-risk prostate cancers. This information is valuable as hypofractionated WPRT is a more attractive and convenient treatment approach, and may become the new standard of care if proven to be well-tolerated and effective. Therefore, this study aims to provide a more rational justification for use of hypofractionated WPRT in future larger randomized trials by comparing this strategy with the current standard of care. This study will also provide an initial understanding of the toxicity profile and cancer control associated with hypofractionated WPRT and High Dose Rate Brachytherapy (HDR-BT).
NCT04403542
The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the on-eye performance of an investigational soft contact lens compared to a commercially available soft contact lens when worn continuously for up to 1 week.
NCT04227275
Multi-center, open-label, Phase 1 study of the safety, tolerability and feasibility of dosing patients harboring metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) with genetically modified autologous T cells (CART-PSMA-TGFβRDN cells) engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) capable of recognizing the tumor antigen prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and activating the T cell.
NCT02034110
This was a Phase II, open-label, non-randomized, multi-center study of oral dabrafenib in combination with oral trametinib in subjects with rare cancers harboring the BRAF V600E mutation including anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC), biliary tract cancer (BTC), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), low grade (WHO G1/G2) glioma (LGG), high grade (WHO G3/G4) glioma (HGG), non-seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCT) / non-germinomatous germ cell tumors (NGGCT), adenocarcinoma of the small intestine (ASI), hairy cell leukemia (HCL) and multiple myeloma (MM).
NCT04590248
This Phase 2b study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adavosertib, an inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase WEE1, in subjects with recurrent or persistent uterine serous carcinoma (USC) who have previously received at least 1 prior platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for the management of USC.
NCT01770951
The objective of this retrospective trial is to assess safety and efficacy of eculizumab in aHUS patients treated outside of an Alexion-sponsored controlled clinical trial.
NCT04971148
In this study, patients who are ready for extubation and indicated for high-flow nasal cannula therapy after extubation will be enrolled, the investigators would measure the patient peak tidal inspiratory flow (PTIF) pre and post extubation to explore the correlation between the two PTIFs. Moreover, different HFNC flows would be applied, to explore the patient response in terms of oxygenation and lung aeration to different flow ratios that matched and are above post-extubation PTIF.
NCT05063734
This study is conducted to select the THR-687 dose level (Part A of the study) and to assess the efficacy and safety of the selected dose level compared to aflibercept (Part B of the study).
NCT03962465
In the proposed study, escalating doses of inotuzumab ozogamicin will be added to a standard pediatric inspired re-induction regimen and administered to patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Two re-induction regimens will be tested (one without pegaspargase and one including pegaspargase) and participants will be followed for disease status, allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (allo HCT), veno-occlusive disease following allo HCT, and overall survival.
NCT03846531
The primary purpose of this trial is to evaluate Nano-Pulse Stimulation (NPS) to clear or remove Seborrheic Keratosis (SK) lesions from off-facial areas of healthy adult subjects.
NCT02598557
This phase IIb trial studies how well alternative dosing of exemestane before surgery works in treating in postmenopausal patients with stage 0-II estrogen positive breast cancer. Chemoprevention is the use of drugs to keep breast cancer from forming or coming back. The use of exemestane may treat early stage (stage 0-II) breast cancer. Comparing the exemestane standard dose regimen versus two alternative, less frequent dose regimens may decrease undesirable symptoms and have similar efficacy in reducing serum estradiol.
