NCT05561751
This is a randomized, open-label study. Patients will be screened within 28 days prior to the study drug administration. Patients will be randomly assigned to 1 of 2 treatment arms prior to study drug administration. Approximately 40 patients will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the following treatment arms: * GPC-100 in combination with propranolol; or * GPC-100 in combination with propranolol and G-CSF. To characterize the safety and clinical activity of GPC-100, the study will employ a Bayesian Optimal Phase II (BOP2) design to enroll patients for each arm. All patients will receive via IV 3.14 mg/kg GPC-100 (Burixafor) at least 2 hours prior to leukapheresis sessions from Days 7-8 (Days 9-11 optional) and 30 mg propranolol (3 x 10 mg tablets) twice daily at 8:30 AM (+/- 1 hr) and 4:00 PM (+/- 1 hr) local time from Days 1 to 8 (and on Days 9-11, if applicable). Patients will administer the first dose of propranolol onsite on Day 1. Patients will be provided with doses of propranolol for self-administration at time points when they are not otherwise required to be onsite. Sites should contact patients via telephone to confirm propranolol administration for doses administered outside of clinic.
NCT07036133
This purpose of this study is to help to evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of pralatrexate when administered to patients with various degrees of hepatic impairment and to evaluate the safety and establish the dosing recommendations for pralatrexate administered once weekly for 6 weeks of every 7-week treatment cycle in patients with hepatic impairment. Pharmacokinetics (or PK) is the study of how your body absorbs, breaks down, and removes a study drug.
NCT04162210
This open-label, randomized study for evaluating the efficacy and safety of single agent belantamab mafodotin when compared to pom/dex in participants with RRMM. Participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive either single agent belantamab mafodotin or pom/dex. Belantamab mafodotin will be administered on Day 1 (D1) at every 3 weeks (Q3W) schedule. Pomalidomide will be administered daily on Days 1 to 21 of each 28-day cycle, with dexamethasone administered once weekly (Days 1, 8, 15, and 22). Participants in both arms will be treated until disease progression, death, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, and lost to follow-up or end of study, whichever comes first.
NCT02499328
This multicentre, open-label, Phase 1b/2 study is designed as a 2 part study consisting of a dose-escalation, safety run-in Part A and a dose-expansion Part B
NCT06280391
ACT18018 is a multinational, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, Phase 2 study with 3 treatment groups. Study details include: * The study duration (screening, 24-52-week treatment, 20-week safety follow-up) will be up to 47-77 weeks. * The treatment duration will be up to 24-52 weeks. * The follow-up duration will be 20 weeks. * Site/phone visits are at a monthly interval.
NCT06318169
The study will assess the efficacy and safety of 2 dose regimens of pegozafermin compared to placebo for the treatment of liver fibrosis stage F2 or F3 in adult participants with MASH.
NCT05535166
This is a multi-center, multinational phase 2 trial that aims to explore the use of molecular and clinical risk-directed therapy in treatment of children 0-4.99 years of age with newly diagnosed medulloblastoma.
NCT07295847
This trial is a Phase 1b, open-label, multi-center, clinical study of AZD0120, a BCMA/CD19 dual targeting CAR+ T-cell therapy, to evaluate the safety and tolerability in adult participants with systemic sclerosis (SSc), idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM), or difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis (D2T RA).
NCT07182149
This study is being done to find out of NRM-823 is safe and can treat participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
NCT04684719
Open label, multi-center, pre-hospital randomized trial utilizing 10 level-1 trauma centers designed to determine the efficacy and safety of low titer whole blood resuscitation as compared to standard of care resuscitation in patients at risk of hemorrhagic shock and to appropriately characterize the hemostatic competency of whole blood relative to its age.
NCT04767373
The primary objectives of this phase 2b/3 double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study are to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clesrovimab in healthy pre-term and full-term infants. It is hypothesized that clesrovimab will reduce the incidence of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)-associated medically attended lower respiratory infection (MALRI) from Days 1 through 150 postdose compared to placebo.
NCT05714891
This study is being done to answer the following question: What are the effects of new treatments on non-small cell lung cancer before surgery?
NCT06623461
This study is being done to answer the following question: Can the chance of melanoma growing or spreading be lowered by receiving a treatment called LND101 for Fecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) in addition to the usual immunotherapy treatment called Immune Checkpoint Blockade (ICB)? FMT treatment changes the bacteria in your gut called the microbiome.
NCT04378790
A randomized trial to determine whether simultaneous treatment with spectacles and patching has an equivalent VA outcome compared with sequential treatment, first with spectacles alone followed by patching (if needed), for previously untreated amblyopia in children 3 to \<13 years of age.
NCT06750185
This is a first-in-human (FIH), open-label, multiple-site, dose escalation study which will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and immunogenicity of increasing doses of BNT317 in participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT07227857
Study CL1-230815-001 (KANDLE) is a Phase Ib/II, First In Human, multicentre, open-label, multiple ascending dose study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) effect of S230815 in pediatric participants with KCNT1-related Developmental Epileptic Encephalopathy. To participate in the study, participants must have a diagnosis of Developmental Epileptic Encephalopathy due to a documented pathogenic or likely pathogenic variant in KCNT1 (to be confirmed by central genetic testing at the screening visit). The study consists of a screening period followed by two consecutive interventional parts. Part 1 will evaluate multiple ascending doses of S230815. Part 2 is a long-term treatment extension for participants who have completed Part 1. Participants will seamlessly roll-over from Part 1 to Part 2, resuming the same cohort as they were assigned in Part 1, and will receive S230815 for a maximum of 72 weeks.
NCT07094113
The purpose of this first-in-human study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy of AMG 410 when administered alone or in combination with other agents in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring KRAS alterations. This is a dose-escalation study in which participants will be assigned to multiple dose levels (DLs) of AMG 410, either as monotherapy or in combination with other agents, followed by expansion cohorts. The goal is to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD)-the highest dose with acceptable safety and manageable side effects-or the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of AMG 410 in adult participants with KRAS-altered advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
